I had a flat tire, went to big name tire store been told not just that tire but I heed to change another one has nail in. Came out $520. I try to check this place because lots good review, found a used but look excellent like brand new tire for my car end up paid only $60 include tip. They check my other tire make sure it s ok, told me I don t need to change it. We need support this wonderful local tire store. Hard working immigrant owner who understand our situation and willing to helping us.

Don t really do reviews, but these guys are so kind and patient. I accidentally gave them the wrong size tires and they had the correct tires a day after Christmas. I live 30 minutes away, but totally worth the drive for new tires. They re efficient, well priced and provide customer service. The manager was really helpful and communicated fast about the updates on the tires

Came by here to get a hole in my tire plugged. The guy was very quick and friendly. I'll definitely stop by here again in the future.

On 04-27-2018, my two rear tires needed replacing. The tread was to its bare minimum. When speaking with the attendant on the phone, he gave me a quote of $85.00 for both tires. This included mounting and balancing. I don't know the name of the owner who aided the worker in replacing my tires, but he kept smiling. He was very conscientious to me the customer. He did not alter his cost after having placed my tires on my vehicle. Albeit he is Hispanic, he treated me, an African American Man as if I were family and a human being he respected. I needed a reasonable rate on the tire replacement and they were very professional and timely in performing their jobs. Thank you OST Tires Services. You allowed me to remain on the road for an extended period of time without gouging or making me feel you were just trying to take my money. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone who is in need of reasonably priced used tires. Please see images as testament the used tires have very good tread on them.

Been here twice. Once to plug a tire which resulted in me finding out another tire was soon to go thanks to the employee airing up all my tires to appropriate pressure. The second time I came to get a bent rim fixed which originally was going to be picked up next day until I received a call that it was ready about 7 hours later. Competitive prices, quick tire repairs and friendly service. Would recommend.

Excellent tire repair place :) I hopped on over on a Thursday afternoon and didn't wait in line for a minute. The gentleman there was very nice and I was able to sit in a chair outside while he worked on the tire. Great weather to be out. I'm sure if it's during the summer a fan would be good though lolIt was $15 for a patch and $7-10 for a plug (depending on whether you paid cash or used plastic).Only took about 15-20 minutes when everything was said and done.I would definitely come here again! (but hopefully I won't need to)Nice big lot, no worries about squishing in a tiny parking space or making any risky turns to pull in the lot.

The techs here are always fast and willing to assist. I didn't get the guy's name but I was worried abt the air pressure in my tire...he stopped what he was doing, checked all my tires & put air in the ones that needed it. Came back a few weeks ago & received great customer service again when I purchased tires and had some rotated. These guys get you in and out.

Bought 2 tires today and within 3 hours the tire went flat and I had to buy another. The owner who I spoke to assured he would replace or repair the tire but then stalled me and had me waiting with a tow truck outside his shop (he told me 15 minutes yet he wad not there within 40 min). I had to go to another place since he was unable to help. Definitely will not return. Do not recommend.

Customer service was polite, I got all new tires put on in a timely manner the owner even went out his way too make sure I was satisfied.

The tires were in great shape I got a wonderful deal for three tires they were rotated and balanced for $140. English friendly and very efficient and quick. Thank you so much for your help

I m in Houston with wife at md Anderson when I sliced a tire on her bmw I was absolutely at their mercy but they put a very good used tire on for 50 bucks. They could have charged anything, I was in a bind. Glad to see there are still honest people

Came here for a slow tire leak, workers were prompt and helpful. Price was very fair, $10 for a plug. Will be coming back for tire needs!

Great customer service. I have an Infiniti and I get air in my tires from here from time to time. Been going here since I was a student at UH with a Volkswagen. Big hustlers!

Nice quick good work saw a defect in one tire he had took it off and gave me another tire. Needless to say he checks his tires before you leave great service.

This place is so nice and caring. They have reasonable tires whether new or used. They have reasonable prices to repair your tires and they will Air your tires up for free.

He was closing the gate when I pulled up but he opened it back just so he could replace my tire which was in bad shape. Very friendly and very quick service

I was quoted double the price at another place for my tires. They were quick, friendly and rotated them the exact way the overpriced franchise said they needed to be rotated. My used tires look brand new.
