I shop here regularly. People are never friendly. Could use a friendlier staff and a little more knowledgeable ... and the store needs a permanent line space area. Like the one they have at Autozone. My last visit, 3 of us made a line for the next available employee. New customers made a different line . I was not going to allow someone to cut in front of me. Especially after being in said line for 15min!

Poor customer service especially the commercial side!!! My part was never delivered to be dropped off to the shop it was supposed to be delivered to. My mechanic called to check on it around 5:30 to see if they were on the way because he had told them to drop it off at the shop and his response was well I thought you were going to pick it, and we have no drivers at the moment mind you my mechanic had said he wanted it delivered and then my mechanic asked what time the part was delivered, he said it was delivered at 4:30pm he didn t even bother to call my mechanic to let him know the part was delivered. What a waste of time and the sad part this place has gone down hill. This is not the first time this has happened. Just ridiculous.

I've exclusively shopped at O'Reilly for auto parts for at least the last decade due to the great customer service I've received in the past.I will now be shopping at the more convenient Auto Zone thanks to the customer service provided by Wayne. Wayne was extremely condescending, unhelpful, and had a really poor attitude. If you see Wayne in the store when you walk in, it's best to do a 180 and shop elsewhere.

Came In and was looking for a lockout kit, was looking for the kit with the air bag. Jeremy came from the back and said they did not have that one there. I looked it up on my phone and searched it my self on your website. He said another store had it. I asked if he could call and make sure it was there. He said they show to have two in stock and stayed quiet after that. I'm sorry but that's not good customer service

One of many auto parts stores in the area. Not the most inexpensive but convenient for stuff in an emergency. There are lots of other options if one is not in a hurry to get repair done

The BEST Store This location has the most helpful and humble employees, a career that they make look simple. But I know better. Ana helped me today, Big-time with her knowledge and helped me above and beyond.

Paid cash for a part I go back to get a refund they don t have cash on hand and want me to drive around to every oreillys to try and find cash are you kidding me manager was very rude about it as well horrible customer service

Came in for a battery replacement They refused to change the battery for me because they only had 2 people in front. To be fair they had only 1 other customer there, and yet they offered to jump my car so I could go home and change it. They also didn't provide battery gel yet when they do it themselves they provide the gel but Instead they want to charge you the $2. Seriously Great Service.

Quick trip to grab an item. Didn't see it at first so I asked the woman who works there about best options; she was very knowledgeable and polite. Plus my pick was on sale. Thumbs up.

I've been coming to this location for almost 15 years and thanks to Wayne i will never be going back! I waited in line for 15 min and the guy infront of me was taking his time and wayne let him go out side for 2 min to get money to pay for his thing and i was told to step back so that the guy could pay for his things and then wayne acting like he didn't want to help me i ask for help and if he could help me with some products and where were they located. He point towards an area and said look over there and i could get back to the end of the line. He is garbage and has no customer service skills. The ladies that work there are awesome and have great customer service. The men are rude and lazy. Thanks to you wayne ill be going to Auto zone from now on and referring everyone i know plus my company to not purchase from your location ever again!

That place is only in business bc of dale honestly. One of the few left in this world with actual knowledge. Everyone eles "including the other locations" has an iq of purple. I'm only giving 4 stars bc at this "lower income area location", someone tried to stab me twice and did successfully rob me once. Other than that, if dale is working that day, great place, would recommend.

I have to give these guys credit I was one of "those" customers when I went in recently. I didn't knowwhat I needed as I'd been sent to pick up a part, and had to come back again because we needed more items. The guy who helped me out looked at a picture of what I needed had no problems looking things up in the system and even spoke to my bf over speaker phone so we got everything right. I cant remember his name but he was so helpful I told my boyfriend that it was the only store I'll go to now for car parts.

I went to this place trying to replace my car battery with any expectation. Once there, I found a nice customer service and experts who helped me out to decided what was better for my car and with some discounts I never ask for! That's was the best part of all.

