Ramona was very polite, professional, patient and helpful today to my husband and I who are visiting from out of town. It was nice to see a friendly face and excellent customer service from this location.

I dealt with two staff members. One was ok and helpful. The other took over when the first guy was helping someone else. This second guy was condescending and sarcastic. He mocked my ignorance of how car headlights worked (who would ve thought, given he s the professional. Not me :/). He didn t seem to want to be helpful.I also observed him being equally condescending, sarcastic, and unhelpful to another customer. Coincidentally, that other customer and I are both Asian. Sure made me suspicious of this O Reilly rep s motives ..I ve been to O Reilly s along the East Coast and never experienced this type of lack of professionalism before. Definitely not going back again.

If you need a new battery I highly suggest this location! Michael and Josh were so incredibly helpful.They figured out how to pop the hood for me, retrieved the new battery I ordered super fast, took the old one out, installed the new one and credited the surcharge back to my card. All in about 5 minutes. I didn't even have to exit my vehicle.Ask for JOSH or MICHAEL. 10 out of 10 customer service. I've contacted corporate to inform them how professional Michael was.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!And ask for taco truck recommendations. Michael knows the best places nearby!

It was my first time to come in O Reilly. I was looking for a wheels lock in which I have no idea how it looks like, how to install and how it works. Mr. Trevor didn t just patiently look if they have the correct size for my tire but even install it himself.I couldn t believe that. I feel like God sent me there in the right time and place because I couldn t even move the wrench when I tried to install it myself. He indeed went above and beyond of what is expected of him and this is very rare to find nowadays. I would definitely recommend this shop because they help people and be a blessing in the area.

Friendly service. The staff answered my battery question on the phone, and had just the part and tool we needed. Michael at the register even gave my daughter a quarter for the candy machine. Class act!

I came here for a battery test because my car wasn t starting & was told my battery was still good. They told me I wouldn t need to change it anytime soon & that the issue was just a loose screw. I left and my car wouldn t start. I took it to a dealership and it was indeed a dead battery. +1 star only because the guy who serviced me was nice.

Great folks here. Even late night and exhausted, they keep a cordial attitude. Gotta respect that for sure. As the only parts place in the area, they stay very busy. Be patient and they ll get you squared away. Highly recommend early morning or late night to quicker help. Really good people.

I showed up around 8am and spoke to Gerald the store manager. I told him that my car battery was dying and I couldn t turn the car off because it wouldn t start again. I told Gerald that I was basically stranded and needed to have the battery replaced. I am a software developer and don t know much about cars so I needed some help. Gerald told me that I wouldn t find any help there and he refused to help me. He looked me in the face and said tuff luck. Stating that he was the only person at the store, to which I replied that I was the only one in the store. Give me a break no one is in the store, I m stranded, and it s a hundred degrees outside. Regardless of my reasoning Gerald refused to help me and was perfectly fine with me being stranded. He offer to have me wait in the car for help .it s a hundred degrees outside and I m wearing a suite! Gerald was extremely rude and arrogant.This was one of the most blatant acts of cruelty and carelessness! What kind of an evil person would refuse to help someone in need, he gave me the price for the battery as well! This business is shameful and this man should be fired immediately. I just can t believe someone would be that heartless. This is shameful!

Laneal and his coworkers went out of their way to make my experience super easy and convenient! I previously went to another O Reilly store and they said I would need my own tools in order to replace my key fob battery, but when I came here they had tools ready and even replaced the battery for me. Everyone was very friendly, I will definitely be coming back here in the future.

I was having a horrible day , mom was in hospital I was there visiting her came out to a flat motorcycle tire and although they obviously didn't have one they were very nice and very helpful and also saved me some money as I was going to have to buy some tools that would have been hard to get home on my bike but they let me use theirs. Great people. Willing to help anyone who needs help

Worst customer service. They refused to give me back my refund on a warranty that is a lifetime warranty. Who knows why. They when I got upset, Laneal, the store associate, tells me that if I m upset, we can go outside and handle it. Basically insinuating let s go throw hands. Then the store supervisor refused to go get the manager, and claimed that he was not working, when I saw the store manager in the back. Extremely unprofessional. Would never recommend this store.

Very friendly and, more importantly, helpful staff. Product selection is good and this store seems to have a consistent flow of customers. Prices are often above the competition s though.

