Don t even bother coming here for service. 2-3 days just to check your car and they don t even provide you with a vehicle while u wait but as soon as you purchase a vehicle from them you get priority service. What s the point of scheduling an appointment if you won t get seen at that time. They should schedule the appointment whenever they re ready to see you instead keeping the car for days. On top of that my car has a recall that hasn t been resolved so they expect me to drive a car that can catch on fire but they suggest to park away from buildings.

I had a good experience with their service department so far. Dillon assisted me initially. I didn t have an appointment, I just walked in at 10 am with a battery problem. It only took about an hour for my battery to be replaced. I was very impressed with their speed and service, especially since I didn t have an appointment and it was a Saturday. Thank you to Brenda as well, she helped with getting things done fairly since I only had my vehicle for 5 weeks and my battery was acting up. Now my car feels brand new and performing very good. I m very happy with my experience with the service department so far.

My car was damaged in an attempted theft. That's not necessarily the fault of the dealership. However, the service experience I had afterward is. Considering there is already a class action judgement against them due to the faulty security systems, I figured they'd do something to minimize the cost, offer a loaner car or something. They did none of that. I've suffered every bit of the expense so far. To add insult to injury, when they finally fixed the car after 2.5 weeks the keys they provided me turned the ignition but did not open the doors. As soon as I got out at work after picking up the car I was locked out of my own car! They then proceeded to lose my old key! If I didn't have my old spare, I'd be completely destroyed. Eventually found the keys tossed in the crevice between the seat and center console. Miserable experience!

The technicians did all of my recalls on my Hyundai sonata hybrid within 2 business days. Unfortunately I did not have the extended warranty for struts replacement so I went somewhere else for additional service. Also I would like to thank my service advisor Aaron Jackson, he was very nice and helpful.

I'll write my review again because it looks like it was deleted. Do not come here for service! They will over charge you for parts!!! I didn't learn my lesson when I came here a few yrs ago. I will never come here again. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't waste your time or money.

Beyond frustrated with this service center. This is not the first time I have had issues . No updates unless you call them. Had my car towed there Monday due to the check engine light on, my car has <33k miles on it so this shouldn t even be happening. It is now Friday still waiting to hear back, I have called 3 times, got hung up on once and they sent an email to whoever to inform them I called. The service tech only called me back once to say it would be looked at Thursday or Friday. it takes them 3-5 days to just run the diagnostics .and not even the repair. In order for it to be covered under warranty I have to take it here otherwise I would be taking my business elsewhere. This is my first and last car that I will be purchasing here, the lack of care and urgency is horrible.If you get your oil changed here with the tire rotation, mark a tire with some paint or different stem cap because they do not check the pressures or rotate them unless they get called out.

Car is 6 month old 2023 tuscon called because collision sensor and cruise control sensor warning keeps going off. Lady said I need to bring it in and leave it for 2-3 days for diagnosis....2-3 days people...for a sensor. Also that it would cost me 199.99 for a diagnosis fee. This is a brand new car and I feel cheated. Terrible service departmentEdit: manager reached out so I'll raise the review a bit, will update further pending outcome.

Horrible experience! I went for a basic oil and filter change, they promised 30 minutes, but it took a frustrating 1 hour and 40 minutes. They were supposed to check my tire rotation, which they didn't do. When I asked about tire pressure, they ignored it. Never returning to this Hyundai service - their service is the worst!

To be perfectly honest the customer service is absolutely horrendous and it laughable as to how incompetent the staff is. I scheduled an appointment 3 weeks out for maintenance on my vehicle which is still under warranty. I specifically told the individual what issues the vehicle was having and my appointment with the technician was booked at 4pm. I go in for the appointment just to be told they don't have a technician available and I will need to leave my car for 5 to 7 days and possibly a technician can run a diagnostic on my vehicle within that time frame. What was the purpose of setting up an appointment? The incompetence of scheduling incorrectly, not indicating why the car was being taken in, and then to given the run around. Avoid this location at all costs!!

Super friendly staff. Was able to book an appointment here within 2 weeks versus other dealerships who couldn't fit me in for 2 MONTHS. Only complaint would be it was difficult to get in and out of their lot as it is super crowded.

Made an appointment for service. Was not told it was going to take 48-72 hours just to be in queue for a diagnosis- of a door sensor. Everything was mansplained and over explained when I arrived. Was told this is normal . This is NOT normal. Waste of my time & gas.

My car is 6 months old still under warranty, driving on US 290 and heard noise under the engine, called Hyundai assistance and they towed my car to this dealership, it took them 5 days to look at the car only to tell me that the engine under cover fell off and this kind of damage is not covered by the warranty,It is extremely difficult to reach anyone by phone and they send you text messages whenever they feel like itI am reporting this dealership to the better business bureau
