The customer service from Alberto was outstanding!! He was friendly, very knowledgeable and well mannered as well. He was working this location today, but commented he is normally @ the one on Lyons Ave in Denver Harbor. If you are lucky enough to have Albert assist you, I am almost positive you will not be disappointed! What a refreshing encounter these days,, to meet a young employee that does an amazing job!! Keep up the great work Albert, you ARE making A DIFFERENCE!! He helped with my wiper blades, cabin filter and def!!

Oh Cynthia I'm sorry I'm such an inconvenience for you when you and coworker are just sitting there gossiping. Yall didn't wanna help me or the other customer that wanted help with windshield wipers!!! I came in for the oil filter special and 1st you tell me you don't have that filter for my vehicle and then you you change it to we don't have that oil for that vehicle. Funny thing is that I have purchased the O'Reilly oil from yall many time for my specific vehicle and filter from my local store where they treat me well but I figured why not? I was in this area let me stop in here. Never again!! And you are 1 of the managers. What kind of business are you running? Yelled at me about ill be waiting for your call to report this incident!! Very rude and condescending, Ma'am. Im sorry i didnt remember what oil can go in my vehicle but you know what i dont work at a part store. You do!! I was very respectful to you and that's how you treat your customers. Holly Wow!!!

10/10 experience - I will return! Upon walking in the store I was greeted by the entire staff and asked what I needed assistance with. After letting them know I simply needed filters (engine and cabin) Darnell was able to grab them from the back for me. Amazing customer service on his part by the way! I really appreciated the help and saved $80 by grabbing the parts myself instead of going to a shop.Would highly recommend for all your car needs as they re a trusted, well known brand anyway- but this location had great customer service as well!

Carlos and Darnell were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They changed the battery in my car in no time. I will be coming back to this location! Would definitely recommend.

Great customer service and attention to detail. Jacob really helped me to assess my auto part needs and figure out what to get and why. He event shared how to get money back by returning my engine core after installation.

I would give this O reilly 0 star. Horrible service. Staff was so rude( I don t know his name but he s the one with the bald head) very unprofessional.

Management has staff untrained, and more worried about getting out on time rather than helping a customer in the parking lot.By the way, you need to teach your sales people that LED bulbs do not work without resistors. But you know that would be useful.The staff are friendly, but the management direction for this location is abysmal..

The employee wasn't really in the mood to work. I needed my check engine light checked and he had me connect the black cord under my steering wheel myself. I had no clue what i was doing . He wasn't helpful at all. I had a few questions that I asked . And he wasn't too concerned about my questions either. I will not be going there again. Bad customer service.

I called ahead of time asking if they had what part I needed. They did, set it aside for me when I arrived, and politely sold the item I needed at the register. It was busy when I arrived, but that can be expected at times. I appreciate the attention I got, I didnt need much else. Store seemed fairly clean and regulated, just wish there were a little more hands on deck.

Had an excellent experience at O'Reilly! I was ignored over at Advance Auto Parts so came here instead, where service was prompt and friendly. Ti (not sure of spelling) was highly professional, worked out what I needed, and got everything sorted within 15 minutes. She was excellent :) I would definitely return here as needed.

Exceptionally bad. Guy behind the counter barely looked up from his phone and was rude. This used to be the best parts shop in the area, sad to see what's happened to it.

I would recommend this location to anyone with a car issue. The manger, Alejandro (also known as Alex), is efficient, knowledgeable, professional, helpful and kind. He went above and beyond to assist me while I was broken down on the side of the road. He helped me pick out the correct parts I needed over the phone, drove to my location and quickly installed them. Badda bing! My car was ready to go. His expertise and integrity has earned a loyal costumer. Thanks Alejandro for helping me out of a tight spot! 5 stars!

I went here because my boyfriend s truck needed a new battery- and I have no knowledge of cars at all! Alejandro- the manager- was so incredibly helpful and kind! He helped me find the right battery and was so nice to install it! My boyfriend s truck has a bar preventing the battery to be easily removed and one of the connectors was eroded to the old battery. Alejandro was patient and took his time to remove everything and place the new battery! I really appreciated him going out his way to help me with this! After battling the truck battery- he even helped me locate filters for both my car and the truck! Such a super helpful place! I would recommend anyone come here! I will definitely be coming back for any car related situations!

Recommend? YES!Atmosphere is quiet, friendly. Well-organized, lots of auto parts.I ordered Battery post replacement for $5.00. I hope it fits my battery terminal.UPDATE: It fits my battery terminal.Service is attentive, clean, quick, friendly. Representative answered questions and showed where parts are.I came here 05/13/2016, around 08:00 AM.

Darnell was extremely patient and helpful making sure that I got the correct windshield wipers for both mine and my wife's vehicles; he even helped put them all on (in the rain) with a smile the entire time. Much appreciated!

Honestly, I've never had better customer service at any other auto store than this one. Cesar is super sweet and even helped install my air filter. Thank you Cesar! This is my new auto store home.

The 3 stars are for the 2 young women that work there & helped me a few weeks ago! I got there by the skin on my teeth, i needed a battery for my truck. I saw about 3 guys walking around the back(including the manager!) & none of them helped the 1st lady that was tending to my truck,she was a time finding the right size battery & the other lady jumped in & helped her.A young guy came to help them & they were finally able to get me back on the road!I've always had good service @ all the O'Reilly's but this is the 1st one I've been to were the guys don't help

If I could give this O Reilly a 0 star I would very poor customer service I ve been a mechanic for 10 yrs and by far one of the worst customer services I have received, employee was rude and was helping others while still dealing with me and was not able to locate my account which 2 days prior I had went to another O Reilly and had no issues bringing up my account. Very dissatisfied with this location guarantee won t be coming back to this location!

I like O'Reilly. They are nice and professional. When I had to return somethings they were nice about it. They can order your parts too. I think they may be better than AutoZone when it comes to courteous sevice towards the customers needs.

Great service! Their employees will do everything within their available reach to find the parts I need. While there have been times when they didn't have a specific part I needed that wasn't even listed in their catalogs, nor their outside suppliers (darn rare parts!), they did their best to at least point me in the right direction as far as what I could do next. Been going here for years, and they still got that top notch service!

These guys were about to close and they helped me find the right part. Even double checked to be sure. They were very nice guys. I appreciated it since my husband was on the side of the road!
