This is the best body shop for your time and money in the Southwest Houston area. Nestro is a professional and his staff shows great customer service and presents a very good job in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend New Auto Body Works service to the anyone who wants a professional job completed!

I appreciate the fact that the gentlemen were willing to speak to me during their lunch time, BUT my experience was still VERY poor.I pulled up and asked for estimates on paint/installation for a side-view mirror. I said, "Don't BS me, now..." I gave no attitude, no ugly tone. I recognize that I am vulnerable as a woman, so my only intention was to assert myself. The worker says, "What do you mean?... You can take it somewhere else." No problem. I'm sure that if any MALE driver had said the same thing, that guy would have kneeled to kiss his feet... GOODBYE, Sir.

Great job gentlemen! Love it!Not only did they paint my Emblems VERY nicely, they took time to service me as it neared the time for they to close.Thanks fellows!Edit: I returned to have my lip spoiler put on and oh my gosh they got it done within a couple of hours and he didn't charge me through the roof!...like a different place on Long point did some time ago.I will definitely return to only this place of business and allow Ernesto do my car work for me (car work that they being a body shop, can do).I HIGHLY recommend this place of business guys!
