Very professional. Spoke with the Service manager Jacob and he was able to give me a fast honest quote. Ask to see him. He got me in and out in no time. I highly recommend this shop. Will definitely be returning.

I spoke with the Service Manager Jacob and seemed very knowledgeable about the issues that I was having with my M2. Frank is the mechanics name that fixed my truck. Nox sensor. I highly recommend going there. I will be taking my trucks back from now on. 10 Star service.

This place is terrible the first day they told me that the issue could be the turboAnd they said they wanted to open the head to make sure the turbo didn't damage the head but I responded saying that there's nothing to see with the head I'm concerned about the turbo. And after that it told them to just change the turbo and that day he said he would give me a estimate on how much it would cost the next day I tried reaching out to him from morning to noon and they never responded after that I made the decision to get my truck out of there.Later I was charged $420 for diagnostics.And I said that $420 is the wrong amount that, that anounnt is to much for just the diagnostics. The workers name is Jacob and I do not ever recommend this place for no reason whatsoever.Here in the picture the problem was obviously the turbo.

WARNING stay far away from this place. They will rip u off. It took two weeks for them just to look at my truck. Came in for oil pan gasket and trans seal they both still leaking. They quoted 12 hrs than try to charge me 23 hrs than change it back to 15 hrs. My truck is still leaking and running bad now. Don t let Jacob sell you a dream. I read the reviews and gave them a try anyway. That was the worst thing I could ve done. Please listen to me and stay far away from this company. Make sure if they give u a quote it s in black and white. The mechanic work off commission so they will take as long as they want just to get more money. Please please please don t take that chance like I did.

My first visit yesterday was a charm! I said I d try them out based on speaking with JD over the phone (and based on Google reviews) and they delivered. They got me in and out of there so fast I m making them my first call the next time I have issues. After cross checking the price I paid, I m even more grateful. I promised to add to the already great reviews, so here I am delivering.

Lady at front was nice, got transferred to a guy, he picked up and had a full blown conversation with someone, and just hanged up on me. Poor costumer service, lost my Buisness and anyone I know Buisness.

Couldn t be happier with the service from these guys. I called in the morning with a coolant leak and they got me early afternoon and back in the road same day. Definitely would recommend them to anyone.

Brought my truck in for the check engine light was running good when I dropped it off received a call from JD the following day saying did I know that my truck was shaking and making a popping noise I informed him my truck was not doing that when I dropped it off. A hour later I received a text message from the mechanic that I needed a new engine these guys burnt up my engine and didn't wanna take ownership of it. Also two of the workers pulled me to the side and said that the mechanic blew your motor up and they are protecting him do not bring your truck to them u have been warnedService: Auto engine diagnostic

I was broke down in Houston with a leaking brake chamber and blown axle seal, the one legged mechanic, and the ex loves employee made the visit welcoming. They were giving updates while I sat in the drivers room eating breakfast. 10/10 would recommend

Biggest regret I have as an owner operator, everything thing this shop has done has failed, don't go here for work on your truck, the towing and road service will kill you, and there is no ownership of the work done, my biggest regret is coming to this business for work. Once again, Nick's helped us out of a tough spot. Their service is amazing. They are so friendly. And they are honest. Whenever we are in the area and need help...or can get to the area when we need repairs, they are our only choice.

Just look for the one legged nine fingers white guy. He's as honest as the day is long !! Vets he will cut you a deal every place he can. Tell Victor sent you. He won't remember me but it will make him smile.

my company name is eagle 1 van lines i put in my fright linger colombiamodel 2005 in the shop yesterday 07/11/2018, Very satisfactory repair ,Great friendly service , I would highly recommend this truck shop repair, shop to any truck driver tired wait on line at the dealer ,The quality of their customer service has continued to improve with their expansion and technology. I look forward to many more years with them. The always seem to be able to squeeze me in at a moments notice and they do great work at a very fair price. You know when you take your care to nick's that they are not just going to tell you there are a bunch of things that need to be fixed just to make money. They give you an honest evaluation and they don t try to up sell you. If you need your truck or semi truck repaired and you don t want to be taken advantage of at the dealer, this is the place. thank u nick see u soon on my next big service

Helped our driver out with his A/C and wasn't just helpful and knowledgeable but friendly and honest too. Don't always come by that over the road with repair shops. We will be back!

Did not even fix the problem and charged $600.00 and held my truck for 10days for just hooking up on the computer. and just gave excuses.
