They picked my son s car from accident and they say they will get it fixed and they claim insurance with all our permission and because we say no to the insurance they increase the price. Ridiculous. I will definitely not recommend this place.

I have a 2012 250C Mercedes and I was in need of a timing chain. So I started doing some research on mechanic shops, and a friend of a friend said that Northwest Car Care was one of the best, So I reached out to Alex, he was so professional and kept me in loop with what was going on with my car. Repair cost was very reasonable. He fixed my car it runs great!!! I will continue to take my vehicles to Alex. Thank you Alex keep up the good work!! **edit update** Sounds like they had a bad employee, and he is gone now. The owner apologized to us deeply. Still taking a while to get the car back but he is now texting updates every few days so we can see the work being done. I am all for letting people fix bad situations and Alex did that here. He is a good guy.They have had my car over 5 weeks, with no updates but keep sending charges to my insurance. I have emailed them, and I have called 6 times now and some rude man answers the phone "WHAT!?!" Then yells at you on the phone to "talk to Alex" I just want my car back, this is ridiculous. I feel like they stole my car.Service: Body & Trim

Great experience! I recommend all my friends and family to this shop. Alex the owner and his mechanics are well experienced and professional. They have serviced and continue to service my entire fleet of ambulances. They are very knowledgeable of both diesel and gasoline engines. They have the best rates and very competitive pricing. Overall I am truely happy and trust their work that they provide.

Attached are some pictures of a "2 month old" repair job on a fuel tank. As you can see there is rust in the fuel tank, causing it to stall in the middle of the service road. 2 months prior we brought our vehicle to Northwest to fix a check engine light. They later noticed that both the fuel tank and fuel pump needed to be replaced. Needles to say that any work made by a repair shop should not look and stop working like it did after only 2 months. After another shop gave us the diagnosis was the fuel tank and fuel pump needed to be replaced once again.We then asked Northwest for our money back. Instead, Alex refused to give any money back unless he got the parts back and he would not be able to give us our money back in full. He even claimed that the owner was going to take the refund cost out of his own paycheck. I cant understand why anyone would take money out of a employees paycheck if that employee did not have any knowledge of why or how the issue still existed. Use caution if you bring your vehicle here.

I was a new customer with an alternator problem. alex arranged towing for a reasonable price and more quickly than if I had used my roadside service. The repair was done for a reasonable price and he even took videos on his phone to show me why the alternator was failing. Thanks again guys!

Great Service, friendly and fast. I had transmission problem went there, they estimated very low and fixed the transmission in two days. They also checked all the fluids, and diagnosis for free. Moreover, they did free oil change & tire rotation. Thank you guys.

I have never had any problems getting my cars and truck repaired. I go here regularly for my oil changes and minor maintenance. They do a stand up job and will take the time to answer any questions. Very friendly.

I have had nothing but great customer care. And they are quick but very detailed and very knowledgeable able to answer all of my questions. Can not say more great things about this place. Besides this shop is the only one I trust with my car.

I would highly recommend this place, was on way back home to Florida and broke down on the freeway. The towing truck took us there Alex had us back on the road in the time they told us they stopped everything to work on our car great customer service and very friendly staff.
