I take my E92 M3 to get serviced here and it s always a great experience. Rod bearings, vanos covers, throttle actuators, valve covers, and more. Marlon and the team knows their stuff and the work is top notch

Hands down my best decision I've made all year. I'll be a customer for life based on customer service alone. Prices were fair and my car came back faster than I was expecting (in a good way) I love that you get step by step progress and at the end video and pictures of the report. I mean 2094 type service. Thank you guys !!

Absolutely the best euro automotive shop I've found in Houston. Marlon and his techs are thorough and professional. When making diagnosis on your car, he emails photos and explains his findings in detail. Even down to his invoices are itemized and with any recommendations. I could not imagine trusting my cars to anyone else specially at his rates.

This is a very busy place, but they always find me a place to fix my car in a timely manner. They are professional, knowledgeable and customer friendly. If you own an European car, I would definitely recommend that place. Thank you Orion's team!

Orion Auto has my COMPLETE TRUST. The BEST repair shop I have ever worked with. I love the electronic communication. You get a list of items that need attention, with photographs, approve what you need, ask Marlon (who gives you his honest opinion, telling you what you DON'T need done). I've worked with Orion a few times and have always had a good experience. In this case, there were some pretty expensive quotes from my Audi dealer, but Orion was able to beat the dealer by a few thousand dollars. They also identified an easy fix on an AC fuse vs. repairing and replacing the some major parts... saved me a bunch of cash. Dealer wouldn't have done that. Always on schedule too. I have been using Orion for several years now, for both routine maintenance and major repairs like an engine oil leak. They are excellent and absolutely stand by their work. I have a 13 year old 550 that has gotten very cranky. It runs great and has low mileage and I have decided to hang on to it. I would not have done that if it weren't for Marlon and his crew. I trust them completely.

I highly recommend Marlon and his team for any BMW repairs at Orion. I ran into a few tricky electrical faults that can be difficult to diagnose and they were able to replace the faulty components and sensors/wiring for my hardtop convertible. They also did a great job with quick turnaround replacing my engine mounts and oil pan gasket at a reasonable price compared to other shops and dealerships. I was provided all inspection results and quotes on an online platform which is ideal for receiving maintenance records, quotes, and status updates. This is a trustworthy shop that really cares about their customers and does not oversell or advise repairs that are unnecessary. My ML550 had several issues. I found Orion online, and they had good reviews, so I gave them a try. Their estimate was clear and easy to understand. The guys did a great job. They were very thorough, and the price was reasonable. The whole staff was very kind and helpful. Marion and crew did a fantastic job keeping our Mercedes in shape when we had it. Pricing is fair and service has been excellent. Now that the Benz is gone, Orion will take care of items I can't get to on my 2000 BMW MCoupe. Excellent shop! Top Notch, Top Notch.

I bought a used BMW from a local dealer and had problems right away. I took it to Orion for a complete check and they discovered the issues, explained what had to be done, and transformed the car into what I had expected in the first place. They were friendly, professional, and solved all the problems. I could not recommend them more highly for any type of car maintenance.

I almost started this saying that I love taking my Jaguar F-Type to Orion. I don t ever love having maintenance or repair work done but I like this shop a lot. They are knowledgeable, attentive, and communicate well. As long as I have this car, this is will it be serviced.

VW main dealer quoted ~$1000 for 20k mile service on 4 year old GTI last year. Red flag so this year looked around for better alternatives. Orion (specifically Marlon)gave best feedback ,advice and transparent pricing. They told me what was needed now and what to look at next year. This was my second time being serviced by Orion. Marlon was my service rep,. He has excellent knowledge and understands that you don't know the car. So he dums it down well. when I called back the other service man said Marlon was busy and he checked on my car and sent someone to pick me up. Orion has done work on my 2011 5-series BMW several times. Marlon is very professional, thorough and also great at communicating quickly and effectively on the car issues that need addressing. Much better experience than going to the dealership - no comparison. I definitely recommend them.

I have been coming to Orion and Marlon for a couple of years now, for my BMW M235 and they simply are the most reliable, customer oriented and value for money service/repair facility for cars in this category. Marlon always ensures incredible detail while evaluating/documenting issues found in the vehicle but also prioritizes what needs immediate attention versus things that can be placed on watch for later. If you care for you car, then you will bringit here. Been taking my M3 here for a few years now. Marlon and his team at Orion always takes care me and my car. Customer service is always friendly and prices are fair. Marlon has never forced any unnecessary repairs on me and have always been honest and truthful about potential issues in the future. I trust Orion completely with my car.
