My wife's car broke down on Beltway 8 on her way to work.Despite being out of town working, I contacted Muhammad to explain the situation, and he swiftly took charge of the matter. The tow truck delivered my wife and her car to New South West Car Care, where Muhammad wasted no time in attending to the vehicle.Muhammad's expertise shone through as he diagnosed the issues replacing the alternator, identifying a worn belt, and promptly addressing it along with the battery. In just a few hours, thanks to Muhammad's skillful hands and efficient service, my wife's car was back on the road, running smoothly.What sets New South West Car Care apart is not just their promptness and efficiency but also their honesty and affordability. Please do not go here!! I gave my car over a month ago, I was called six times saying that the car was ready. I even went in person the second to last time clearing my whole schedule. As soon as I got there, they tell me it's not ready and tell me to come back another day. Syed is very rude along with Yasir. Very unprofessional as they were yelling at me the whole time and then speaking in their own language at me knowing well I could not understand what they were saying. The car is in awful condition and the AC is not even working. Pieces of the car are literally missing such as the hood stand, air conditioning filter cover, etc. Pieces of the car were coming apart as I was coming home. We were agreed to pay $2500 as soon as I got there they raised the price to $3250. After a hour of them arguing and humiliating me the compromised price came down. Still paying hundreds more than the agreed upon price. Please be aware of these scammers. They did not fix the car but instead ruined the engine.

I've been coming here since around 2007 for everything: engine oil changes, brakes, inspections, transmission work, spark plugs/coils. I've never been let down: they're very straight forward, do the job fairly quickly, and I can't recall a negative experience. Prices seem very reasonable. Never felt like they were upselling me on services. I would highly recommend.

Quality, Experienced & Affordable place to fix your car problems. I always visit this place whenever i have any issues with my cars. They do real quick job to save your time. i always get satisfied to go New Southwest car Care. Also, I bought the used car in very good price.

Very professional and Honest shop. They know their work and don't try to rip you off. I am a hard to please person but given how thorough and transparent the manager was with me about my vehicle, I felt very satisfied with the service. The staff was incredibly friendly and honest.

My husband and I having been going to New Southwest Car Care for more than 3 years. We own Jaguar and Mercedes vehicles and trust this shop to always get the job done. Yasir and his team always provides GREAT & FAST SERVICE! We will continue to allow them to service all our vehicles. I recommend this shop for all Foreign/Luxury Car needs.

Ya sir is the best. He is honest, trustworthy and take care of all your car needs. The wait times are not long and they are very fast. You can bring you car here for all your repairs and they also doe State Inspections.

I have taken all of my cars to Yasir at New Southwest Car Care for many years. I have even had vehicles towed there and he was ready and waiting to receive them. His prices are great and they get the work done fast. If you need a great car care place, look no further, New Southwest Car Care is all you need.

I have used New Southwest Car Care for the past 15 hears and they are excellent. I normally speak with Yasir and Zaid and they promptly give me service. I have 4 cars and they are well maintained by New Southwest Car Care. They have been very honest with the work that they have performed on my cars. I recommend them to my friends and relatives.

I don t have any other words to describe this place other than AMAZING!!! Quick and honest service. Every time I go there I m never disappointed. They are very kind to drop me and pick up from work every time they work on my car. Take your car there and speak to Yasir he will take care of you.

Usually I don't review businesses but I have been going to this place for over 10 years now. Never ever had single complain. They are very reliable and knowledgeable about auto service. I would definitely recommend this place. It's on West belffort very easy to get in and out.

The best on the SouthWest!!! Been taking all my cars here for last ten years and they always fix it the right way no sloppy work. This company very trustworthy they even do drop offs at home work etc. They do it all and body work

ANY STARS ABOVE 1 ARE FAKE REVIEWS! PLEASE READ THE 1 STAR REVIEW TO GET A REAL IDEA OF WHAT THIS SHOP REALLY DOES.i have heard from my husband and my father as well seen the cars that went to New Southwest Car Care.my Father's car was painted the WRONG color. half the car was original paint and the part they painted was a completely different shade of white and very visible.my husband's car was in a wreck and the owner supposedly put new parts in the car but when my husband took it to another mechanic shop they showed him real proof of how they never changed any parts.

