I can't think of the tech who helped me, but he's a very nice young guy.I only have one complaint......that parking lot is outrageous.......so many holes, I mean big, large holes........ Y'all need to get that repaired IMMEDIATELY....... IT'S SAD HOW THAT PARKING LOT LOOKS

Service here was horrible first when I walked in I spoke nobody spoke back.... I understand 1 guy was with a customer its understandable that's not the issue. My issue I was ready to check out one cashier seem to have a bit of an attitude. I'm thinking I might be me because its been a long day at work so I blew that off, until I asked him to help me get my engine cap off so I could put oil in my car. This guy looked at me rolled his eyes and (reluctantly took the cap off) walked away he didn't ask if I needed help with anything else or nothing like that.

Karla was awesome. She helped me get the right part at the best price available! Even had the part delivered to the mechanic's shop. She and her coworker were super friendly and compassionate about my auto need.

Would rate this location 0 starts went in to purchase a part ask for help and FEDerico told me he couldn t help me because they close in 10 min when what I need only takes 2/3 mins on April 12 &7:48 Pm Not Sure What Happen To Customer service

Every time I visit I have a very pleasant encounter with helpful information pertaining to the reason that I came into the store in the first place. Love them manager Ms Carla O'Riley the best

Service was unacceptable for just engine check and ABSOLUTELY no other customer before me. There were five to six workers who weren't doing anything, so I left.

Love the Lockwood location Ms.Karla and Shebritney are absolutely AMAZING THEY ARE THE BEST TWO EMPLOYEES AT THIS LOCATION THEY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO FIND THE ITEMS YOU NEED FOR YOUR VEHICLE.........THEY BOTH NEED RAISES

They didnt help me to get a check engine light which the sticker they have on the window said they do that .

This is where you go for parts for your car and they are helpful. Free ignition engine light check also.

Found what I needed, ask for assistance about my vehicle but got lip service, oh well par for the course in this day and age.
