Just got my oil change, change wiper blade today. With no appointment, they did a great job, and its fast. They also check the vehicle in detail. They mention we have a couple of issues on the tires. Overall experience is excellent. Nick did a great job with customer service. Nice people. Good job guys

William @ NTB spent extra time making sure I was informed with all the conditions of my truck. I appreciate his customer service and him taking the time to make me feel more comfortable and knowledgeable about what was going on. I will definitely come back to get my truck needs met. William is Great! Not only did he take the time to explain my vehicle issues but for extra issues beyond the scope of his branch, he found another NTB that could handle it the next day. I have been a loyal customer here since 2009 & will keep going thanks to William!

I have been here multiple times for most of my car's maintenance and have never had any trouble. The staff there is nice and welcoming. They immediately work on my cars and inform me if there is anything wrong with the car. I recommend bringing in your vehicle here for maintenance. Their price is very reasonable and fair.

Walked in without an appointment. Thought my battery light was on, but it was my engine light. A full diagnosis was run and I was advised of the findings. I elected to have all the work done. Parts were ordered, work was completed and I was on the road again. Staff were informative, professional and efficient. All billing was fully disclosed before any work was started.

Unexpected nail caused unexpected trip to NTB.It was a great experience! They solved issues and worked with me.Nicholas the manager handled everything so well!I m so appreciative of the service they provided!

Great customer service, and explained everything they were doing. Jess and Brandon are courteous and professional. UPDATE 11-14-18 Just went back yesterday for tires and oil change, everything went as smooth as before. Excellent, polite customer service by Jess, he explained everything to me, i spent more than i wanted, but that was my decision, i got a higher quality tire than i expected. This is a great repair facility!

Service Manager Tanner Mayer was extremely helpful. I stopped by this location far from home because my VW needed urgent brakes service. He was very attentive to what was the issue and we were able to work something out to fit my budget. That s the essence of customer service. I understand this location is under new management and based on my experience I can tell it s for the better.

Nick was very helpful with explaining what was needed done to my car. He broke it down to where I can understand and not be too overwhelmed about what needed to be fix. Will be back again.

What an incredible job did these guys did on my 2023 Tahoe. I love getting my vehicles brought here where I know it is in the best hands. These guys always leave me very satisfied and impressed and not to mention the new guy William. He was keeping me aware of my care needs.

Had an oil change, tire rotate, and balance. Nathan was professional and friendly. Nathan informed me of the things they found on my vehicle and wasn't pushy. Definitely will be coming back!

Life savers. Nail in my tire on a Sunday. Shops are usually closed. Quick Google search and found the this location. William was the tech who i spoke with. He explained the process. Very informative. The team members also were very polite. I was in and out! Now I can go enjoy my day . Would recommend to anyone. Earned my future business

Nick & Nathan were both very helpful they had a lot of insight that I didn t know about my own vehicle. I went in for an oil change because no one else seems to carry my oil/oil filter. I was given an incomparable quote. I will be bringing both my SQ5 and Porsche here for all future maintenance. Staff was very diligent, kind and knowledgeable. The manager Nick was particularly outstanding. Definitely recommend!

Had to get my rear brakes done, but they tried to help me budget that huge expense. Ended up coming back for my front brakes for squealing and was given a better deal than Firestone will do. I keep coming back, now, and have gotten good tires at a fair price WITH a warranty. Great place for what your car or truck needs and affordable. That's hard to beat, in my opinion.

Went to them for an oil change, came home and oil is all over my driveway. Took my volvo back so they could see what's wrong, they said they fixed the problem. My check engine light came on shortly after and also said I was low on oil. They said they did another oil change after they fixed the problem. Had to get my car towed to a shop to find out my engine was now no good. Went to this place because it was close to my job. Found out they did the same thing to one of my coworkers car also. Do not get an oil change from them. I am Out of a vehicle .

William and Nate at the front desk were very knowledgable and provided excellent customer service. William even drove to another store for a part. The technicians in the garage got me on my way ASAP.I ll definitely return to this NTB location.

Went in to have the tires checked, low pressure light on, put in air, light still on and showing lower than they should have been. I purchased four new tires at a different NTB in June, thought the receipt was in the glove compartment, it wasn't. The man couldn't find my purchase in the system, was able to show him the transaction on my credit card statement. They took great care of me and had us on our way shortly with everything resolved and tires properly inflated.

Wish I could give it -5 stars... I've been coming to this location for more than 5 years buying tires and getting alignments. The last two visits were ridiculous. Came in and purchased four brand new tires and had to let another place take the tires off and put them back on the rim because my car was shaking hard from the minute I left the location. This time went back for an alignment and I should've known something was wrong when I got NO PAPERWORK or didn't sign anything. Started to drive and my wheel could not be straightened because it would severely veer into the left. I'm so very disappointed in this location because I've given them a lot of my money and business. There's a lot of turn around here and you see new faces every 6 months or so. NEVER AGAIN. Keep your money and spend somewhere else where people actually take pride in what they do and don't put customers in danger.

Went to NTB for a tire, they didn t have my tires so I bought two of a different brand. The customer service was so good I went back for the last two tires and made it a full set of tires.
