They were beyond amazing I am forever a oreileys fan. Sophia and Vilma were amazing and so helpful and even showed me the right tools to do my first successful spark plug change on my on!! Love this place forever !

Excellent customer service! Emanuel was super helpful with replacing my battery, lightbulbs and wipers , walked through all of it and explained in great detail ,he is such an angel, there should be more workers like him!

I'm a fan of O'Reilly's auto parts but this story is Richard going the extra mile. I needed front rotors for my Hyundai and used the O'REILLY'S website to find a store that had them in stock. So of course 10 in stock meant zero you could take home tonight.Normally I'd be crabby but Richard was perfect about it, had them in the store next morning by 10:30 am and gave me a price break for my trouble. This is why O'Reilly's is my first choice for parts. In a world of rudeness and I don't care attitudes it's delightful to be treated in true Texas fashion. Everyone makes mistakes, that's a given what they do next makes all the difference!!

Worst location to call to ask for info, they will leave you on hold forever, was left on hold for 30 mins I drove to store while I was on hold Picked up the part and drove 30mins home and was still on hold, employees just walking around and chatting to each other while customers need help. Worst part is this is suppose to be a hub store.

This is for Joe - the assistant manager, who went way above & beyond to help me find a specific oil for my car. Out of stock at this location but this man was on 2 phones at the same time calling different stores who showed they had it in stock for me, all while helping his staff when he overheard anything he could help with. Any upper management reading this: you should recognize this gentlemen somehow. Truly remarkable customer service, god bless you sir.

The short haired dora girl was not professional at all made my experience super bad her and 3 other bald headed men were just standing around chitchatting. I could tell they were just ready to leave and not help out customers I will never return to any O reillys again.

The customer service at this location is exceptional. I m not from the area but would make the drive to this location just because of how outstanding the employees were. We had 2 older gentlemen help us, Luis and Ricardo, and they were personable, knowledgeable, and friendly. From the moment we walked in to when we left they offered help and also treated others in the store the same way. Great store and employees overall.

It was a bit of a headache when I brought an alternator in for a warranty exchange, when I got home with the replacement, I opened the box to find and old core instead of a remanufactured alternator. Its partly my fault for not checking at the counter. I called the store and the person who rung me up at the counter told me they checked the alternator when they got it off the shelf and that I d have to come and speak to the manager. To my surprise, I showed up again and they didn t argue with me and ended up giving me a new alternator for the same price. Nobody is perfect and this store is always busy but I was satisfied with the way they handled the situation

Horrible customer service. Jose was trying, actually seemed like the only one working. Hispanic lady walking around with a clipboard, he asked her if the restrooms were open, she said no. Then said you would need to look up the latest policy. Then walked off, mind you she isnt busy doing anything! Then asks if he is helping us or somone else. To which he replied both actually. She said ok and walked off. Crazy the lack of customer service these days!

Attempted to purchase a small plastic cap. At least 5 employees wandering aimlessly, one person checking. Customer in front of me partially checked out , made an inquiry of the checker and then proceeded to continue shopping while the lone checker smiled cheerfully and waited. No one ever offered any assistance and eventually I left. Absolutely horrible customer service.

Don t go here. One of the workers tried to rip me off. After going there to charge my battery he told me that I needed a new one. I thought this was strange because I just recently replaced it. Also he was very pushy and I noticed he was whispering to his coworker, it seemed like there were talking about me. I went to the mechanic to verify this and it turns out I was correct my battery is perfectly fine. I will never go to this place again. It was such a shame cause I am a regular customer. They should really watch who they hire such a corrupt staff. His name was Jose by the way so if you do need to go here at least avoid him.

Be careful this is the only O'Reilly's that forces you to return tool rentals within 48 hours or they will not refund your money. Complete rip-off.

Horrible service. Staff is not interested in helping their customers. I stood in line waiting for assistant. One guy was looking for a part, another looked right at me and walked away, and another person walked past me as if I wasn't there. I kept saying excuse me to anyone I saw but was ignored. I waited patiently for 15-20 minutes but no one bothered to help me. I have not returned since. I take my business to Autozone now.