I received a referral to this place from a family friend who does home air conditioning repair. I thought because of their experience that it would be a good place to take my 2006 Ford Focus for an air conditioning repair. This was my experience. At the time of this review June 10th, my car is still in their shop. So far I have been lied to and delayed multiple times. They have had my car almost five weeks for evaporator core replacement inside the dash. I am aware of what is involved to fix this. I have done it myself. I put my car in the shop because I do not have time to work on it myself right now. I was given the impression that they were affordable and honest, neither of which turned out to be true. Every time I call they tell me it will be ready tomorrow. They have told me this for the last two weeks. I had my friend call them to find out what the deal was. It turns out one of their mechanics has not been showing up for work and the other is in jail. So while they tell me they have been working on my car, in reality it has just been sitting at their shop waiting to be put back together. I am very highly dissatisfied with the time taken for the repair. They have left me without transportation. At the time that I left it in the shop, I had another car on loan from family, but that car had to go into another shop for ac repair as well. The other shop is called Prime 1 Car Care. I am quite confident Prime 1 will take care of me quickly. I am not affiliated with Prime 1, but I found them on yelp. They seem much better than this place. Anyway, I would not use New Southwest Car Care auto repair if I were you. I am posting this as a warning to steer people away after the bad experience I had.June 12th - I picked up my car today. We paid $650 first only to discover that the dash was damaged in multiple places by them while they had it in the shop after I had paid. They destroyed several of the ac vents on the front. In addition to that, they either did not reconnect or they damaged the lights in the display behind the speedometer. Also, the tray at the base of my dash was destroyed. Also, the a/c was still blowing hot; they did not fix it! They told me it was ready for pick up. I picked it up and it is not fixed! I took it to Prime 1 Car Care immediately after picking it up to have everything checked.June 19th - I am having to get the work done by New Southwest Car Care re-done by another shop because they did not do a good job. Their work was very poor quality and my car was not fixed. I want to emphasize again. New Southwest Car Care damaged my car while it was in their shop. There is a very high probability I will sue them. I am confident the Prime 1 Car Care will be able to do a better job. I am going to have them go through and check everything.June 26th - I just got my car back from Prime 1 Auto Care and they fixed all of the damage the crooks at this shop did to my car to the best of my knowledge. They also had to redo the repair these guys did and do some additional work to get my ac up and running. I have not decided yet whether to sue New Southwest Car Care or not, but it is definitely on my mind. If I were you, the reader, I would never even consider going to this shop. They do not know what they are doing, the parts they use are substandard, they lie to you and then they try to make you pay for a service they claim they did for you only for you to find out later your car is in worse shape after leaving than it was when you dropped it off. This shop is foreigner owned and operated by crooks!

Good and experienced mechanics especially Mr. MUHAMMAD will take time to figure out what problem is your car having both on electrical or mechanical. Yessir, the manager charges too high.

DO NOT EVER GO HERE WITH YOUR VEHICLE!!!They lie about changing parts. They lie about when the work will start. I had to go visit them daily to catch them lying every day. The owner's son in law YASIR is the biggest crook and will say everything is done and complete and has never looked at any of the work. Even the employees will tell you that yasir doesnt let them.work on cars. They care about collecting money and thats it!

I took my Lamborghini because my ac and tires had to get replaced they were very nice and friendly they give you water and take good care of you but the most important thing is the price very very cheap

All these comments am reading talking about they did an amazing job or lies the work they did on my car I had to take it to another shop and they had to re do the work they did and I have papers to prove it if you ask me all of them need to go back to mechanic school period
