I bought motor oil and a long neck funnel there, which they recommended I get. I do know how to put oil in a car. I just hadn't had the need to do it to my 2021 Honda CRV. Well, when I removed the cap, the funnel did not want to go in at all. I wasn't able to take the time to put my head all the way in to see better. It's been drizzling and I'm dressed for work. Besides, there were men arriving and leaving quick, that I felt uncomfortable standing there over the interior of the hood. I went back in to ask for help after I searched on YouTube and couldn't find anything helpful for my 4 cylinder motor. The gentleman at the counter didn't know how to help, but he requested help from people in the back (who were eating around 8am). He tried to help by looking up videos but nothing different than what I had found. After I explained to the lady who came out (with a mouth full of food) to ask me questions, I said All I Need Is For Someone To Come And Check It Out Better For Me. She went back then came to the front to tell me the gentleman in the back was busy with a customer but didn't know what I was talking about.So I asked, Really, No One Is Willing To Help? They just stared at me, so I walked out. It wasn't until I got to a safe place to really be able to get in there to see. The pic attached shows why the funnel couldn't go in. I needed a different, shorter funnel, so I got it and did what I needed to do. This store definitely disappointed! Not like a couple of other O'Reillys that I know.

Just brought a brand new battery, and J.P. was awesome! He installed my battery quick and easy. I was dreading this process, but he made this experience convenient. Thank you! This store is my go too, and I never had any problems!

The staff here are very knowledgeable and helpful. AP answered all of my questions about that was going on with my vehicle and gave honest feedback about parts and prices. AP was quick installing my new parts as well. AP does amazing work and has very good customer service skills.

Went there to buy a battery. Was told by the employee that their are short staffed. So a Oreillys employee cannot change my battery. 6-8 ppl were working there was 2 customers me included at the store. So I asked to use their tools. I had my tools in my work car. They had all assorted sockets no ratchet. They had wrenches. No 10mm wrench. This was my favorite Oreillys. Now imma go to the one on North Eldridge now on.

I ordered a part online and paid for it. I received notification that the part will be ready for pickup in an hour. I arrived at the store about an hour and half later and the order was not ready.

Excellent experience with this store. Working out of town and not familiar with Houston area-and ordered part to wrong Oreilly location.Isabelle went above and beyond to help me and even had our part delivered to our business. We will be using her for all our companies needs .. thank you Isabelle..

Just left there very helpful and nice people. Very patient and also great atmosphere. Everyone who came in while there got helped quickly. I have visited many locations but this one is A1.

So disappointed in this particular store. When asked to donate parking for a cancer benefit happening next door, they refused. This would not cost them anything, and there would still be parking for their customers. It would also create lifetime customers from the people they served. Now that they have the big fancy store, they're better than the community that created them? I'll be taking my needs to the O'Reilly's on Antoine and Little York.I know it's within their rights to refuse. I just expected more of a store who totes better values.

Well power was out so I couldn't do business, I can deal with it, won't blame them for the weather. So I put stuff back and get smarts ass comment from lady stocking shelves. I'm sorry I didn't line everything back up, seeing as how I had to leave and go else where to do business. I did put things back in their spot, so not like I tossed them on the floor.

Awful experience at this O'Reilly in purchasing automotive parts, accessories, and oil. The last time I went, there was a rude associate who after being asked a question shrugged off the question. Minutes later he just left the store. Keep all receipts from this location because they will not stay true to their word with returns or warranty. Despite the new store being built the customer service remains dreadful at best.

I needed something for my SUV and I purchased it here for 175 dollars less than the dealer ship.I love the patience the clerk gave me, because I was trying to explain what I needed and he knew what I was talking about.

I made four trips to this store because they kept giving the wrong oil filter for my van and they still weren t able to give me the right one. Went to a different auto parts store and took the guy 2 minutes to give the right one.

In the store for 3-5 minutes no greetings, no we'll be right back with you. Two ASMs passed by no word and hear a bunch of people talking and laughing at the back. Help the customer and have fun at the same time.

This place is garbage and the employees know very little (if anything) about auto repair. Ask yourself, do you want to overpay to buy your parts from some lackey who couldn't change their own oil?? No. No you don't.My wife's car needed a new alternator. This was something that I already knew. I was pretty sure the battery had suffered as well from the constant, complete drainage. I planned to buy the alternator here instead of Autozone despite the price because they're closer to me. But I wanted a systems check to see if battery had indeed suffered enough to warrant replacement as well.The older gentleman (he REALLY doesn't deserve the "gentleman" designation) literally rolled his eyes when I asked for a battery/alternator check at the counter. He begrudgingly grabbed the test unit and followed me outside. This genius goes on to tell me that everything is in tip top shape. He says battery and alternator both are 100% good to go. I inform him of the jumps we've had to get every few days and that the battery hasn't been holding a charge, etc. He just shrugged and walked back inside.Ultimately, I ended up going to Autozone after all. Bought my alternator and replaced it. Car is running fine now. I refuse to give money to a company that can't be bothered to hire respectful, competent employees.

Edgar is awesome!! I was just stranded with a broken serpentine belt on my work truck and hadn't even called a wrecker yet. He pulled up, offered to take me to his store just minutes away, found the correct belt, drive me back and replaced it for me on the spot! He gave advice on what to do next and what the problem is that caused the belt to snap. You can't beat customer service and care like that. Thank you Edgar for saving my day and lots of $.

The guy with the nub hand is racist. He came to the parking lot after I made a purchase and asked me for my receipt. Over 2 liters of oil.. Guessing cause I was with my black friends who didn't make a purchase idk. But after I showed him the recipe he said have a nice day. No apologie or anything. Dont reccomend this o'Reilly's to anyone.

I called in advance about the engine light reader and they told me to come and after I showed up there the man behind the counter was rude and said they are not doing that because of the coronavirus. The manager just came behind him and used the machine on my car.

Yesterday i had the privilege of coming to this location i am a deaf man so communication sometimes is difficult in a desperate situation the young lady there went above and beyond in trying to help me co e up with a solution. This location now has my loyalty
