New tires on wife's car today at NTB (Richmond @610 loop).1. Excellent service.2. Easy in, easy out.3. Folks at this NTB care about their customers and their cars.Alan did a fantastic job getting things done and multitasking. No dilly-dally but extremely courteous.While waiting for tires to be replaced, observed Alan with other customers.He provided excellent service for all, was respectful, explained things well and just got it done with confidence and a unique casual grace.A true professional and great human being.We will be back.

Highly recommend this establishment! Spoke to Rene over the phone and she was able to pull up my information quickly. When I got here Dre was very helpful in assisting me. All of the staff was very nice, and I will definitely return in the future (:

I've come to this location for a number of years and they always take good care of me! They're honest and give me the info I need to understand what's going on with my car. Alan Taylor and Renee and Winston took the time to explain what's going on with my car and why those repairs were needed. I'll be coming back soon and highly recommend this location.

We are traveling from out of town, called a competitor store and they were all but rude. Called a sister store of NTB and they were the most helpful. Got us to this location and the gentlemen working were outstanding with getting us back on the road. Excellent customer service and top notch repair. The store was very clean and well kept! I highly recommend if you are in an emergency or just local. Give these guys an opportunity to serve you. Shout out to Allen (who was the best)! From Lakisha in Alabama! Roll Tide!

Hi I purchased 4 tires with road hazard, rotation, balance and alignment included and paid 770.39 on June 4 2023 I paid with my credit card and have the statement to provide it. So I went yesterday to get a tire repaired because there was a bump on my right back tire and I was told they could not find my record in the system. That the system has changed that sometimes that can find the info but sometimes they couldn't. So they were not going to honor the warranty. I ended up having to go to a different store and having to have the tire replaced and paid for a new warranty. How is it possible that I am asked to pay more for coverage and extra services when I'm buying tires at your store but when I'm in need to use those services and warranty then I am denied the service just because your system changed and my record is not popping up. Where is the reliability and ethics your business is expected to have. I'm deeply disappointed and without any trust left in NTB. Hoping you rectify experience

Thanks, Demarco! Your customer service was great. I went in for oil change, tire rotation, balance, and to check on a nail I noticed in my tire... Funny part, Demarco walked up to me with a concerning face and handed me the tiniest nail/screw we laughed! It's always a great experience here. I use to bring my BMW now my Blazer I know is in good hands.

I wish to leave a message regarding the excellent service that I received today from Allen. He has been awesome. I needed an oil change. He was prompt, attentive, and courteous, giving me exactly the service that I needed. I have been coming to this location and always fine that it is the best location because of the service and attention and care that I always receive, please make sure that Allen. is made aware of this compliment because it was greatly appreciate it from start to finish

Came in for new tires, ended up getting new rear shocks as well. Alan is well educated on the services and helped get me back up to par all in decent time. If you re in the area, I recommend them. Thank you Alan!

Came in on a recommendation after a flat to get my drivers side tires replaced, and ultimately was asked if I wanted my suspension aligned - I opted to go with it and boy am I glad I did! The guys here really know their stuff. And they were able to get it all done in just an hour, which was even speedier than I've had it done elsewhere. Really solid spot to get everything taken care of!

Best place for tires in Houston! I bought 4 new Michelin tires here about 6 months ago and their pricing beat all of the competitors. Today I came in with a flat tire due to a nail and Alan was awesome! He patched the tire very quickly for me on a busy Saturday. A big thank you to Alan and NTB! I will never go anywhere else!

Alan was so attentive and helped me as soon as I got there. Him and his team were swiftly and got me out in a matter of a half an hour. I would highly recommend they have great customer service and explain everything in detail to you I will surely be back.

Alan and Lee went the extra mile. I was visiting from out of town and got a flat tire after hours Friday evening. I had the car towed to their facility that night. They looked at it Saturday morning and helped me get an exact tire replacement installed immediately (Lee had to drive to the warehouse to pick it up) because I was driving home later that day. Thank you guys for your excellent service getting me back on the road as quickly as possible!

Very friendly staff who fit me in quickly, checked my tire, did a small repair, and reset the sensors on my tires for free. Definitely went the extra mile. Great place and I highly recommend them.

