I like the selection of merchandise and pricing at O'Reilly's. This store needs to make sure that they have adequate counter associates to assist customers during peak hours. I was in the store on a Saturday afternoon and the line was backed up. I finally gave up and went to the store on North Main.

Be carefull in this place specially if u buy a car battery for 3 yrs warranty. They do not want to replaced car battery. At first they sell me a car battery that was not original, I had a lot of problems and have to do a couple of jump start due to defecting car battery, then i bough the original car battery because someone else I know told me to do so, so I bought a new one But now since it has happen two yrs already i do not have the receipt and in their system show that my battery was replaced for the defect one.

the work schedule says that they work until 9.00 pm. I arrived at 8.30. They didn't let me in, they said that they were already washing the floors and that they would come tomorrow. I wanted to place an order for auto parts. but I will go to the auto zone. thanks for the business. I am the owner of a small logistics company and have a small fleet.

I just want to say that Mr. Johnny needs to be the manager!! He was very patient & direct with me even though I was a bit of a hothead as I've been jumping through loophole after loophole with this particular location. I called ahead before arriving to make sure the manager was there but when I arrived he never came out, even after Mr. Johnny talked to him about my issue- he never spoke to me or came out to help, which I felt like was very rude and unprofessional. Mr. Johnny was very professional and solution-oriented. I am so glad he was the one to help me! Everyone else was unhelpful and unprofessional. If you go to this location ask for Johnny!!! He's the man that will REALLY help you.

Mediocre customer service, Lionel was not willing to engage in giving at least Good customer service, at the end of my visit he was distracted talking to another employee, handed me the receipt without thanking me for the visit. After I had to repeatedly ask information about the spark plugs I needed for my F150, I had to just settle for the spark plugs which I thought were the ones for my truck. I was ready to pay top dollar for the best quality but Lionel was either not interested in recommending a better choice or he just lacks knowledge about auto parts. I stopped coming to this store years ago because of a rude manager who used to run this store, I doubt I will ever come back here, specially now that we don t have to settle for mediocre service as we can shop online.

Best customer service! "Roger" was three guy who helped me change out my battery! It was like figuring out a puzzle! I totally recommend this place!

Asked for help with a code reading service engine soon. Antonio was super friendly, answered all my questions and quoted me fees for parts needed. Ask for Antonio!! I highly recommend this location.

Great place to shop for automotive parts, accessories & supplies! When AutoZone failed to welcome our patronage 10 yrs ago, we went to O'Reilly. Before we knew it, we were getting our needs met w/senior discount. Jokingly asked 5 yrs ago if veteran's discount was more advantageous, & we've been buying at veteran's discount.

Friendly and helpful staff. They've got a great "dirty job" bundle special going on right now. Shop towels, orange stuff for your hands, funnel and a drip pan for $5!

I got stranded at work because my battery failed. And one of the guys at the shop help me get it started. He told me not to turn off the truck cuz I would stay stranded again but I needed gas and the only way to open my gas tank is with my key to the ignition. I stopped at the Texaco on Lyons luckily O'Reilly's was just a block away thanks. To Montes mechanic shop across the street they help me take out the old battery while I walk to go get the new battery there at O'Reilly's I told him I didn't have much money so they look for a battery for my truck and they gave me the best deal they could possibly give. Changed out the old battery put a new battery in and I was Homeward Bound thank you for Riley's

One of my headlights went out and one of their workers went above and beyond and it was after 7pm. I'm so grateful not many people do that. Thank you so much..

I tried to get my check engine light checked the people who worked there just stood there looking at me stupid. One helped she didn't know how to use the computer right. Went somewhere where else and got way better help.

Nope. Not a good place, never have anything in stock and when you ask something else the girl acted dumb or just ignored me. Another employee had her kids in the back area running by the registers all the while she's in the back office complaining loudly about her boss telling her she wants to work whenever she wants.

Called in ahead of time for part availability. Was on hold for 5 mins and they said part was in stock. Drove 30 mins and when I arrived they said part is not in stock

My experience was horrible. I bought 4 parts a few years ago and when I went to exchange under the warranty. They couldnt find the warranty. Only from two parts and gets mad because customers are always right.

Went to store the employees just acted like was not there. Could picked up battery walked out no one would knew. On scale 1 - 10 they maybe one (1).

Terrible customer service. Cashier was texting as I walked in, and was rude. Didn't bother to ask for manager. The guy how ever was helpful.

The store is not very welcoming. The lady that works there was very rude to me then moments later a woman walks in to get assistance from the store and I witness the employee being rude to the customer as well.
