Taking your bus/ home on wheels to a mechanic of any kind when you re away from home is always nerve wracking! These guys were the absolute best. They took amazing care of our bus, got us in and out quickly, charged a very fair price and suggested one other item to be repaired in the future. They were busy all morning, which only shows how s much they are trusted by the community. I would recommend them to anyone needing an alignment, just get there early!

Highly Recommend! Was referred by Discount Tire! Kevin-Service Mngr. was great. Very informative re: car issues. Very down to earth staff. They have a very nice and comfortable waiting area. Reclining seats, TV, coffee, etc. They do all kinds of mechanical work, as well as alignments, etc. First come first serve, so get here early!

Took my service truck for alignment and customer service said I needed some repairs gave them the green light and in no time was out making money on my truck. Good job not to many places work on heavy trucks

For anyone who has lowered their car this review will be short and sweet for you: I had called many other places and they quoted me a TON of money and after asking around the VW community I was told to check these guys out. I got my car lowered down the street and they had nothing but great things to say about the company. I got there early in the morning and they were able to get me in relatively quick. They did great work and I was checked in with a few different times for updates. $89 wasn't bad, and even if they had to charge me in addition to that I would have been ok with it. If you're wondering where to get your car aligned at look no further and just go in! 11/10 would recommend!

Fast and friendly service with reasonable prices. I got a referral from discount tire on an alignment issue. Nline help to repair my struts. The repair was done quickly and they were patient enough to explain the repair to me.

I went in to have my truck aligned. I've owned the truck since 2007 and out of all of the alignment shops and places I've been over the many years, no one had ever gotten it to drive straight. Nline was able to get it to drive straight for the first time ever for me since 2007. They've done a great job. I can't recommend them highly enough. It did take a few tries and I understand with a custom alignment it can take a few tries. They've been very gracious and very understanding and very helpful throughout the entire process. Again, I can't recommend them highly enough and it's been a great experience.

These guys are AMAZING!!! Kevin, John, Mr John are great and very Patient with my descriptions of what my car was doing. The mechanics do a great job. Efficient and thorough. They do not oversell anything. They get to the point of what my car needed. They charge a fair price. Thank you so much guys. You are the best and would recommend you to everyone. Was a bit disappointed after hearing all the hype. Arrived at 7:45AM for front end alignment to hopefully be out quickly, but my vehicle wasn't ready until 4:30pm. Upon picking up my vehicle i noticed grease stains on the ceiling interior near the hand hold. I chalk it up to the shop being understaffed, but not the greatest experience.

An Oak Forest institution! A true family owned business run by father and son. We have been using them for 30 years and always come back. I believe them to be extremely honest. I can t count how many times I ve brought cars in and they tell me that while they would be happy to take my money, if it were their car they would not recommend doing the work. A company that passes on a chance to make a quick profit is one looking to build repeat business. Those are the businesses I like to frequent. I can t recommend Nline Automotive highly enough.

This shoo does good work on brakes and suspension on vehicles. Pricing is better than dealer and average compared to other shops. They do stand behind their work

On a cross country road trip with the family, we just barley got to Houston and started having major truck issues. Nline was so accommodating and squeezed us in just before closing and got us on our way! We appreciate the kindness they showed us and the great customer service.

Great service. Techs are very knowledgeable and want the job done right. Very accommodating . I was referred by Byron at Discount Tire and very happy. John and Kevin were very methodical and perseverant in figuring out my issue. It turned out to need the alignment but the relatively new tires were causing the problem. Something wrong internally. They called discount tire and related their finding , then discount replaced the 6 month old tires .

Great customer service. Had a lot of items that needed to be done and it ended up taking a bit longer than expected due to a delay on a job before my car. They provided a discount on the bill. I would definitely bring my car back here again. The prices are pretty much the going rate for labor and part and were reasonable.

This place has great reviews for a reason. We are new in town and needed general maintenance on my car. Decided to give them a try. Dropped my vehicle off at 8am and the were done at 10:30 sharp, as promised. This will definitely be my go to from now on.

First time customer & this will be my shop of choice for the services provided thanks to John F. I arrived right at opening hoping to be 1 of the 1st in line bc I had an extremely tight schedule for this particular morning. To my disappointment, every single bay was already occupied and I was looking at a 3 hour wait at the very least. Which I couldn't spare but really needed to have the vehicle aligned that morning as I more than likely wouldn't have been able to come back before having to go back to work. John was gracious enough to move some things around unbeknownst to me which cut my wait time down by an hour & half. Not to mention that the alignment was perfect. I let my wheel go after getting on the freeway and it stayed straight with absolutely no wavering. Please note that I had an alignment done about 5 months prior at another shop but didn't realize that I needed suspension work done at that time. The shop took my $ for an alignment that wasn't gonna do any good for my vehicle. This shop didn't do that. John explained right upfront that they would assess FIRST whether or not the vehicle was in need of repairs prior to doing the alignment. Which those repairs had already been done 2 weeks prior. I just appreciate that he didn't do what the other shop did. Seems to be an honest place of business. My only gripe was the technician who test drove my vehicle afterwards. He burned rubber out of the parking lot causing the vehicle to hit hard down onto the pavement. Them he hit the gas SUPER hard and burned rubber right thru the light. I didn't like OR appreciate that AT ALL!

Very nice and knowledgeable staff. The wait wasn't bad considering they took us in an hour and a half before closing time, which was at 2. They had multiple cars ahead of us and we left around 2:15.

Only place I take my Dodge Charger! These guys are great at what they do and great customer service. Are some parts of my car expensive? Yes but John makes sure everything is running well with my car and I ll for sure be a client for many years to come.

So awesome to see a husband and wife work together as one. I went there for an alignment on new year's day, and also late for my appointment. They took me in and had me out of there pretty quick. Very pleasant and honest people

Went in Saturday for a broken wheel stud. It was 1230 pm. They close at 2. Kevin got me in and really saved the day. He got me back on track on a very short time frame and allowed me to take my trip to Austin.Thanks again Kevin. Tried to gouge work outta my car since I am a woman. Too bad I was born into a car family and knew everything the mechanic was saying was bs. Went in for an alignment, since I don't have the computer to do it myself, and the mechanic came out and talked to the person in the front rather than talking directly to me standing right in front of him explaining how I needed new struts and an entirely new suspension job. I immediately said no, take my car down. They didn't even align it in the hour that it took for him to look at it and charged me $35 to do nothing. Would not recommend, especially if you are a woman because they will try and take advantage.In addition:I did not go in for my tires cupping, because they did not have that issue. I went in because there was minor smooth wearing of the driver side front tire so i needed my alignment to be checked, which took an hour to check without adjusting anything even though I have done my own personal alignment in high school auto tech in 1 hour WITH camber, caster and toe adjustments. I figured out myself later that it was simply a gash from a run in with a pothole where the tire briefly scraped the shock cup because there was still debris on the shock cup where it made contact. I still have the printout that reveals that they did nothing. I'm so happy that they know that industry standards are to replace struts at 50,000 but for my car it's 100,000 and THAT IS NOT WHAT I CAME IN FOR. Again, I reiterate that since I am a woman they immediately saw a pay day. Also, the left rear "bearing noise" was my rusty rotor and I know that because I change my own calipers. The entire visit made me livid and I was tempted to not pay for the "suspension inspection" that I DID NOT COME IN FOR but instead I bit the bullet and tried not to cause a scene. Ended up spending an hour in a half of my time there for them to see if they could trick me out of my hard earned money. NO THANKS.
