I wish i could give 0 stars RUN RUN RUNNNNNNNNNN DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. HE S a LAIR LAIR LAIR LAIR. He doesn t tell you the truth about your car. He doesn t communicate at all with you about your car you will have to chase him. HE HAD MY CAR FOR 6 months and my car only had a finder binder on the Trunk.

My experience with Norman and N Motors was very good overall. Because of the insurance company, it took a while to get the work done, (No fault of N Motors) and I was updated regularly about the progress of the repair. As far as the repair quality, it was top notch. I have a metallic silver truck. The metal flake matched the factory paint flawlessly and the clear coat texture was factory smooth as well. I was very pleased with the paint and body work, and I am not easily satisfied with paint and body.Service: Painting

Great service and excellent communication! They had me in a rental car right away. After the repair was completed I realized I left my phone charger in the rental car and the manager, picked it up and returned it to me the next day!Now that is customer service at its BEST! Thank you!

I was involved in a accident this business did a great job on the repairs. The owner Mr. Molina was very nice and helpful and after I pick up my car the owner checked on me to see if I was pleased with everything or if I had any questions as well. Also the secretary Myra was awesome and very helpful as well . I do recommend this shop for ur repairs.Service: Painting

Worst experience with a body shop. Took over 2 months and a half for something they said would take 1 month. Owner Norman never answers calls or texts. They left overspray all over my windows and didn t put my back my original windows so I have to get new tint and take off all the extra paint on the windows. Left my truck all dirty and did not fix the damage completely. Would give it zero stars if I could. It was performed by N Motors Collison Center because I would go every week just to make sure anything was getting done but Norman didn t care since it was a cash job and not an insurance claim

This place is absolute trash. They tell you one thing & do another. They are ok with communication but once they give your car back after a month & there s an issue with it, they will not speak to you again. My car has been in this shop over 3 months and the owner don t answer the phone or inform you on anything that s going on with car unless you call from unknown numbers. If you don t want your car for months on end use this thieves place

This place charged me for work they didn t do. On top of that they lied about the cost. My car was not touched. They are scammers
