Awesome service and very professional staff that communicates well with you. My car runs alot smoother now. They have reasonable prices and will work with your budget or try to. I had to replace my shocks n struts and tie rods due to some damage from being run off the road. They repaired everything and discovered an additional problem that they 1. Sourced the part for and 2. Fixed for free without me asking. They also patched a tire that i told them had a nail in it and rotated my tires free of cost. I usually feel I'm being ripped off by mechanics and that they don't care, but I feel good about the service received here and the prices aligned with averages I saw online. Again great customer service. Joe is awesome! The team is awesome. Found my new mechanics for car servicing. Thank you! God bless yall.

If you need your car fixed, I highly recommend this shop. The manager Joe is really knowledgeable and won't oversell you. I needed a number of things changed on my car and he worked with me to get the best deal. (Catalytic converters and Japanese cars are his specialty).

Quoted $70 for alignment but instead of doing the job started looking for other problems. Ended up charging me $30 for diagnosis and WANTED TO CHARGE ME $100 FOR EVERY SINGLE TIRE ALIGNMENT !! they just hungry for money!!

the customer service from the manager at the desk is wonderful ... any shop can repair a car , but it's customer service that takes home the prize and this place did not disappoint. I came in to get my brakes fixed. My warranty provider did not approve it. I called my warranty provider and they approved it. The manager called me personally to let me know it was approved and set my appointment. How amazing. Thank You! I wish I remembered the guys name.

I got the alignment done on my Ram today, and I got to say, it's very good pricing, very good service, and great customer service. But I was more impressed by their honest... I highly recommend it guys. 10/09/2021.

these guys do alignments better than at any dealer I ve been to. I was having trouble getting my car going straight, and I took it back and forth from the dealer till a buddy recommended me here. much cheaper and much better than at ToyotaService: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

Wife took the car in to get the alignment done, car still pulled to the side. They said the wheels needed to get balanced in order for it to be fixed, that they'll do it there and charge me. Told them I'll take it to my tire guy who installed them cause they do it for free. While at my tire guy I had them check the alignment and it was all off. He showed me the readings and measurements. Went back to get my refund. Seems like they take advantage of people who don't know much about cars.

I never write reviews unless it's a super bad experience. But this place deserves 10 stars! Their prices are fair. They're always straight up and I never feel like I'm getting ripped off or could be getting a better deal for my car repairs. The staff is friendly. They work quickly and are honest when it comes to the timeline and cost of whatever job they're performing on my car. I go them for everything from a basic oil change to recently getting a new alternator. I refer everyone I know to One Stop for their work and friendly customer service.

I took my Honda in a couple weeks ago, to fix several things. They were very reliable and gained my trust right away. The fellas are very easy to talk to and know how to explain the issues with my car. Its hard to find trusty mechanics now days.Always reccomend everyone to this shop

These guys appear friendly but really are cheaters! I stopped by and asked for wheel alignment. A technician brought my vehicle into the workshop, put something on the wheels, took the equipment off, and drove for a road test. I watched the whole process while I was waiting in a nearby park in front of the business. The whole process took no more than 5 minutes. My vehicle still pulls to right side. They didn't do wheel alignment on my vehicle at all.Service: Wheel alignment

Very good front office and good mechanics which is very hard to find. I actually have my car in there shop right now to get two fuel injectors replaced because they did such a good job on my first visit. If you ain't got time to be waisting your money, then I highly recommend that you go to these guys and get it done right the first time.

I have been going to One Spot Auto for quite some time now their work is very professional and the prices are very reasonable compared to other places I have been to. Richard is the mechanic that has always done the work to my vehicule. He explains well with detail the problem it may have. Highly recomend this place good customer services and great work ethics.

I called to get a quote on an exhaust pipe reroute. The guy who answered the phone said I needed to talk to a muffler person and put the phone down. I could hear people talking and such and so I waited... and waited... and waited for THIRTY MINUTES before I finally hung up.The front desk person should have, within a few minutes, come back and said "They're really busy, let me get your name and number and have someone call you back." They didn't and that's extremely unprofessional. If that's how their front desk operates, I can't see the rest of the place being much better. Not Recommended at all.

I've been going to this shop for a few years , 4 and half to be exact for all my needs. The employees here are very down-to-earth, friendly .Andres , the manager is profesional, very honest and helpful .If have a limited budget they will work with you to find the best solution for the lowest cost if necessary. One of my favorite mechanics is Richard, he is one the best mechanic out there .

