I just traded in my 2019 Chevy Equinox for a 2024 Chevy Equinox. Everyone who helped me was absolutely fantastic. They offered phenomenal customer service and competitive pricing. They made everything simple and convenient for me. I cannot believe I ever purchase a car anywhere else. From now on, I will purchase all of my vehicles from Norman Frede Chevrolet.

Jared, Lenny and Tania made this purchase so easy! This was my first Big girl purchase on my own with no help. Lenny is the perfect GM for this dealership! If you know me, I have horrible stress/anxiety, so he made me feel like family with this whole process and walked me through everything! Jared was the one that helped me find the perfect car that would best fit me and my family. He took my calls on his day off and answered every question I had. Tania made the paperwork super easy as well. She really helped me understand everything that was being signed but got me in and out so she didn t take much of my time. I really want to thank everyone from Norman Frede! We WILL be back when it s time for my husband to make his new purchase!

I found a car I wanted to look at on their website, called the very next morning and a gentleman named Matthew Waggoner answered and was eager to help. He was very proactive and did everything he said he was going to do, right away. I went and saw him the same day, he found us the most perfect car and helped us get the best deal. Other employees in office like the sales and finance managers were so kind and warming. We had a great experience and will most definitely be returning and sending our loved ones their way!

Steve was our sales rep and he was very knowledgeable and low pressure. I appreciate that he didn t try to upsell us and if anything offered a very realistic approach to car buying. I also appreciate my experience with Tonia in the finance department. She also didn t try to upsell us anything unnecessary and worked hard to get us the best interest rate (which is challenging in the current market). If you need assistance from a manager ask for Lenny he s great at explaining things and will go above and beyond to ensure you are happy.

The easiest experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. It was a small town feel and we were very thankful for Kyle (salesman), Chance (manager), and Tonya (finance). If I ever need another Chevrolet this will be my go to place! Thanks guys!

I had been looking for a Corvette for some time. Each time I found one, it was out of my home state. I would reach out to the dealership and it was like pulling teeth just to get them to respond. I was ready to buy right then and there but would get zero help from the salesman.That is, until I messaged Zach at Norman Frede. I saw the car I wanted so I did the generic inquiry on their website. Zach responded to me via text (which I prefer) and we made a deal in no time. I put a deposit down on the car due to me not being able to grab the car until the following week. Zach kept to his word and after driving the 3 hours, my car was there waiting for me.It literally only took about 15 minutes to get all the paperwork signed and I was out the door.I never felt pressured or rushed in this entire process. It s nice knowing there are still car salesman that care about their customers. I will definitely be doing business with them again!!

This will be my 10th vehicle from Norman Frede since 2014. I always use the same salesman (Bret Barr) and will continue to do business there. It is always a painless process and not ever worried about the back a forth, let me ask my manager or where would you like to be. The price is what the price is and there is absolutely zero haggling. They offer the best price up front. This place is definitely top notch with pricing, customer service and loyalty.

Jared and the Frede Chevrolet team were super informative and worked hard to get me the best deal! They kept my partner and I updated on my trade in throughout the whole process and made sure everything was explained thoroughly. When we had questions on what to expect and options, Jared walked us through with what was best suited our needs! Great service and very community oriented!

Everything was great love the energy felt like family!! Charlston was the best made you feel comfortable and not embarrassed about your situation!! The Customer Service team was absolutely great. I was greeted with friendly smiles and professionalism. I had an appointment with them for a service issues and the representative looked up the service issues and told me exactly what the issues were and what they will be doing. I had a very good experience with them and recommend them for all your vehicle service needs.

Our first experience at this dealership was awesome. Met with Kyle Scheck who was courteous and very professional. Went in to purchase a family vehicle which we found online and ended up leaving with two new vehicles. Recently went back to specifically work with Kyle which was a great experience again as expected. I highly recommend this dealership and highly recommend working with Kyle. Will be coming back to work with him in the future if ever needed.

Excellent customer service all the way around. My salesman Kyle had everything ready for me by the time I arrived at the dealership. Got exact deal we negotiated over the phone. No tricks no gimmicks once at the finance department. Very straight forward. Offered and presented fair quality warranty products (I didn t feel forced to buy anything). I drove five hours to purchase my 2024 Chevy Trax 2RS at Norman Frede Chevrolet and it was more than worth it. A dealership with no market adjustments or ridiculous excessive mandatory add-ons . I would definitely recommend them. Thank you Norman Frede!

It was time to have an oil change and tire rotation. I contacted Norman Frede they were able to see me at 730am. Arrived a little early and was met by the service representative. She told me to have a seat in the waiting room and she would come get me as soon as it was completed. After it was completed I signed the paperwork and was given my keys and was on my way. Great service!!

Highly recommend Norman Frede Chevrolet! Traded in our current vehicle to purchase new and the entire process was amazing! No haggling on the trade in value, they were upfront on the cost of the new vehicle, and nothing changed during the process. Kyle is very knowledgeable of the process and vehicles and takes the time you need to explain everything about your purchase. Tonia made the final paperwork process quick and painless, answered all of our questions on the financing, and got us out of there as quick as she could - no one wants to be at the dealership longer than needed - I cannot thank Kyle and Tonia enough for their time and effort getting us into our new vehicle - we absolutely love it! A wonderful Christmas / Birthday present for my wife and she couldn't be happier! Thank you, Norman Frede!

This dealership is the best when it comes to service on your vehicle. They expedited my repair and will always make sure your vehicle is in top running shape. They are quick and efficient and stand by their work. The staff is courteous and professional , in addition they will get your approval for any repairs and will let you know up front what the cost is.

Trevor has been my longtime, years long, Service Advisor. His knowledge and customer service skills are unsurpassed. I can't think of anything that would make my experience better. The trust I have taking my vehicle, which I purchased at Frede as a certified used car, has been well earned and proven over and again. I was impressed at how often I was kept up to date on my vehicle. An issue was found and I was brought out to the truck so I could see for myself what was wrong. I really appreciate that, especially since I try to do my own work. Honestly $90 for an oil change and tire rotation I thought was a little steep but I agreed to it anyway. I was given a good detailed description of what front end work I needed. I'm from out of state and was in the area on a job, if I lived nearby I would be a returning customer. Thank you

Took an older truck in to get a recall addressed. Left truck with them. They called little over an hour later, said it was done. Picked it up. No problems this far. The people that helped us weren't the most friendly but... job done.

I scheduled an appointment with Melina to look at replacing my tires on my truck. We looked at all the options. She ordered the tires and had them in the next day. I was in and out with an alignment in a little over an hour. Great team. I will definitely come back for service.

It was the best car buying experience we've had!!! From our sales person, Ana, to the financial manager (I forget his name), to our loan manager, Tonya, everyone was fantastic. Each member checked in on us and gave us the status of where we were in the process. We never had to wonder what was going on or why things were "taking so long" which made the whole experience seem much shorter than it was. We highly recommend Norman Frede Chevrolet!

Had a Company Truck issue with a front end vibration. Norman Frede diagnosed it as a transmission issue, when another service location only did a wheel balance. The wheel balance didn t solve, however, the Norman Frede Transmission service cured the issue. Truck is now riding smooth again. Done in a timely manner. Very nice service personnel.
