This is a very good location to go to for your auto parts and accessories. They are very polite & well stocked. The store is clean and I got the part I needed quickly. I definitely suggest coming if you're in the area. I was greeted with a nice hello welcome to O'Reilly and a very helpful employee that assisted me without any problem. I was very satisfied with my visit.

There s no reason an auto parts store should have to be flashy, but O Reilly stores always have that old grungy gas station vibe. Perhaps the savings are passed on to the customer? Very doubtful. I m sure that s part of their marketing image.

The associates were very helpful. I went in there for a battery and the going lady was able to quickly tell me which one I needed. When I brought back the old battery, the young man helped me get it out of my car, because I definitely could not carry it. They apologized for my wait, and while it was no problem to me, it's nice to hear them say it. I appreciate their efficiency and helpfulness.

I bought a part of there, and I am having a hard time getting my money back from them don't buy anything that cost you a lot of money cause it will take forever to get your money back........

Destiny and the manager was so helpful to us, they were more knowledgeable than most and eager to help. They saved us with their generosity and will do attitude. Thanks. Will always come back to people who just know their stuff

Staff refused to help woman with battery because they were to busy. From the time the lady in front of me bought the battery to the time I replaced it for her 1 customer went in the store and was in there for less then 2 minutes. I hope one day their mothers are treated with more respect then they gave the lady in front of me. Sad Day for Men.

This is a very sorry auto parts store that doesn't care about the neighborhood.1. They never have an empty container for recycling oil.2. The handheld device used for diagnosis has been broken for almost a year.3. The arrogant attitude you receive when you arrive is always there by the same old employees.And the new employees learn it very quickly.Is this store ignored because it in a black neighborhood or is the manager a person that just doesn't care. I have been motivated to contact the corporate office and ask. Not for a solution but why.

The customer service I received over the phone was by a girl corina not sure if that was really her name because an employee ask the girl that he works with for her name so it could be a fake name not sure what s going on in this store but she would give me fast brief answers to what parts I needed seemed as if she just wanted to rush me off the phone I asked what lengths the break lines came in and she comes back with what size break lines they sell I told her I asked what lengths not what sizes she kept me on hold for a while and a gentlemen came on and told me the lengths. It s simple follow direction and attend to the customer at hand. Not sure where you find some of the ppl you hire but I would bet them better and make sure they know something about vehicles. Thank you

This is the worst orelly auto parts in Houston. They are rude and unfriendly part shop on this side of Houston. The first time I stopped by there with a battery someone stole it .This timer when I went the wrote bad on it and gave it back , took the battery to another oreallys no problem. That use to be such a good oreallys i don't know when are who made things go so bad

Very professional weekend staff, especially Darnell, he was very informative and helped me get the exact parts I needed for a vehicle I was working on. I feel as if he should be a manager of this store if not already.

This is one of the worst stores in houston tx. The employee are all about the people they know that come to the store. The management do show any kind of pride about how things work re what there employee are doing. They should all be moved and separated.

I went in to get my engine light check with the machine and they say they so call don't have the machine to check it what manager runs a business with a sign clearly on the front window that says free engine check