I called for a part. Guy said th we y have it. Get their another guy said they didn't have it for my car. 1st guy got my vehicle info. 2nd guy then tried to sell me a more expensive part. Realized I wasn't having it then came back with cheaper part. The part didn't fit.. I returned the product to another store and got my money back. Hwy 6 don't think I'll return to that store....

I called this place I was put on home I drove 7 miles and I will still live on walked in the place that had one gentleman waiting on a customer I guess the lady was a manager African-American lady she was standing at the counter doing nothing they had another person waiting I was looking around and then I realized I don't want to spend my money in here it didn't even reach you when you walked in so now I will not buy anything from here.

Customer Service at this location is TOP TIER. Zach has helped me on multiple occasions and deserves to be recognized for his hard work and good customer service!!! Great location

Good people...I come here for some things.. but I've definitely marked Super Start Batteries off my list of purchases from this brand name O'Reilly. Got a single year out of this damn battery. Unfortunately my warranty is lost in the sauce, now I'm stuck with this trash. Just gonna trade the core in at another establishment that hopefully carries a better brand of battery.

My truck broke down right in front of this O Reilley s and the TRM Automotive shop next door and the woman that helped us at this O Reilley s was the most helpful, kind, compassionate, educated and wonderful helper when we were stressed out trying to figure out what was wrong with my truck. She helped us find all the parts we needed and even walked them over to the repair shop next door to have them install everything and figure out what was wrong. My wife and I were on our way to a wedding lunch and they made everything speedy quick without adding more stress. Highly recommend these generous employees at both the O Reilley s and repair shop next door!

So I had a battery that was purchased here 8/2018. Was still under warranty when it went out and decided to replace it. As chance would have it, my car died right in front of the store. Went in with zero attitude, i'm the nicest person anyone could ask for; asked for assistance in pushing my car a bit to the front of their parking lot so it doesn't hinder others since three stores share the same drive way. I asked a male employee who replies with no. Alright, so I asked a pedestrian on the street for help so that I can push my car on neutral, three people from the collision center next door also helped by the way, but ZERO from O'Reilly. Random strangers were more helpful than employees PAID to do their job. Let that sink in.I go in tell them I purchased the battery here, they let me know that I would have to bring the battery in. I asked them for a wrench so I could pry my battery out of the abyss that is my car engine. I was shocked to hear the employee reply with a NO saying that basically I had been belligerent in asking for my battery warranty?!?? No assistance pushing my car, not even a wrench to pull out the battery that I HAD PURCHASED FROM THEM AND WAS STILL UNDER WARRANTY. I ended up roving up and down the street in the rain for a wrench, luckily an auto stereo store a couple stores down helped.The pisspoor excuse of employees at this O'Reilly location were downright rude, condescending and extremely confrontational. Even threatening to call the police for calling them out on their atrocious service. It's like they make a game with each other to see who can be the most unhelpful and rude to pass their time since they were no other customers. The most absurd part is, when I finally brought them the battery in and asked to be served by those that had refused me those cowards went to the back of the store and sent a woman employee to replace my battery instead, probably were in shame that they had treated a customer this way. Should have seen their eyes when my car came up on their computers was almost worth the whole ordeal.WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND OR EVER COME BACK.TLDR; this place sucks 0 STARS IF POSSIBLE

I use to love going to this O'Reilly the employees use to be helpful now they are just lazy. Went up the street to Auto Zone and was taken care of. Dale is rude no customer service skills at all. They definitely need to retrain their employees on CUSTOMER SERVICE. Half the employees walk around like they don't know what they are doing. If you go to this location make sure you know all your information about your vehicle because they are even to lazy to look that up and make it seem like you are bothering them by asking them to do their job. Definitely the last time I will be shopping here.

Omg worse customer service ever. Called ahead of time to make sure they had an oil filter. They said yes. We drive out of our way to find out nobody knows anything and they don't have it in stock. They were so rude and he will very confrontational!! There was no apology just oh well. Never going there again! Stay clear away!
