Extremely disappointed with the level of service, very rude guy who supervises the inspection and mechanics, I went to have the muffler piping from the car the have in their inventory for part out. On first visit I ask them to see the pipe and tell if if they can replace it, their illiterate mechanic initially told we can and conveyed it to the parts guy at counter who wear glasses. Than I was told that their price would be 160 for the pipe, I agreed on their price, than before coming I even reminded them if they took off the pipe for me over the phone, they said they have, on visit they denied they have not(same guy who assured it has been).Than he promised me he will take it off next day, and deliver it to my house. But I was forced to visits, it was third day on their words, and now they came up stating price would not be 160, it would be 500 and not for the whole pipe but for the piece of it. the same mechanic start acting indifferent stating, "oh someone took your pipe away(mind you it is the same mechanic who initially thoroughly inspected the pipe and conveyed to the parts guy about what is needed in the car.) They all made fun of me, laughing at my helplessness and situation, which was caused due to their poor knowledge, unprofessional attitude and wrong diagnostics. Keep in mind that I have been dealing with them in the past for almost an year, they did not even respect my dignity before dishonoring their own words and wasting my time, fuel and efforts.They seem to be uncomfortable working with non-Vietnamese people(I felt being their waiting), always quote you(non Vietnamese) the rates that you run away, as long as you are non-Vietnamese. I felt being their. I am sure this is not the fair business practice, that you do not own what you convey and make your customer wander around and promise for next day.Extremely poor, unprofessional, making fun of customer's dignity, wander him around, wasting time of his, giving him wrong info, and than when you have the thing, twisting the whole background and requoting him x3 times the price for the same part which you already inspected first.

Purchased a brake part from northwest auto parts, they told me it was in good condition and working order. Went to install the part and it was worse than the original part that went out on me, thank god they returned my money. I will never give them my business again and advise the same for everyone else.

I paid top price for a scratched up fender with rust all across the top and they wouldn't drop the price for the damage to it
