5 stars hands down. The end price was the same as my phone quote. Where does that happen in today's environment? they even ran a diagnostic test to make sure their service was the best solution for my Nissan transmission. In addition, they loaded the diagnostic to my phone. I now have a printout of all issues with my vehicle, not just the transmission. The managers are very knowledgeable with the needs of my transmission, and not afraid to share information. Plus, the cost was 60% less than the Nissan dealer I called. I checked online about special fluids for the CVT transmission, and the fluid used by National was one listed. I would use National for all my transmission needs.

Brought my car here for an inspection because i was hearing noises when i turned. Left the car ther for 5 hours. Came back. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WAS DONE 5 Hours later. My car was "ready to go" well it's a week later and im sitting here on the side of the road for the same issue i PAID MONEY for them to find. I already told them what was going on and they still didn't look. Shame on them. I literally paid my money to prevent something and was disregarded. I wasn't gonna leave a review. But since im stranded i have time.

Although I did not get good news about my car, I trusted everyone there and cannot express how far & beyond they went to help take care of them.I would not hesitate recommending National Transmission.

Professional, detailed, knowledgeable, patient, and made every effort to ensure that I was comfortable and understood the repairs and cost. Not to mention there were all types of biblical and scriptural, visible print material as well as the mission statement that only affirmed the energy and customer service I was experiencing.

Great customer service, explained issues with my vehicle in detail. Appreciate the text diagnosis platform they use, I was able to keep up with the results of the diagnostic day by day. Donnie was amazing! National Transmission saved me so much money. My dealership service center was telling me my transmission needed to be replaced and provided me a 12k quote. Saved over 10k with national transmission as my transmission DID NOT need to be replaced!Service: Transmission

Loved the communication by txt message and phone. I was provided up to date information before, during and after repairs. There were no surprises!! I also appreciated the know-how, the efficiency and cost!! Will be bringing my other vehicles there again.

I drive for 02 Buick LeSabre and the majority of the parts on my car is over 20 years old, National Transmission has pretty much rebuild my 21year old car. They've done work on my front end, my power steering, rebuild my transmission and many other thing that was needed to my car. National Transmission is very thorough and I highly recommend them, I give them 5 stars Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Will recommend to anyone that has any transmission issues.This is my first time with National but my family has brought their vehicles here for their transmission rebuilds as a matter of fact my dads 2001 Silverado got a transmission rebuilt seven years ago and it s running like a champ. I brought in my 2007 Tahoe and since the beginning I noticed the great costumer service from Donnie at the front desk. I got my truck back in a timely manner and to leave an honest review I do have to say that my truck had to go back to them a few days later but the costumer service was present. I understand things happen but I m sure that the team at National will have everything good to go. Thanks to the team and l I ll update as soon as I get my truck back.

My car started acting up one day and I took it to my regular mechanic. He was able to tell me pretty quickly that it was a problem with my transmission. But after a week, he hadn't gotten back to me with a specific diagnosis or repair cost; so I went to pick up my car and drove it to National Transmission. They were able to diagnose it AND gave me a quote within 24 hours!! The guys there were very nice and I NEVER felt like I was being taken advantage of for being a woman. The issue was explained to me in detail and I felt confident they were skilled enough to fix it. They worked very diligently to get my car back to me before a holiday weekend. I HIGHLY recommend National Transmission if you're experiencing any transmission-related issues with your vehicle. Oh, they also have a neat digital way of communicating the issues but will also call and speak with you to give that human element. Way to go!Service: Transmission

My experience with National Transmission has been an great one. I wish they could find a vendor that can offer them a longer warranty on the parts so they could honor a longer warranty. But just like any business if there vendor gives them a 24 month/24,000 mile warranty they would pass it down to the customer. My transmission lasted 27 month and I have a tremendous amount of miles on my transmission. I, for also did a lot of heavy driving. Over all this shop been in the community for over 40 Years. Please find a better

The service was better than expected and they completed the job in a timely manner. Also, the staff is wonderful. I would recommend that any woman that doesn't know what shop to use for repairs, this is the place to go.

Took my car in for a CVT oil and filter change. Some shops would not change it because it was a Nissan Rogue 2016. They did an excellent job at a good price. Car is running so much smoother. I contacted National Transmission for my dad who was having issues with his 2008 Ford Taurus X. From the 1st phone call, I was graced with professionalism from Joe. We were kept in the loop of things when it came to my dad's car the entire time his car was there. Once the problem was diagnosed, they were timely with informing us of the issues & recommended what is needed to correct issues. Again the communication with everyone at National Transmission was a 10 out of 10. The work was completed and my dad is happily driving his car again

As a first time customer I was very impressed by the great staff and honest diagnosis I got regarding my car's brakes. I highly recommend their business for high end vehicle services. I will definitely return when I need my next oil change and brake service on my Mercedes Benz. It s very reasonable place : price is fine , service is great , it took me 2 hours to see if it s any problems with the car and about an hour or so to do the transmission oil change . I am very satisfied with this place - thank you so much . Donnie is a great guy - thank you so much for your help

These guys are the real deal. They care about what they do, and they care about doing it well.Transparent in their business, no surprise costs, and very generous financing.Needless to say, practicing honest business and keeping their doors open for 40 years means they're damn good at their work. Never had any doubts in Donny's expertise or his candor, and I'd happily give these guys my business again.
