I got to this place desperately needing help with a battery, Juan assisted me After Closing time. Really amazing service. All staff seemed nice, store was neat!

All the staff including management is lazy. Dropped of my rotors to turn and I was told 2 hours wait time. I called after 2 hours and I was told one of your rotor is done and we are working on the second one and it will be ready in 30 to 45 minutes. We there after an hour the didn't even touch my rotors, started making excuses. Manager Eddie is good for nothing. I will never go to this location again.

Do not go to this location! The DM Miguel was highly rude and doesn t even help. Had me drive all the way to the westheimer location to return an item but yet they re a corporate location so they are able to return the item.Waste of time and gas

The counter person was very attentive and helpful. After checking out he even advised me of the available special on my next purchase! Great customer service skills!

Eddie was great.I purchased a headlight bulb at another location and they were not able to install it.I was in the area of this store and went in to return the bulb.Although my purchase was not from this store, Eddie offered to install the bulb and was successful.

3 out of 4 people working there weren't wearing their mask correctly or at all... I had to motion to the woman at the register to put on her neck gaiter (one of the most unsafe face coverings)... a guy had his mask down while talking on the store phone and other guy had his nose hanging out..

I m from San Antonio and was visiting Houston for the weekend. My battery had corrosion I tried auto zone and Firestone and they acted like they couldn t help me and made it seem extra difficult. I go to this O Reilly s they helped me out immediately l. Won t catch me anywhere else except oreillys. Shoutout Noah

This location as well as the one on 11thSt. & Shepherd Dr.have the worst MEN/GUYS working there!!Including the managers!They won't bat an eye to help you!The women on the other hand are wonderful & very helpful.So the 1 star is for ALL the men!!

Amazing customer service. Broke down a mile away just before they closed, called and explained my situation, and they stayed open long enough for me to walk there and get the part i needed.

Bad technical support, I asked about a oil engine filter and they sold me the bad one even though I explained that I guess is wrong, they insisted that is good but not , now I have go back to change and lose my time.

Not at the level of customer service I'm accustomed to from an O'Reilly store. Staff was sitting on chairs behind counter and seemed disinterested.