Trevor is the worst customer service I ve ever seen. I simply asked him if he can check on the system and tell me if is there any similar brand of Dupli.Color paint of 1F7. He just ignored me and told me to check the aisle 1. Come on, be a little bit responsible, just a bit. If I could find it in the aisle , why would I ask you? It s unfortunate that people just don t care. I got it if you told me I m sorry I do not know, that will make more sense, and that s fine, but the why you re approaching Customers is just wrong.

Josh is the one who attended me today and I felt he had great customer service. I can tell he really cared and asked questions for clarification to better help me. He was very kind. I also came here once before and the lady who helped was v kind as well. I will definitely be back.

Came in today looking to get a battery replaced and the staff was so incredibly helpful. Xzavrion was so polite and helped me find a replacement battery at a great cost, and answered any questions I had regarding replacement. A great location and I highly recommend anyone come here looking for auto assistance.

This place has always been amazing with helping me. Laneal was super helpful with replacing my battery for my car and had a smile on his face when I first walked in. It s great to come to come to a store where someone greets you with a great attitude!

Came to this location on Sunday to get my battery checked and they were extremely busy but handle everyone swiftly . Very impressive!!! Way to go guys and Josh was absolutely amazing!!! Very knowledgeable and helpful. You guys rock . I love the staff and highly recommend Josh .

Got there with a dying battery in a rainy day. I ve been more than once to this location for car batteries and had had a good experience, but this time was the opposite. I understand if they can t check it when it s raining, but the guy didn t show any concern nor offered options when I told him I didn t know if my car would start again. He could have told me their hrs or at least tell me about the mechanic around the corner I was pretty desperate. But it was as if I was intruding on his time with my problem and he couldn t care less. Fortunately, the customer service at the place around the corner right on Kirby was the exact opposite. They got my out of trouble right away for not much more than a battery would have been at O Reilly s. So from now on, I know where to go when I need a car battery! As for O Reilly, they ve lost me as a costumer for good.

been buying parts from o reilly for years. never had to give my card number over the phone ever. usually just have it sent to the store come in pay when i come in. He was just trying to take my card info! was rude about it too. good thing the location down the road is the way o reilly s usually does it.

Absolutely horrible, lazy, disrespectful, racist employees at this store. Michaels racism towards customers is unexceptional! Counter #593926 Drawer 4 4/8/23 8:19am. I have contacted O Reillys corporate office about Michaels disrespect towards customers and the district manager will be involved with this. I ve been a customer at O Reillys before it even became O Reillys . If the hiring practices do not change I will give my business to another company who doesn t hire lazy, disrespectful racists .

I needed to get a headlight fixed and was helped by Laneal. He was very friendly, patient, and helped me identify the exact bulb to match the working one. He also helped me install the bulb, and went beyond by taking extra time to make sure the light was in the right position/at its brightest. Excellent customer service by Laneal.

Josh was so nice, i had gone to a few autozones and they didnt want to change my battery for me because it was hard to get to Josh looked at it said it was fine to do and did it for me. So nice and helpful!

Can y'all have your manager go out to the stores in Spring/Cypress and area, and use those stores as your inspiration.Edit. I visit this store regularly.One employee particularly PICKED UP THE PHONE WHILE I WAS TRYING TO GET A BATTERY! he selected the incorrect item multiple times, then SOLD me the wrong item, and in the middle of it charged me incorrectly (Not one getting off the phone)Only AFTER the mistake was realized he decided to tell the individual on the line that he has WORK to do. Sadly, this was an OLDER employee, someone who should know etiquette. Not sorry if that person gets reprimanded for his mistake, because it was absurd.

I worked here for 1 week and these people have no clue what customer service is. My manager at the time told me on several occasions no to install batteries it didn't matter if the computer said professional installation or not. One comment I remember him saying specifically is don't put that battery in for him he's a young man in front of the customer after I just sold him the better battery for 189 dollars. Corporate needs to be made aware of this because that is totally unprofessional. I don't know why he's been the manager for so long all I know is you don't treat the people who are paying your bills that way. He needs to be fired and if the district manager isn't watching and listening to the cameras he needs to be fired also and get someone in there who will run that store like it's nobody's business !!!!!
