Alfonso was extremely helpful. We took our old truck in for a check engine light and he explained the code, the issue, and what the repair would be. He let us know it wasn t an urgent repair that needed to be done right now which put us at ease.

Started having trouble cranking my car during a cold front so pulled into this O Reilly s since it s close to my office. Frank greeted me and walked out to my car and looked at my battery and recognized it as one of theirs. He asked how long ago I had bought it and I didn t know and he said no problem I can look it up in the computer. He tested my alternator to make sure it was ok and then proceeded to replace my battery under warranty. Thank you so much Frank for getting me taken care of super fast. Super nice, knowledgeable and funny.

My car was overheating. I was able to make it to this OReilly's. The gentlemen behind the counter were friendly and immediately offered assistance. Jarod was great and got me back on the road and I safely made it home.

My tire had been dangerously wobbly and was missing a lugnut, plus I had no tools to tighten the nuts I did have, so we called O'Reilly and explained the situation and asked if they could help me putting on the bolt. Jared, one of their employees, put the nut bolt on, checked every tire to see if all the nut bolts were tight and secure, and then even gifted me a 4-way since I had none. That is great customer service and going above and beyond what was expected.! Thank you, Jared and O'Reilly!!

Will definitely be returning to this store because of Jarod s great and efficient customer service. Car died and needed a battery changed right before store closing and Jarod was a life-saver! He hooked us up with the right battery quickly and had it installed in no time.

Came here recently for a battery for my wife s Prius. These guys are awesome, they installed her new battery for her (even though it s a tad more difficult to install than a traditional car). Customer service was great.

I believe I bought my car twice - once at the dealership and a second time in parts from O'Reilly. And it's still going strong after 20 years thanks in no small part to the professionalism and experience of O'Reilly employees. The Briar Forest location is no exception. The staff is courteous and go above and beyond to help customers with their needs. They're not volunteer mechanics, as some people seem to think, but as sales clerks they are exemplary in this day and age and will ensure you have the right parts for your DIY projects.This review goes out to the assistant manager, Santiago, who found the time to help me test the right part in the store when no other shop would (even my mechanic!).

Brake and tale light won t turn off and need new brake pedal stop pads I got part from O Reilly and try to installing myself but just can t slide into place finally went inside shop if they can help me, one of employees come outside right way to my car installed part in minuteI really appreciate his kindness thank you

My car battery was dead so after I got a jump I headed here because it was on my way home. Great customer service! The nice guy who rung me up let me borrow his tools to change out my old battery and install the new one. They also gave me $18 "core" refund when I brought the old battery inside. Good selection of batteries with warranties included.

I was unsure exactly what I needed; two associates got involved and they were able to identify what it was that I needed. Unfortunately for me, there was more than just one option, but the associates were helpful in providing useful information than enabled me to make a good choice. Service was fast.

Popped in after getting my car jumped to investigate my battery/starter/alternator after my car wouldn't turn on yesterday.They tested my battery and said it was toast, which was true.TWO employees approached me and said my starter was bad. They worked up a quote for me of $350 for just parts, not including labor.I told them I'd be back soon for the parts, because my mechanic friend wanted to see my car. So I got another jump and went home.When my mechanic friend got to me he saw that the battery was indeed no good. But he checked the started and LOST it when I told him these guys said I needed a new one. Apparently my starter is beyond fine. We bought a battery elsewhere, and my car is running like a dream.I'm not gonna lie, you guys... Trying to con a woman into car parts she doesn't need because you assume she won't do her research and/or knows nothing about cars is outdated. We have social media and mechanic friends, and they WILL spot your lies and come to our assistance.This left a really bad taste in my mouth. Sorry you didn't get your commission from trying to con me. But I assure you, this establishment will not see a penny from me because of this.Also, the only reason I left two starts instead of one is that the employees were SUPER nice while trying to con me out of hundreds of dollars.No thank you.

Customer service at this location was nil. Made a purchase and payment with my debit card. I used the credit option, but their machine declined the card. I did this several times using different cards with the same result. Informed by the manager that it was because the card was bad, but I insisted their card machine had a problem. When I finally used my PIN, the card went through. The manager made fun of me and made a sign like he got me, so I asked for an apology for his rude remarks, but he refused to offer one. This forced me to return the items purchased and the so called manager jst took them back and issued a refund. My belief is the card reader had been tampered with to force customers to use their PIN on that machine. One of the worst customer service experiences ever. I will avoid this location in future and keep a close monitor on those cards, the finally get new ones. I dont trust this location either for good service or honesty.