I came here the night before and there was several customers and only 2 employees. They were very busy and I was in line for over 30 min waiting to be assisted. I ended up leaving. The next day I went a little earlier and was helped right away. The prices even on their brand was more than expected.

On March 7, I had bought a car part and Esmeralda sold it to me. I came home to put it on my car and comes out that it wasn t working. My husband took it back with the receipt and she said she could not exchange it cause it didn t have their sticker and told my husband that he was taking him stuff that weren t from their store, even when he had the receipt in hand. He bought the part for $200. He said check the cameras and she said only manager can check it and that he ll be there the next day at 8. So there no manager on duty and my husband had to buy a other part for $200 from autozone.

Typically a very long wait to get a part or just check out. Also difficult to get anyone on the phone (I'm actually writing this while the phone is ringing...) and if they answer they are usually very busy and need to put you on hold. The sales associate ordered the wrong part and that's a bummer but they were nice enough when I needed to return and order again. Overall I would say that the employees work really hard and are pretty knowledgeable but unfortunately they are under staffed which causes very long wait times.

I ve always found better service at O Reilly auto parts. After twenty years of shopping here they have yet to disappoint me. This particular location made a great choice when they brought Richard Escalante on board. He wasted no time making sure I had exactly what I needed. He was honest and straight to the point. I didn t feel rushed at all. He helped me out and made sure I was good to go. His knowledge and communication skills exceeded my expectations. Thank you, Richard!

Went in to return tool rental this is my regular orielly store, I am a grease monkey so I am here all the time. These guys do it all with no problem and will answer all your questions with great knowledge and integrity. I had to return and buy several other items and they handled it patiently and politely. Thanks to all of you for always going above and beyond.

Horrible customer service. There are a lot of people working in the store and only one person checking out. The lady checking out was rude and was on the phone the whole time while the line is all backed up. She was on the phone talking to her family and yelling at her kids through the phone. It was so unprofessional and a mess. No one was helping and everyone in line was waiting for 20-30 min just to be helped by a rude employee who wasn t helpful.

In theory O'Reilly should have great service. In reality few employees speak English, Mexican radio plays in the store, and there are always 4 plus people standing around looking at stuff on their phones or talking that won't help, even if asked.Once through the long counter line the one person working the counter is helpful. With over a dozen people working at any time why aren't more than one helping customers? There should at least be an Express Line for t hi ose that don't need something from the back, or help identifying what they need. It may just be easier to buy on line instead of waiting time in line.

My experiences at O'Reilly have been mixed in general, depending on the particular store and the employees. The same goes for any parts store chain, really. This O'Reilly is the best one I've ever visited. It's a large hub store, so their parts availability is very good. Most of the employees know what they're talking about, and they're usually very helpful. I wish this store was closer, because the O'Reilly near my house is far less impressive.

This is the hub store for the northwest side of the city. If it's not in stock at the other locations, chances are it's here. Not my favorite store. There's been a few times where I've come in and the employees helping me were totally incompetent. Do your own research and just hand them a part number on a piece of paper. The massive stock is worth at least three stars.

Does not answer their phone. I called over 5 times between two different phones and not one time did anyone answer. All I needed was to confirm a part at their store. Please fix this issue, too many times have I seen a part I stock at the website only to show up at the store and they do not have it.

Customer service very slow and non-responsive not enough people working the counter they could provide prompter service to customers and all for their customers more help which would make the overall visit a better experience

Stood in line for over thirty minutes being largely ignored. A guy came in and front of me and they took him over me saying he had an appointment and was the owner - of which the other staff member denied. Asked to have my battery tested and instead they took a box out there and jumped it. They then said that it was the corrosion or it could be the alternator when there was minimal corrosion. I asked them to please test the battery. They said it would take an hour and a half. I said that s ok I just need to get it tested so let s do it. I was told - see there are two people on front of you. I went to Autozone next door. They had a tester on my car within two minutes. As soon as the tester was put on they said your battery is no good. I bought a new one and had it installed within five minutes. I would like to point out that I am extremely white but what these people do not realize is I also tenga sangri de Indios y estoy en un tribo. Racismo!
