Excellent customer service from David! He made it feel more than just a transaction. Everything was clean and they took care of me in a timely manner. 10/10 will recommend everyone to this place. They have a customer for life out of me.

I've been coming to this place for years, be it oil changes, tire replacements or any of their engine maintenance options and have had no problems whatsoever. Always quick, informative, and accommodating for walk-ins as well! Recently, I've been helped multiple times by David at the front desk and he is so helpfuland informative! Any questions or concerns I have asked, David has explained and goes above and beyond to keep you updated on your vehicle while you wait for ease of mind. I've tried going to other NTB's before and I have to say none really compare to this one, thank you NTB#4471

Caleb, Adam, and their entire staff go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. They make sure to be transparent and thorough when handling your vehicle. I highly recommend them.

I cannot thank them enough. When another shop messed up the wheel of my care, David and Caleb came through and were so incredibly kind and helpful! I will recommend this shop to eveyrone! Thank you so much!

I came here to this location and got new tires. I know absolutely nothing about anything related to a car & Caleb was the best. He was so professional & walked me through each tire and why the ones I bought were the best for my car. He made the process so simple. If you re in the market for new tires, this is the place for you, just ask for Caleb :)

As we all know, tires are important.So important, I drove to NTB off Gulf Freeway in Houston 77034. I spoke with a gentleman, I believe his name was Adam. The tall dark beard man behind the counter.I expressed, my tire pressures are constantly going down, thinking I have a leak! The man politely said let s take a look at what s going on. After inspection, he explained I did in fact have two tires with nails. He explained what tires is best for my vehicle and why they re important on these Houston roads.The gentleman, walked me through the prices and explained what was my best bet within my price range.The time it took for the employees to work on my vehicle was within a reasonable amount of time.I will make a note of a situation that happened while I waited, because I feel it s important when you read these reviews.The gentleman had a female customer, who was incredibly rude to him after he explained the prices for what she needed. The lady was extremely loud and called him (the worker) out of his name.He was incredibly respectful to her, regardless. He explained the prices he gave her was the companies policy prices and he s terribly sorry for the inconvenience.It was clearly not his first day on the job, though his professionalism and how he handled the situation was exceptionally well performed. I do 10/10 recommend this location!

I was driving from Dallas to Galveston at 5 pm on a Saturday when I hit something on I-45. I got off as fast as I could and rolled into this NTB parking lot. When I walked in, they said they were closed and all equipment was turned off. When I told them what happened, they came on in the 43F cold, saw the situation and put on my spare for me. This included unloading the suitcases from the trunk (boot) and doing the whole tire change by hand tools. Charged me nothing and sent me on my way with some advice as to what to do next and wished me the best, Didn t get their names, but all the guys were great,

Man these guys are awesome. I had a flat nearby didn't have the proper tools to repair so they let me come in they took off my rim and changed my tire for me. God bless ntb

Once agian great customer service experience. When in to get my car serviced gave me options of what work can be done. Great Service. Great service always had a great expirence here. Ashley the Manager always helps and gives the right services when I need them,

I called this location to price a set of tires. The guy on the other end said it would be a $25 deposit. When I told him I have never had to pay a deposit, he said it was a new system in place and they are allowed up to 3 orders for tires without a deposit and they have already exceeded that for the day. THIS WAS A BOLD FACE LIE. It takes nothing to tell a lie, but it takes integrity to tell the truth. I will never shop here!

Was in the area for work when I hit a huge pot hole and damaged both right side tires, was referred to Adam and his team by an old friend! They were very punctual and got me in and out quickly knowing I was on a strict schedule! Great team all around! Will definitely be back for tires on my personal truck!
