Very attentive to needs of both your car and your wallet. Quickly fixed major problems with both my cars for a reasonable price. Won't charge for things you don't need or want.Will definitely be back next time I have an issue with my cars!

I want to publicly acknowledge Nenos Auto Care. I was driving with my 1 year-old daughter when the engine began overheating pill. I pulled into their shop and immediately I was helped. The technician made me feel comfortable and kept me from overreacting. He seemed to know what was happening and quickly diagnosed the water pump failure. He then called the local dealership, drove to pick up the parts and installed everything within a couple of hours while we waited. I could not have been more happy to pay money to repair my car because of the way I was served at this place. I cannot recommend it more.

After getting my car diagnosed, Nour explained everything in detail what needed to be done. He is very professional and knowledgeable, and prices are reasonable. Not to mention them cleaning my car. I had a great experience and plan to use them again.

This is my 2nd time going here, the 1st was for a simple oil change. This time it's for the scheduled maintainance of the timing belt for my 2015 honda pilot, also did the water pump and all associated parts(included in the timing belt service) , replaced the drive belt and spark plugs, ATF drain and fill, and rear shocks replacement. service was quick - went in Friday, got the car back next day Sat., excellent work, the engine bay was clean, the owner showed me the old worn out parts and the parts he put in - all spec, genuine honda, the atf used was honda spec. Nour is easy to talk to, knows his job, honest and will give you the best option according to your budget. His work is guaranteed too. excellent work and affordable, will be a returning customer and will recommend Nenos to friends and acquintances.

Professional service, clean shop, friendly and respectful staff I got both my vehicles work done by Nour, he s the owner, which makes me love this place, i want some one care about my vehicles the same way he cares about his business, which this is the place to go to. DO NOT do business with this guy. I went to his shop to fix my head light and my crash sensor. He did not fix it properly and lights were still on the dash. He said it s fixed and he sealed the headlight but after 2 days water was inside the headlight and when I texted him he didn t reply which is so unprofessional. I do not recommend this place and avoid this person. His name is Noor.

AMAZING!!!! Such great service. Never takes long. Always sweet and courteous. I never bring my car anywhere else but these guys because I know they got it going on! I drive a good distance to get here but it s worth it every time!! No matter the car no matter the issue they gotcha ! Wow I am very impressed with Nenos Auto care. My car wasn t starting and he was able to fix it immediately with a simple diagnostic. He has a towing service as well. Every car problem I had like fixing my struts bc it was making a noise and getting my car fixed without unnecessary procedures. Fully recommend this mechanic to everyone. Prices are reasonable and fair.

This is the first review I have ever done in a business that I actually felt the need to share my experience. It was a pleasant experience going to a Nenos Auto Care a place I know the workers would take of my car as if it was their own. I had my engine replaced and Nenos Auto Care gave me a reasonable price compare to the other mechanic around the Spring Branch area, the job was done correctly and they even went above and beyond on assisting me on other issues that I had with my vehicle. Don t look any further in searching for any other mechianic because Nenos Auto Care is the place where the job will get done. I needed to share my experience because the mechanic that runs it deserves more credit for the way he works and treats it s customers. I do not advise anyone to go to this place because it is very expensive and you will be deceived and ruin your car. The comments are only from friends. Noor asked them to do so. He does an inspection without checking the car. It takes 100 dollars from you. Please take care of this very bad place. I hope the police will arrest him because Putting people at risk
