I''ve been here a couple of times to get a flat tire fixed. Finally,... with a lot of help from Vincent I got a great deal with new tires and new struts on my Challenger. Thank you Vincent!! You're the best!!!

Great service & very friendly. Stopped by on a Saturday and they greeted us immediately and explained the pricing. Very transparent business - the owner explained the condition of our tires and the options we had. You can tell he really cares about his customers

My daughter bent her rim. We are not from that side of town so found Mu�oz close by. They were polite, helpful and honest. They fixed the rim, put a new tire on it and balanced it, all right under $100. It's less if you pay cash. They speak English and Spanish.

We've always taken our cars here when we've needed a tire fixed or a new tire. The owner showed me that my front tires are starting to lose tread and will eventually need to be replaced with new ones. He gave me his card and told me when I was ready to come back. They've always been super helpful, honest, and not pushy about buying new tires right at that moment. Definitely going back when I have the money to get 2 new tires!

sold me 2 used tires for the front of my car, I drove down to Wayside and noticed the front end of my car was wobbling so I went back and he said everything was balanced so it wasn't his fault and refused to help any further. I swapped them to the back of the car so it wasn't as noticeable. Plenty of other tire shops in the area to ever deal with this nonsense again.

Incredibly AMAZING shop to do business with!!Vicente Munoz is the owner and his staff are just as amazing! Paco is like his head Mechanic or something very similar to that role. If I had my choice, I wish I could go to Munoz s Tire Shop for all of my auto needs!I have literally been robbed of thousands of dollars by shady mechanics and the ability to trust Munoz s Tire Shop, I just can t really put into words.They do absolutely much more than only tires here, they do wheel bearings, rotating and balancing. Anything related to tires, if you have a question about a possible repair, just call and ask before heading up there, if they can repair whatever you have questions about.They also have a great selection of tires!!This is a Multi-Cultural Shop so all of Vincent s Employees are all fully bilingual. If you have passed by and NOT stopped to give them the opportunity to let them help you, PLEASE go right back and give them the opportunity to let them work on your vehicles! Trying to find honest Mechanics and Tire Shops are not the easiest to find! We have not brought car there that they have not been able to work on!Please, give them the chance to Wow You!!! So glad I did!!!! Thank You,Chris

Good prices, good customer service. Very satisfied with the deal he gave me on the tires I bought. I was short on money so he worked with me on the price. Plus he installed and balance my tires at no cost.

They were helpful, fast & patched up my tire for $10. After living around the corner for five years, I go there all the time for new tires, air, etc. I have spoken to the owner personally and he is literally grateful and says thank you and means it when I tell him that we are there all the time. I feel appreciated.

Been coming to Munoz s Tire Shop for the last few years, Vincente (Owner) and his staff, Pablo etc have ALWAYS done right by me. I was introduced to Vicente by a friend of mine who was living in Houston and going to Law School at the time.I have thanked God multiple times for that connection.Unfortunately I do not know a lot about cars and have been ripped off multiple times for simplistic type of things.My friend was tired of seeing this happen and brought me by the shops with him the next time he bought tires.I have ALWAYS had great & quick experiences with Vicente and the guys there!Just a few days ago i gave Vicente a call because I had a Mobile Mechanic tell me that the vibration I was feeling in my steering wheel, hard pulling to the right and a growling sound that was coming from underneath the car, was a front wheel wheel bearing and hub assembly that needed to have him change it out ASAP! These issues had been been going on almost 2.5 years! Could feel myself getting worn down and was pretty desperate by this point and just wanted it resolved.Against my better instructs I agreed to it. After paying the mechanic and picking my car up, I discovered that absolutely nothing had changed, whatsoever.The Mobile Mechanic now decided I needed to have him change out one of the rear hub and wheel bearings! I was flabbergasted to say the least. I called Vicente again , was trying to see how much he would charge me to have the rear wheel bearing changed out. Needless to say, I was quite upset when I called him.Vicente gave me some hard and yet real advice, He said. Chris, you have not even given us the chance yet to diagnose that your car is indeed, in need of a rear wheel bearing. It was like, all of a sudden I KNEW, Vicente was Right, that should have been step #1I jumped in my car and as safely and as quickly as I could made it downtown to Munoz s Tire Shop! I gave my keys to Pablo and I shared with him the recent story that had been happening. Pablo, being aware of my long term history of the shaking, pulling to the sideAnd fowling sound coming from underneath the car, took a more careful look while he was diagnosing it.I say one of the many comfortable Captain s Chairs that they have available onsite to sit in while you wait/ I began reading on my phone and actually dozed off a bit. The next thing I know Pablo is waking me up, letting me know that he had found the issue with my car. He said that the new Driveshaft that Injust had replaced 2 months ago with the Mobile Mechanic in the hopes of eradicating all of my shaking/vibration issue was missing a bolt! He said that he was going to look for one and that should solve all of my issues with the car that had for the last 2.5 years! In all honesty, not that I didn t believe him, but I had been through so much with others I was extremely apprehensive!Sure enough, Pablo replaced the bolt and BAM, All of the shaking and vibration issues were GONE! I could not believe that Pablo inspected the Drive shaft

These guys here know what they are doing. Trust worthy, never have had any problems. I go for air, to fix a flat, new tires, never any attitude. I appreciate them being open late hours and on the weekends. Because of their professionalism, they will always have our business. Best of all no long waiting times, we were in and out on a Saturday.

Well they offered to sell me used tires at$75 a piece&the gentleman man said "they are practically brand new!"Oh no I got BRAND NEW TIRES AT WALMART FOR 54.00 EACH.NOW THATS A BARGAIN!!!So much for trying to support a local business in the neighborhood.

Mr. Mu�oz and the worker that's usually there, Mr. Pablo, are excelent people to deal with. Very helpful and kind, gave us great deals when we had car problems. 100% recommend this place!

I had a bubble in my tire and everyone including Walmart didn't have my tire. I called Munoz and they were very helpful with giving me directions and exceptionally great service. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a tire. Thanks guys!!!!!

When I went to plug up my tires I got more leaks as soon as I left potholes everywhere on the lot dont go here waste of money and time very rude to me try to hustle you don't go to this tire shop if you know what's good for you car

Disappointing experience, the tiresI had to go back because one of the tires I bought had a slow leak. The owner wasn't too happy about the situation and neither was I.

They are horrible. Don't ever go there. They lie and don't back up what they say or promise. They take your money and send you home with LEMONS. I will do everything I can to make sure no one else gets robbed by these low lifes! I'm in process of suing them. STAY AWAY