Customer Service is EXCEPTIONAL at this location. Why? I bought wiper blades, tossed receipt to later discover passenger blade defective. Returned 2 weeks later for help and they immediately researched files, found purchase and honored return/exchange! Remarkable! Staff will even install blades for you..... wow!

Terrible experience at this location. I needed to have my battery charged after having my car shut off on me in traffic, by God's grace someone was able to give me a jump, I quickly made it to O'Reilly as quick as possible. After making it there I was unsure exactly how to take out my battery so I asked a store assistant by the name of Carlos if he could help me out. He stated it was against policy to remove it themselves, than stated he could have their mechanic do it but he would probably charge 10$. I was than confused on how their policy was they couldn't touch it, but if I paid a fee their mechanic could do it. I was so upset not about the fee but the lack of care giving to the situation. They reuse to even come out and show me if I was going it correctly. This is the worst customer service I have ever had, the manager didn't even care when I called to inform him of what happened and how I felt. I ended up going to AUTOZONE where I was treated professionally and with respect.

Horrible customer service. Been going there for years never had a problem till now. Not going to mention names. But there excuse on trying to help is "We are not mechanics." Funny how I called a competitor and they where very knowledgeable and pinned pointed me what the issue could actually be on my custom mustang. I was just trying to help my father. Don't go on a busy day either. Extremely rude and have attitudes. Their other excuse for their actions where"We are short staff & busy. Dont be a sissy. When it comes to our customer service." That makes everything okay. Naw I'm good. Never going there again. Business is lost. Don't need people like that in my life.

I have bought many items there that was easy to do and apply by a woman they were always kind and courteous. Always willing to help with things i could not do on my own. I will continue to give O'Reilly my business. Well Done Guys

Be honest there s a lady there her name is Madonna if you need anything you should ask her, she is really nice and she smile always!!!Plus she s knowledgeable!! If I am a district manager I will give her more training for sure and I ll make her the manager for the store no question ask!!

The sales person I spoke to was rude on phone and in person. Their service was nothing to write home about. He was not ready to check out the part in my car and was insinuating that I will infect him with covid-19, despite my wearing an N95 face mask. He almost got me depressed.

The staff is usually really nice and helpful! Last time I was there a nice young handsome man helped me find a wiper and even installed it for me. I think his name was Johnny. And I came in kind of late in the evening. Nice and helpful staff!

The 2 guys were super lazy, came to buy a battery and they seems like they were waiting on each other to see which 1 would be the one to do it. Then when ask would they be able to put it in for me, one would say well it'll its complicated were wont be able to, they didnt even check to see if it would be. Then I think he was the manager or something a Hispanic man came and I ask if he would look he then and said yes we wont be able to. Then the black guy pointed at a couple outside that was having to put in a new battery and said, see they have to do it themselves because there's are complicated too smh, was not the best customers given.

Tried to do a return on motor oil. I was told I couldn't return motor oil if the receipt was over 30 days. Later realized the receipt was only 14 days and even if it had been 30 days, I could still return it. Basically I was lied to by the worker. Why? I guess he was just lazy or ignorant or both. Went to a different oreillys and was in and out in less than 2 minutes with a successful return.

Store refused to honor their Lifetime Warranty on a master cylinder because they have changed the part number they carry for that part since the original purchase (twice, actually). Sounds too obviously wrong to be true, but that is the situation. Their part numbering shouldn't be my concern in this case. Since I paid for a new Lifetime Warranty part, and returned the part with full documentation it should be a no-brainer, no drama exchange. I've been dealing with Hi-Lo/O'Reilly for forty five years and thought they were more professional than this.

Sent my son for a new battery for his car. They didn't offer to install or take the old battery. I returned it. I'll stick with Auto Zone from here on out.

The young African American guy was very helpful. The part was there and I got in and out fast. The only reason I didn't do 5 stars cause I wish the part was cheaper. But I get my car fixed.