I woke up on Sunday morning 4 hours away from home and with a tire with 15 lbs in it. My very first thought was "Oh no - it's Sunday, everyone is closed, and I'm in a strange place." I was thrilled to find out that NTB was open. I quickly found the closest one that was along my route out of town and headed over. Everyone was very attentive to my situation, and after a few minutes I was back on the road headed home.

Quick service & very trustworthy. Worked with Alan (who I remembered from another store) on a head light replacement. He was nice, personable and very knowledgeable about potential issues before getting into it & was able to get it fixed very quickly. I would trust them with any future repairs, I would not take my car anywhere else. DiShaunda G.

Marco and his crew are top notch. We brought our car in and were serviced immediately. Everyone was friendly and honest. Our tire had a flat and our tires was fixed swiftly on. Sunday afternoon. We are so glad we came here.

Demarco was very kind and helpful. He listened to my complaint and offered the best solutions. He made me feel at ease even though I came in very frustrated that I hit a pothole and blew my tire.He got me in and out quickly which was very much appreciated. I had a great experience.

I came to NTB today in the Galleria area to get an oil change and Alan was very helpful. I was expecting it to take long, but he was very quick and attentive with his work. Great customer service!!! I will definitely be coming back.

Came in for a new battery. Alan was super helpful in identifying some other issues that could be taken care of same day, but was not pushy when I picked the services I could afford at the time. Got in and out in about an hour. Great experience after having your car not start :)

Thank you so much Alan!!! I went in as soon as NTB opened, for an alignment after rolling over a pothole nearby, and Alan was happy and ready to help. He answered all my questions patiently and got me in and out. He made the troubles or car maintenance effortless. Highly recommend and will be back.

I can never say enough wonderful things about NTB on Richmond Ave. Starting with the one and only DeMarco .what a delightful human being . or should I say, human- doing!! I called to see if he does oil changes-wasn t sure because I had only boughten tires from him previously.He was soooo cheerful on the phone(what a totally different experience from that of Firestone ) and not only set me an appointment- but beat Firestone s price by over 40$ for the exact same service ..just sayin The atmosphere in their facility is so upbeat and jovial. You can actually feel the friendship between all who work there. I had called again earlier today before coming, and Allan answered the phone - what a jokester!! So much fun!!Jonathon( alias JJ .. ) is also a kind soul it seems . The entire staff work together in such harmonious synchronization, and what a treat it was to experience it today in its fullness.I work in a very highly top rated 5 star organization, and it s extremely rare that I see another company meet this criteria I highly recommend that you visit DeMarco and Crew at 4802 Richmond Ave. 77027You will be taken care of en tire ly .. no pun intended .well maybe . We bought 4 new tires from them. They lift the car the worng way and dmaged the exhaust pipes. We noticed the sound coming from the car just 2 min from the shop. The repair mechanic confimed that the damages were caused by some forces pushing up to car. There is no way we could have cuased that kind of damages by diving on the road for 2 min from the shop. But the company refused to pay for the repairs.

Went here and they said they couldn t fix my flat tire because there was a piece of metal not only in the flat section but there was also one on the side that was causing a slow leak; and that the tire needed to be replaced. I asked them if they had the tire in stock, they said no. I left and waited the next day to take it to discount tire where I usually go. They looked at the tire and there was a small piece of metal on the flat section that they removed that didn t puncture the tire. They said all is fine now. I asked about the piece of metal on the side as NTB stated there was and discount said there wasn t a metal piece puncturing the side. I m convinced that either NTB was too lazy to want to even attempt to fix a flat tire or they were just lying to try to sell me a tire that I didn t need. NTB lost any credibility and trust from me. I ll be sure to NEVER recommend NTB to any one. I think I ll stick with Discount Tires which ALWAYS does right by me.

Excellent overall customer service and service from Le, Alan, DeMarco, and E. I only come to NTB for maintenance, however, within the last year or so, I relocated and was a little nervous about receiving the same service as I received from DOWNTOWN NTB. I must say that it s consistent and even more friendly. I ve never had any setbacks on the work done on my car and they always go out the way to make sure I m happen. DeMarco is attentive, E does a phenomenal job in terms of working on my vehicle, Alan makes sure others are on point and picks me up from the lounge and Le has a great personality. Keep up the good work guys! See you all again soon
