Seemed to be the manager at that store but she was very rude, unhelpful I couldn't deal with her attitude so I purchased my brakes at Advanced Auto Parts with no problems!!!

WARNING!!! CHOOSE A DIFFERENT O'REILLY OR GO TO AUTOZONE NEXT DOOR!!!If I could give 0 stars I would. This location is the worst! The lady Manager, MARIA IS EXTREMELY RUDE!She overheard me ask the young man�assisting me, IF they matched AutoZone prices. The young man stated, "YES THEY DO." She swiftly injected herself into our conversation overriding him saying, "No, they don't; unless the quote is a printed receipt." However, the male Manager standing nearby said, "go ahead and match the price." Then Maria gave him the "crazy eye" look, which apparently frightened him, so he changed up quickly by agreeing, "oh yeah, you have to have a printed receipt." She wouldn't allow anyone else to assist us at this point.So we walked next door to AutoZone and got the receipt and came back. Then Maria wouldn't accept the receipt and made another excuse stating because AutoZone didn't have the part in store, she wouldn't match the price.As I was speaking with the male manager, she injected herself again rudely speaking in Spanish (not knowing, I understood her RACIST COMMENTS) when I told her that was rude, she then texted him and his phone lit up, showing the message. So I stated, "so you texted him?!" Then she turned the phone over.Then she started back rudely and sarcastically speaking in Spanish yet again; terrible customer service. She MUST be a relative of the owner because I don't know how else she's still employed here!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The Manager lady is extremely rude. My boyfriend went in today and she was extremely rude and sarcastic like ALWAYS. If you dont like your job, quit lady. Unfortunately, this is the closest Oreily so we visit it constantly. She is ALWAYS so rude! Last time we go there for sure.

I wouldn t dare come to this store a fourth time. The customer service is trash . The help is trash the workers act so lazy as if they don t want to help or do their dang job . Even tho orielly is a really good part store to buy from . This location customer service is out right terrible

Assistant manager is really rude and not willing help. I came in 2 hours before to ask about my warranty and Angel helped my husband and I and told us to bring the battery back and they can do a warranty on it. Came back with the ticket that it IS A BAD battery and right before the exchange the assistant manager yells from across the register that No he s not going to do the warranty exchange because he doesn t trust that Autozone checking it for me. All this while there other customers stand around waiting to be helped. He had no need to jump into my conversation with the employee who was already helping me.UPDATE: just came to ANOTHER O Reilly and they did the warranty for me. NICE FAST AND FRIENDLY.

This location has to be the worst place to come of all places. Maria is extremely rude! When I came in, I wasn t greeted & she was on the phone having a loud, personal conversation on the company phone, on company time! So I asked her to help me, she lied & said she was on the phone with a customer and started speaking Spanish (I m half Hispanic so I understood everything she was saying) she turned away & continued the conversation saying No I m not mad, it s just you don t do what you say . entonces vamos hoy! After she finally ended her personal conversation she mumbled & walked off & went to the back with the other female who s only a cashier . (Her words when I asked her for help). There was a very long line and only one person took the time to assist me- The Spanish man with the glasses. He was very calm, professional & helpful and apologized about the wait and everything. His customer service skills are beyond amazing & he definitely deserves a raise A.S.A.P.! Maria needs to know it s not okay to be rude to people spending money, with your employer, O Reilly while there s many other auto part stores willing to do the right thing and assist their customers. She makes this store look very bad.

Perfect place to find those speciality tools most places do not carry.Prices were reasonable. Enough selections to meet your budget.Staff wears masks and uses clear dividers at the registers. This is the new norm.

You got to be one of the worst O'Reilly locations it has to be management that is the problem. Came in here just to get a small replacement part waited 18 minutes without anybody acknowledging me saying please hold anything. In fact there was nobody to be seen for the first 11 minutes. Watching the timer on my phone after 11 minutes 2 people showed up behind register is to answer the phones never once acknowledged in me. Then they disappeared in the back. Don't come to this location unless you have 30 minutes to buy some small part because that's how long you'll probably have to wait before anyone will even acknowledge you walked in the store

Went to buy some brake pads and get my rotor cut. They did an outstanding job on the rotors. Very pleased with this place. That's why I keep coming back here instead of going to autozone. Would recommend it. The staff were helpful and friendly the time I was there even though it was packed at the tjme I went.

First, I called the store six times before going there and never got an answer to any of them. I drove to the store and received bad & rude assistance from the manager. He did not have any knowledge of a basic 10 Chevy half ton pick-up truck. I recognized him being rude by his way of asking anything, mostly with the expression on his face, he asked me the same question more than once after I provided the correct answer. Parts were also not in stock. I found the parts at Autozone not far from Oreilly there that same day. I will not return to this branch for service again and will definitely tell others, to keep them from having the same bad experience I ve had.

*BEWARE*If you don't already know someone that works here, go somewhere else, you'll be ignored for the most part.One worker spent a lot of time checking a customer out, due to the friendly conversation they were having, which is fine where there isn't a line of people waiting. During this time another worker (of 3+) came from the back and opened a new register, but checked out someone that just came in, who he obviously knew and then went outside to test their battery.

Should have a dedicated register for people who just need a can of oil, wax, or tire shine and not have to wait 15min behind someone who don't know what engine they have . Grrr

Management suck! I'm a disabled person and he wouldn't help to take my battery out of my car so I could purchase another one. He said that he didn't have time! On top of that he lost money! How crazy is that!

This is the worse auto parts store ever dont come here isela is the worse stroe manager brought brake pads for warranty and does not want to warranty them out the next review im taking to abc news ,fox,and channel 13 ,news been here for 35 mins why would oreilly make a person wait for some brake pads just brake pads

I was in line waiting for 5 minutes while the employees talk to each other and looked at me before they asked if I need any help. I think that's f****** hilarious