SCAMMER from over charging, charging for services not rendered charging of parts not installed on vehicle lying to customers. Vehicle running worst after work is done then new issues that you never had until this place service it then no car at All

Staff very friendly.The dignoses was located in one day, the problem is : bc my car is a classic , parts are not easy to locate. But i was assured the staff was desperately searching as well as friends in same business.another issue , my car was place and locked inside the garage due to a busy street.

They are best person ever i met in United states for mechanic, but not all of them, front desk person so friendly, I appreciate a lot to him he take care of me so much, but star is Alex, find alex if you need mechanic, they know me as well, and fix all my part there, but the last i came and met with alex, thanks god thanks alex, thanks front desk service

The problem that they told me that was wrong with my truck was inaccurate. My truck sat there for 3 days...I paid for a diagnostic test, afterwards they told me it was my transmission. I took it back because I didn't agree...my friend recommended her mobile mechanic and he not only did a diagnostic test but found the problem. Fixed it and it had nothing to do with a transmission. All I needed was a tune up. I highly doubt they even did a diagnostic test on my truck...and again, they kept it for 3 whole days and inconvenienced me...just be cautious before taking your vehicle.

Terrible service, not trust worthy, Andre the man at the registrar is so unprofessional he should be fired. My car was there for three weeks & they let it set up a whole week before telling me they could not fix it! Charge me $370.00 for storage fee! Stating that I abondon my vehicle, those word never ever came out of my mouth! Please people listen to me in the three weeks & no comunication while my car was on there property my the whole rim & tire on the back passenger side was stolen! I ask Andre why was I not notified about this he just lied again and said he call us & we did not answer between May 13 until June 1 we had no contact with these people. Bad customers service I ever witness! They have cameras all over the property Andre refuse to look at the servalance camera!Dear Ron, the owner the warrenty company have decide to cover my problem with my vehicle at this time! You have never call me to even tell me that my rim and wheel was stolen. Did you ever look at your camera's on the property! I have file a complaint to your shop & Andre is very rude and obnoxious to me and my husband and I know you did not have any conversation with him how he treated us!

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU TAKE YOUR VEHICLE !I am a hard working ,single mother who took my car to One Stop Compete, on March 23, 2015.The manager Ron, quoted me a price and provided me with the issues of my car in which seemed like a fair quote . So,I decided to have the job done with One Stop Compete. ( By the way it was just the alignment that needed to be worked on and the inner and outer tire.) Nothing to difficult.When I came back to pick up my car and pay for my services , Ron the manager had a whole different story in regards to my car and the quote .The price changed and the WORST PART , MY CAR WAS NOT DRIVE-ABLE. I tried to drive out of the place, but I could not because the stirring wheel did a whole 360, while I am driving onto incoming traffic from the shop. Keep in mind, I had my 8 year old son. Currently, I am in the process with the police department to have the situation taking care of.Thank you for reading my post and I hope this allows you to think twice about One Stop Compete!

This place really is my one stop. I get the work I come in for. I trust the mechanics, they tell me what I need and that's what I get done. No hassle. Andre their manager has a great attitude and great customer service.

Bad Service and they always over price ( they charge for many extra and unnecessary thing ) Just to have simple $50 wheels alignment job! to $200 or more every time we bring a car to them.I brought my Car for simple alignment job they Charged me for $ 145 but as you can see in the photo! No alignment done!then they say we never had your Car in out shop! after showing them the receipt they say Ok we will fix it, but they want to charge Storage fees( while the car in there shop getting the services for the Second time)I think the Branch manager (Joe) is not honest with Customers and he was rude to us.I strongly DO NOT recommend this Location at allService: Wheel alignment

DONT TRUST THEM! Had my cad. conv. Replaced and they did something to my wiring on my computer after taking it in not just once but twice to check issues and they didn t/couldn t find the issue. Now $1000 out on more work caused possibly by them I would say don t trust them...my husband kept saying not too and shoulda listened to him!

HONESTY, CONSISTENCY AND GOOD SERVICE are a thing of the PAST here at ONE STOP. Currently they are Just crooks. They will quote you one price and charge a higher price. Go back another day, they will charge you more for the same job. Very disappointed
