I went to AutoZone and when I left I was in tears because they weren't helpful and I didn't know what to do. I go to O'Reilly and CYNTHIA was working. Even though they didn't have the part (I have to order it online), she was more than willing to tell me what it was I was looking for and where I could buy it. The difference in customer service was night and day. TY

They refused to replace an ignition coil that has a Limited Lifetime warranty. The part is two years old. They even refused to give a discount for a new coil.

They always have the parts I need. I also check out the other guys, but most of the time I end up going back to O'Reilly's

The guy that works in this O'Reilly's was super helpful. He explained every item that I needed, what it was for and why I was getting. It told me what I didn't need and if I had a problem to come back. They are great. I will always go back to this place.

The manager was very helpful with informing me on what exact parts I needed for my front hub assembly repairs and made sure I didn't make a rookie mistake of buying stuff I didn't need.

My experience at this O Reilly was so great! Everyone greeted me with a smile. Ross was really helpful and super kind. They really made me feel welcomed and even changed the battery for me right then and there, when other competitors across the street declined. Thanks again Ross!!

I needed a new battery & ABS sensor. The wait in line was merely minutes. They had the items I needed & I was impressed with the young man who provided excellent customer service. I really appreciated the military discount as well.Thx for having what i needed at reasonable prices as it was a one stop shop!

There pretty cool, just wrapped out a battery for my truck under warranty. Clean store helpful staff but sometimes they can be understaffed.

Crazy how much service varies one street apart. Came to O reily after checking in with auto one across the street. I m so glad I did! The service at O reily was amazing. Ross was so helpful and even helped with changing out the battery! Great people at Orileys.

It was fine. I got what I needed . The only thing was wish they would of asked me about other components needed for my part I purchased. Turns out I need a censor to go along with the thermostat housing unit. Now I have to pay for separate labor, when it could of been done all at once.

Terrible experience, went in to warranty out some part out and the guy never looked up my warranty and told me he(Juan the manager) didn't see where I had purchased the item. I call another store and they found where I purchased 5 of the same items from the store at 8525 montgomery. This manager refuse to help men and started helping other customers telling me I was wasting his time. The other store listened on the back ground and told me the manager was wrong and have me contacts to get in touch with district managers over that store. He also wouldn't let any of the other oreillys rep's wait on me maybe thry were on fear of their job and the other Mexican rep working tried to make me move from the counter so he could wait on other customer. Juan is not manager material well let me sat he is not the person to be waiting on people especially not on a manager position.

The visit ended up being okay. London did his job on checking my engine light. But Deja didn't greet me when I came in. I came up to the counter and said hello, she continued to work on her personal computer not even looking up at me. After a minute she said what you need. That's definitely rude. Despite London's professionalism (saying yes ma'am and thank you) I will not be coming back to this location!

The young man who waited on me was very professional but the young lady Africa America that's also a employee there was not professional at all when you are a customer coming in and being services and has to hear to language coming out of her mouth using the N word that to me is Not Professional at all and to carry herself like that is being disrespect to others that's coming in to the store to be services she can still get her point across but not like that and the older gentleman Africa America with the salt and pepper hair that's cut real low never address her on spreaking like that in front of customers it's a way of doing things and I will shop there again thank you

After not getting any help across the street Larry and Cynthia took care of me with above and beyond customer service. Do yourself a favor and skip the other guys and go straight here.

Their parts are cheaper than the other competitors...also they check your car for free ...auto advance doesn't do it...auto zone charge $76 ..... having your car diagnosis before you go to someone to get it fix is better than you don't Know and get taken advantage of.... blessings to O'Riley
