We had a great experience. The owner took his time to not only explain it to my husband but also to me. I had my vehicle somewhere else and found out some things that James pointed out. James let us know what was needed to be fixed and if it was important or not. I have been trying to find an honest auto ahop to work on my vehicles, and I am so glad we found Oregon Automotive. I was shown where I was double charged from the other company, I missed it on the invoice, and they also fixed the wrong part and didn't fix a gasket properly. I am so glad we found an honest garage to be able to go to. Thank you, James. We will definitely be back.

I like to do business with local shops instead of large franchises or corporations so I recently had my car's oil changed at Oregon Automotive. While the customer service was commendable, I couldn't ignore the hefty price tag attached to the synthetic oil change with no tire rotation ($136.65).The staff was friendly and efficient, however, the cost of the service seemed disproportionately high compared to other independent shops and the local Toyota dealership. While I appreciate the convenience and the quality of the customer service, it was hard to justify paying such a premium for a routine oil change with no tire rotation.For those looking to get a competitive price, it might be worth shopping around.

I discovered Oregon Automotive a little more than a year ago. They take care of my Mercedes 350 GLK and my Smart Ice Shine. I have been extremely happy with their knowledge and professionalism. I bring my car in, they take me home and then pick me up again when it s ready. My day goes on without inconvenience. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a quality job done .

I'm not normally one to ever post reviews (positive or negative), but after wasting $1300 on a non fix I must urge people to get a second opinion prior to authorizing work being done here. Not a 1 star due to friendly and timely service. But total knock on lack of competency and services provided. Get a second opinion people.

brought in a failed inspection, they showed me my car was fine and inspected and passed me while explaining in detail why the Kwik car was trying to scam me. Super nice front desk it's nice to have a mechanic you can actually trust.

DONT GET INSPECTION HERE! It is a visual inspection. He lied and told me he would do XYZ & when my car broke down a week later due to a leak HE missed. He says it s only a visual inspection oh so you can t SEE a clear leak??Trust the bad reviews, good reviews can be bought, bad ones cannot. He is a rip off and does a half job if that. You are better off going literally anywhere else. Even learning it yourself I d imagine you d do a better job. He told me my car was a great purchase and then said I should sell it upon asking why it broke down a week after we asked him to diagnose it. There is literally photo proof of him not acknowledging his poor service on another bad review. If that doesn t convince you idk what does.

Scammers, they dont care about you only money. They will watch u come in w a car that will not pass just by looking at it but make u go through the whole process, make u pay, and then tell u you failed the inspection. Instead of being caring for their customers and advising them to go get it fixed first and then come back so the customers arent having to go back and forth. This happened twice , they acted all nice and whatever even though they knew my car's were gonna fail

Very good automotive repair shop. They also specialize in repairing Beamers. Complete auto repair shop. They do oil changes, lube jobs, and tune ups.

One of the most disappointing things of this business is getting fooled straight to your face by the owner of the business.I wanted to get my vehicle aligned, a simple alignment I thought, no more than 120 dollars I thought. He presented the quote at a whopping $1,500 for parts and labor. I took my vehicle to another shop in Cleveland Texas, got the vehicle aligned in less than 1 hour for $80. Mr Oregon is a sub human.Service: Wheel alignment

I had a big emergency one morning & Mr James was so nice as well as his mechanics and the front team they worked with me got me in same day repaired my vehicle they really saved my day that morning. I HiGHLY RECOMMEND Oregon automotive I for sure will be coming back they took really good care of my vehicle and myself too . Thank you so much Oregon team

In the picture provided was my vehicle before seeing this shop. Within a single a day they fixed every issue, improved the vehicle, and gave it a wash. From entering the shop I felt no confusion or concerns of what service my car would be getting. The information was clear. The employees both listening and giving attention to my particular issues with the car. I appreciate that level of care when concerning my vehicle. Make your car happy and take your car to place where they love working with cars. That s how I feel driving my car as if it got off lot today rather than years ago. I ll be here for the sake of my vehicle, and trust in these mechanics. Excellent!

Read the other bad reviews!!! They just took my money and immediately failed my inspection. No real explanation. They should've just asked me if my engine light was on before looking at the car and charging me.

I took my car in for the first time, excellent experience! Second time around, my check engine light came on and I took it back to this place. James sent over the estimate, not really explaining anything at all so I declined some of the work that needed to be done. He calls me and says just to let you know, the work that you approved is not going to take away the check engine light. Still not breaking down what really needed to be done. I said okay you know what, call my husband. & even when my husband would try to ask him questions, he was unprofessional, didn t let him talk and continued to speak over him. At the end of it all, we felt talked down to and did not want to pay money to a business that treats their customers like that.

Oregon automotive did me right! After paying $45 for an evaluation from lowly pep boys, I wanted more trustworthy techs to move forward with the $2200 fan assembly & thermostat job that was quoted to me there. I luckily found Oregon and through their diagnostics found the only real issue was the thermostat! Not only did they save me $1900, they gave me a ride to and from home while it was being attended to and everything was done within 2hrs! Amazing!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Oregon went over and above what was required and did a thorough check of the car as well. Some of the items I thought were the issue were not making what was repaired less expensive. I plan on making Oregon Auto my go-to shop from here on. Desperately needed an inspection and oil change done, saw they were within 10 minutes of me and they had great ratings, so I decided to give them a shot. And boy, it was clear why they had such great reviews.Customer service was exceptional, which I'm a huge stickler for. Over the phone or in-person, it was professional, it was courteous. Once everything was all said and done, James even walked me through some maintenance that needed to be done, but there wasn't any chasing of a sale, just keeping the customer informed, which I really appreciate.The pricing and the length of service were plenty fair as well, waited about 45 minutes or so to get everything done. They even decorated the interior of the lobby for the holidays and made the space feel real homey, making the wait even better. But with the level of customer service that was provided, I'd be willing to pay a premium just for that. While other places like to tout how they "treat their customers like family", it feels like Oregon Automotive really puts that value into practice.Service: Oil change

Oil change on a Range Rover Sport diesel went smooth and quick. They actually reset the def warnings and the oil change sensors without me having to tell them. Super friendly, fast and accommodating. Honest!!

This team This family Is simply unbelievable. They literally always exceed my expectations whenever I visit, they are fast, & they are always fair with their prices. Oregon Automotive is the best automotive service shop in all of Houston! Hands down!

James was very professional, and honest. Took my wife s e350 Mercedes for an unexpected issue that caused us to get stranded on the road. Panic was the first thing that went through our head thinking it would ve been a major repair. We took it to James, and by the grace of God, it wasn t a catastrophic issue, and had it ready the next day. They even cleaned and washed our car. Was happy with my experience. Took my truck in to get ac fixed , they offered me a vehicle for the rest of weekend if didn t finish which was alleviated my concerns of being without my truck .
