This is one of the two locations carrying my oil filter housing. Today I've been to O'Reillys, AutoZone and Napa in Rosenberg. All three of them have been excellent as far as answering questions, finding the right parts, suggestions, and overall customer service.I was referred to this one by the Napa in Sugarland, as it was one of two that had my part. They called ahead as they identified exactly what I was looking for and I figured I would have the part lined up. When I arrived I was hoping for the same experience, but my experience with Chris was lacking. The tone is little sarcastic as he didn't want to hear what I already done and just wanted to start over with my make and model. Wouldn't hear me when I asked him if it was the right part, even though fuel filter housing assembly has iron maiden the various different countries and the shape and form vary based on that. I wanted to ensure that it had the right part, I asked if he wanted the VIN number and his demeanor quickly changed "okay then let's start over again with the VIN number" continuing on acting as if I don't trust his advice. I tried to reassure I'm just trying to make sure I got the right part, I'm not trying to make him do more work, we just started over so I want to make sure it's the right one. But each time I try I kept getting cut off but him explaining that customers need to see it for themselves so it's understandable. I am merely trying to explain I trust his judgement, I just don't want to make another hour trip. My experience here was not horrible or anything but it was definitely enough to deter me from going to this location again.

I work for a large auto repair franchise with almost 300 facilities nationwide and have dealt with Napa for years and this is by far the worst parts retailer location I've ever bought from. I needed a part that was on national back order and Napa showed to have availability so i ordered (on Monday) and got confirmation that order was received and expected within 48 hours...so I call on Wed to confirm delivery time and was told that no order shows to be placed (even with confirmation number) so I spoke with manager and was assured part would be received and delivered on Thur before close. Of course, on Fri with no parts or calls from manager or anything I call again and was told he didn't show an order...again. Basically this review is something that I NEVER do but this was the worst service ever...would have given 3 star if he would have just said "we don't sell parts anymore and do not like calling people when we drop the ball".

Not bad. I would probably go back again. The 30 min on the website for orders isn't accurate. My part was actually in a warehouse and wasn't ready for a while. No one actually called to tell me the part came in, so I had to call and ask about it. But, this was the only place to carry my part unless I ordered it online. They did ask to keep the box for the part, which is weird. And it took a while to find the part that I had just called about. But, price was good and the part was there and was an exact fit.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. If you want to know how to waste your time in a very busy day I m going to tell you how to do that. First look up NAPA off of Jones to see their store hours, then when you realize you can get there on time you rush over. Then you pull up to a store that closed 30 minutes early. If you re going to put business hours out there to the public you can at least abide by them. it s very inconsiderate to your customers and I don t appreciate it. NOTE: to corporate and the rest of the nay-sayers on this review page. NAPA will always be the GOLD standard in quality and will be rich in GOLD because they get that its not about GREED its about quality & customer service. Assistant Manger STAN will be corporate one day as his heart and aspirations are for people NOT money. I am color blind and physically disabled. He helped point out which colored tool was best for me as I can not differntiate otherwise. His commitment to individuals such as me and others is without question why my time and money goes to his manager's store & to NAPA. Beware!!other parts stores. PEOPlE will always be #1 @ NAPA. I will only buy parts from Assistant Manage STAN & crew. Top notch and Top quality. Please promote with-in. He's already earned it. Pay your employees over and above OR your company will face sudden doom. Your choice corporate. Choose wisely. GOD Bless STAN & crew & NAPA associates. Together we are .

Always leaves me less than satisfied. Tried to buy a highly advertised Father's Day 2 for 1 ratchet wrench special online, impossible, neither IT nor customer service could figure it out on tbe pbone or chat. Had the items sent to my local NAPA store for pick up since they never, ever have specials in stock there. Took 10 minutes of searching to find my order, then 20 minutes more to sort out how to ring it up. For their #1 advertised special??? Not very good, guys.

Worst costumer service I called the first time and the lady that answered the phone didn t know how to mess with the system. She them put me on hold for about 20 minutes. I called back again and explain to her the part I was looking at and she acted like she didn t understand what I was saying and put me on hold again. If I were able to give them a 0 I would

Spoke to Stan(manager) on picking up parts and price matching O reillys since O reilly didn t have the part in stock and would take a few days and said to bring the receipt to match his competitors which I was cool with. Next day comes around and they have the part but stan isn t working that day, so Jenny and David(store manager) says they can t price match because they are not making profit when I clearly showed them proof saying it can be done. All in all waste of a 45 minute round trip and will be the first and last time I see NAPA DONT KNOW HOW to run a business

Horrible Custer experience and service. Walked in and nobody would acknowledge me at the counter. Waited a few minutes, as the assistant manager and another associate owrked on their computers apparently assisting someone else, but never once was acknowledged. When I asked if I can get some assistance, I was defiantly told to wait until they are done with whatever they were doing. I simply walked out. Just a simple acknowledgement would have worked, but instead a huge attitude problem by the assistant manager in particular.

