I have brought all my vehicles to PK for repair once the manufacturer warranty expires. It's hard to find a trustworthy car repair shop. He has demonstrated to be honest, professional and kind. My husband and I have been coming to him for years. I have referred friends and family to PK and they all have been satisfied with the service. We love PK and his staff. Keep up the good work! Thanks for keeping that Land Cruiser going.....it's on its last leg tho...

Disappointed CustomerI was recommended by a friend that had good reviews about PK. I learned from a colleague about their family going to PK and he was good but I haven t had that fortunate. PK has had my car and down payment since 2017. When I go to check on the progress of my car because he doesn t reach out to me to give me any information, he has ensure me he can repair my car. There has been times that I try calling just to leave a message and I don t even get respect of a call back, as well, I go to the shop and KG will state he will be right back. I have waited and it s a no show. Today, I called 8/9/23 and I was surprised that someone answered the phone. KG told me he would be back in 30 minutes and he would have him call me, of course, I have no faith in a call back. I asked for PK s full name and he refused to give me his name. I did state who I was and the make of my car, but did KG call me? I have some pictures of my car and I could cry. I just want to know what did I do to deserve this kind of service KG. I have been very worry about my car. I am truly devastated and can t believe this unprofessionalism. My car has been just been sitting and I know it has to be destroyed from the inside to the outside. I am just heartbroken!!! Why? PK when is my car going to be repaired or can it be repaired after all this time just sitting on your lot? I trusted you based on customer s recommendations and your word of stating you were able to repair my car at your foreign car care. Again, I am asking why?Cynthia

This shop has great service! I made an appointment for an oil change and service and the mechanic was very helpful. I dropped off my car and received a phone call soon after explaining everything that needed to be done with the pricing. After getting my approval, my car was done ASAP! They even informed me of things that will need to be done next time with estimated pricing. Highly recommend this shop to others!

Best mechanic shop in the greater Houston area, especially for foreign cars! They know how to properly diagnose and fix your vehicle within a reasonable timeframe. What s even better is that their pricing is lower than everyone else around. The mechanics are friendly, but more importantly they know what they re doing. I ve had great experiences with them over 10+ years servicing both my Mercedes and Land Rover. I ll never go to another mechanic shop again!

I had an exceptional experience with P&S Foreign Car Care! They were highly skilled, efficient, and transparent in their work. My vehicle's issues were diagnosed and fixed promptly, and the cost was reasonable. The staff, was friendly and explained everything clearly. I couldn't be happier with the service I received, and I highly recommend P&S Foreign Car Care for any auto repair needs. Five stars! Services: Transmission, Electrical repair

Can t recommend this place enough!!! They ve worked on my 2006 Mercedes for almost 10 years! With 200k miles it still works as when I first got it! My husband now takes his Audi here and he used to only trust the Audi dealerships on his car. We just bought a new bmw x5 as we needed a larger car, and best believe they will also be servicing my new vehicle as well!! Great work and excellent customer service!

Only place I take all my vehicles too. Especially my foreign luxury cars. They are very fair when it comes to pricing and will recommend fixes that can save you money. They don t try to add unnecessary repairs to what you need like other Mechanics. Very knowledgeable with all the vehicles and Will go out of their way to help you save while making sure your vehicle gets the proper repair it needs. I think the bad reviews here are just ppl that are trying to get their service done for free and don t want to pay for the quality repair they already received.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning, Oil change

All and any vehicle problems I have, I take it to P&S Foreign Car Care. They are quick, honest and professional with any repairs or concerns I have had with my truck and two other vehicles. Any questions I have, I'm able to contact them and they give me a detailed explanation of what is wrong with my vehicle and how they plan to resolve it. I have never had any issues with the shop and I have always been satisfied with the service. I would recommend this shop hands down to anyone that needs their car serviced.

This shop is a go to for not only me but my family as well. Dependable and efficient, we ve visited many of times with different vehicles and each problem was fixed in a timely matter. do not go here! If you read the reviews you see how rude the owner is. That is not how you professionally conduct a business that deals with customers. To top it off the business is dirty and smells. Do not waste your money here. You would think with everything they lack they would be affordable . & NOT! I got an oil change here a couple months ago, & now it s $50 more . For the same oil change. I still agreed since they ve worked on my car but then the employee started getting rude and raising his voice at me!!!! I was so shocked! Save yourself & take my warning. They don t deserve to still be in business and I will be calling someone to go investigate this business.

I have 3 vehicles that always get serviced here due to the efficiency and quality of the work provided by PK , KG & Benz. Not only do they work on American cars but they do great work on foreign cars as well as I have 2 bmws that they always do great work on. Highly recommended!

Very impressed with this shop! I have been multiple times now with multiple vehicles. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about foreign cars. Affordable mechanics that do a great job are very hard to find. THE WORST PLACE TO GO! They literally confirmed an appointment with me then cancelled on me at my appointment! Then tried to gas light me for being 5 minutes late. They were so rude and I can t believe I ever even made an appointment with them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THESE RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL UNORGANIZED mechanics

PK and KG service all my cars i have 4. Honest straight forward about repairs. Ive been going here for years. I drive 32 miles so they can work on my cars. WELL WORTH THE EXPERIENCE!!!!!

They had my car for almost 2 WEEKS, and still unable to get it started or tell me what was wrong. When I came to pick it up to bring it somewhere else, the hood latch was broken and the hood doesn't even stay open. Terribly unprofessional. DO NOT BRING YOUR AUTOMOBILE HERE!!! THEY ARE A WASTE OF TIME.

Was paid 1300 for timing change didn t even honor warranty after 7 months. So I was lied too! Told me my care as safe to drive and it was a lie it caused more problems and they charged me for that! I was told repairs would be 2 days at the most! It has been 3 weeks to the day! Repaired car and came back with more charges over $350.00 more! They never answered my calls! Unprofessional and over charged not willing to make customer happy at all!Service: Engine repair

I can't say enough about this place. Mr PK and his staff are so good about taking car of my car. They definitely go about checking out your car and making sure they take care of the problem. My car broke down and Mr PK was so very good about returning my call and making sure there was a wrecker sent out to pick up my car ASAP. Thank you Mr PK and your guys for taking such good care of my car.

Extremely friendly and welcoming. A mechanic you can trust and they will charge you affordable pricing. Very straightforward and upfront about your vehicles needs. I will be coming back for any future vehicle needs and I strongly recommend coming here for anyone who s looking for a trustworthy mechanic.

on a Mon. for starting problem and AC repair, PK the owner diagnosed the problem and assured us we would not have another problem with the starting, everything should be great. We picked the truck up by 7pm, went to grocery store by 9 and the truck started doing the same thing again. And the AC was blowing Hot air again. Had to bring it back the next day and now he says it something else. after $600 worth of repairs, now he says its the fuel pump which was the problem in the beginning. They had the truck for a entire 3 more days an when we called to check on the status no one answered the phone. they are totally unprofessional, and crooks.

Idk what this lady is talking about but seeing from her review at another foreign automotive shop she drives a POS Chrysler so that was just setting any foreign car specialist up for failure with all the things wrong with a Chrysler. My family has been going to this shop all my life and they've worked on my BMW every time I have an issue and it always returns like the day I got it. Even our family Lexus LX470 is able to drive like the day we got with its 300k miles because of the work done at this shop. I would recommend this place to anyone if they want quality work done for a great price.

Not great. Charged me $70 to check my 05 red mini copper engine. Never got a good answer nor the issue solved. It s a no for me.