Awful customer service.I was pacing isle after isle looking for a part and the folks at the counter just look at you and wait for the client to walk to the counter and ask.I suppose they're primary function is to hold the counter down and not sell parts.04JAN20 UPDATE:Called to find a wiper switch and waited 5 minutes.....nothing. Then I called back a few time and would get hung up on. When the clerk finally picked up he told me DIDNT I JUST TELL YOU TO HOLD? .This is NOT improvement.

Never made it to the store, waited on hold for over 30min to see if they had a part in stock.Ended up going to O'Riley Auto as they were able to order the part that no one else had in stock.I always thought NAPA was supposed to have better customer service than any other store but I was sorely mistaken.

Went yesterday for a battery, received EXCELLENT customer service from Elmo. I had driven from Katy to Jones Rd to pick one up because my battery was dead. He was patient, thorough, and correct in his resolution of my battery issue. I initially encountered Joe who was very unprofessional, rude, inconsiderate and chose to spend time surfing on his phone instead of trying to find out how much warranty was left on my battery. Then Joe proceeded to try to tell Elmo what to do AFTER Joe provided me with horrible customer service. If you need help at NAPA, look for Elmo. I had to wait after other customers to see him and now I understand why...he is worth the wait. Customer service is everything!

tried talking to a store member about an issue with my car. the worker was rude, abrasive and knew nothing about cars. I'm not sure how somebody like that could work at a store that sells car parts.needless to say, I'm sticking with auto zone, where they actually know how to fix issues with your car and know how to communicate with customers.if you're looking to get car parts or help, don't go here.

3 times now I been there and at no point did I get knowledgeable help. It is as if they don't even know what they sell or that certain tools exist. If you go there, just look for the tool yourself to save time. They may have it but they front desk guy probably won't even know what you are talking about. He didn't even know what a lock ring plier was. So I went to the rack and finally found it and showed him. "Never even seen that in my life..." <---- Yeah, that's what he actually said.And avoid morning time when they open.... no customers but you might as well be invisible. You will be late for work because nobody asks if you need help.

My experience here was horrible. I grabbed what I needed and went to get in line. I spent 20 PLUS MINUTES WAITING AND NOT EVEN BEING AKNOWLEDGED. Three employees came in from outside, made eye contact with me and walked on. Went to O'Reillys next door and was out in 5 minutes.

Ordered online. Confirmed. No curbside delivery. Never heard of order. Or me. Can't find my Napa number. Did not have all that I ordered in stock. I like the product, and only Napa sells it. Sigh.

Customer service is lacking. Workers have never offered thier help to find somthing. Normally just behind the counter chatting. On the plus side, the store is fairly clean.

Worst customer service. Been there twice and walked out twice. Evidently the people calling on the phone are more important than being there in person. Told it was National account so I guess I know where I stand with NAPA. Hope all thier stores aren't this bad.

I have made two trips to this NAPA store and their credit card machine has been broken for almost a week. They have been unable to process my battery core refund due to the broken credit card machine. There is no sense of urgency on repairing the credit card machine, and there are no alternatives offered other than "please try another store."I don't know how long they hope to stay in business, or how serious they are about doing business, if they don't have an operable credit card machine.I have carried heavy batteries in there twice, and no one has offered to help me carry them back to the car.Next time, I will be purchasing batteries from the O'reilly's autoparts located next door, or the Autozone located across the street.

They cannot keep to their commitments I was supposed to have my part today they require money upfront being a good customer me not seeing the product I still wanna pay this is the worst location ever i used to shop at the one in new Waverly but moved to Cypress The store does not represent Napa on Jones will never shop at this location I just lost a lot of money because of I haven t been able to work because of them not give me my part they could keep on trying to blame on Everyone else they need to take responsibilities when they say I ll be here they need to make it be here I just lost a lot of money because they could not fill what they said they could will start going back to new Waverly

I have been with NAPA for 8 years and the gentleman at the front desk named David was extremely rude he did not want to change my battery that has warranty on it . Sometimes people are just to lazy to do their jobs ridiculous I radar drive to the one on Aldine bender for better service
