I was super impressed with Mr. Fender. Keith and his team did an amazing job repairing my car s front bumper. The edge of the front bumper, near the bottom of the wheel well, on the passenger side had a crease in it, like someone had backed it up and scraped an object. I thought I was going to have to get a new bumper. Keith took a look at it and said he could repair the bumper. Keith also said he would take care of some rock chips as well since he had to respray the passenger side of the bumper and clear coat it again.I brought it in on a Monday at 8am and it was ready Wednesday afternoon. Keith needed two and half days for the bumper to dry (disassembly, fix damage, dry, paint, dry, clearcoat, dry, assembly).When I arrived, I noticed that the professionals over at Mr. Fender had done a full detail on my car, including a complete wax. The whole car looked incredible. Mr. Fender does some of the best body work in Houston. Keith is a super nice guy, and takes pride in doing incredible paint and body work. We all know it takes a team, and Keith has some great people working with him.My car looked fantastic. The pearl white paint was a perfect match and the bumper looked perfect. Not only did Keith repair the bumper, he also touched up a rock chip on the lower rear passenger door and a tiny rock chip on the front passenger door edge near the mirror. (I had mentioned the rock chips in those two places and that I needed to stop by the Lexus parts store to get touch up paint. I didn t expect Keith to fix those for me). Keith and his team are perfectionists and exceeded my expectations.Bryan Burden from Burden Auto Care referred me to Mr. Fender. Bryan and Keith have been friends for over 20 years. Bryan told me that he sends all of his personal vehicles over to Mr. Fender. I m very happy that Bryan sent me to Keith s body shop.I m very pleased with how my car turned out. Super professional and my car was delivered with everything perfectly reassembled. Keith even fixed the alignment of the front bumper with the front side panel on the driver s side, when putting the pieces back in place.Please go see Keith at Mr. Fender. Mr. Fender did amazing work our Cadillac XTS. I'm so please with the ending result. They explained everything they were going to do before starting, provided a great quote. They were efficient and very professional. I definitely recommend them for your car needs.

I hesitate to say this, but Mr. Fender is the best. The reason I say that is as usual we called to bring our damaged car in at the end of August and had to wait TWO weeks for availability...lol. I guess the secret is out....Mr. Fender, and manager Keith B are the best. Once we took our car in, Keith gave us a quote on how long it would take to repair, worked with our insurance company on cost estimates, and honored both. The workers did a great job on repairing our car. Again, Mr Fender is the best!!!

Mr. Fender is the real deal, and Keith truly understands how to take care of his customers. I stopped by Mr. Fender yesterday afternoon at 3:30 for a quote, and by 9:30 this morning my car was fixed in as good as new condition. Excellent price, excellent quality, and excellent service!

The only place to get body work and paint. Great pricing, great workmanship. I go nowhere else. Update Sept, 10 2021. Had a second incident completely disappeared by Keith and his staff. I can't tell you how appreciative I am. Just a class business and the old gasoline signs out front make for.a great 10 minutes of reminiscing the good old days. Which is how they do business...honest, fair prices, fast, beautiful work.

I have to say 5 stars I was supposed to bring my car in a month ago for my fender.I bought it in today the guy at the desk came out look at it.hes says it's a very simple... he fixed it like in 15 seconds. he said no charge, I said let me pay you somethingHe says we see this all the time no worries.I would definitely definitely come back great service great attitude thank you so much.

The work is amazing!! After the accident you can't even tell the difference looks brand new Keith really knows how to take care of his coustomers, he's the owner and operator rare these days. 5 stars all the way. I highly recomend Mr. Fender

I have been bringing my vehicles to Mr. Fender for about ten years and my father for about 20 years. My father was an independent insurance agent for Allstate, so he would trust them to not only repair his own vehicles, but he would recommend them when customers would file an insurance claim. There are many times in life that you need that one person. That one plumber, that one AC guy, that one electrician, and this is that one auto body repair place. Keith is the most trustworthy guy I have come across, and he helped me fix issues that my two teens, as well as myself, would create. The prices are very reasonable, his work is exceptional, his customer service is spot-on, and his word means something.

My parents used Mr. Fender (Keith) since I was a child now my husband and I refuse to take our vehicles anywhere else! He has wonderful customer service and accommodates us in every possible way he can every single time!Our vehicles come back looking good as new and he and his crew are simply amazing!

Very fast and very affordable, Keith is very good at what he does and so are the mechanics and the people in the back! I'm a broke 21 year old college student and these guys made it super easy to handle my problem. Definitely recommend this shop to everyone.08/21/17I came again to fix the bumper that came off during my drive from California to Texas. Keith took me in and fixed my bumper in a snap and had me out of there in less than 10 minutes.

Keith is a straight shooter. Great service and great workmanship. Quick turn around time, and truck comes back washed.Spent $600 on some work when another shop wanted to charge me $1200.Take a hike Caliber!

THIS is the body shop everyone should be lining up for. I needed a bumper replaced on my Toyota Rav4 and Keith gave me a phone quote for 40% less than the dealer was going to charge me for the same job. When I went to drop my car off, he gave me a preliminary quote for even less than the original, advising me to use a non-manufacturer part for my 2010 car, which would save me $200. His office is lined with tons of community sponsorship plaques and project prom sponsorship banners, which immediately told me this guy was more interested in establishing credibility in the community than ripping people off. When I picked up my car, they had touched up a couple of paint spots for me -- at no extra charge! Impressive service and quick turn around. Hopefully I won't need to be back soon, but when I do, I know who I can count on.

Independent body shop with reasonable prices and alternatives when insurance is not paying. You are dealing with the owner when you come here so there is no question about personal service being forefrontDon't expect spacious waiting area lounge chairs and morning crullers. You pay for the work not the amenities.

Great service and Keith guarantees his work. I took my ford back for fixing the temperature sensor after he had fixed the front end. He did it without any extra charge!

Keith the owner is the most Fair knowledgeable Auto damage repair guy in all of Houston. We have been going to him for years I'm 25 and I have been using them since I was 16. Small things that other shops and Discount Tire would probably charge you a hundred bucks for he had his mechanic handle it for free because he sees the bigger picture in customer service!!

Keith and his team have done work on 4 of our vehicles over the years, about to be 5 cars, and he has done a fantastic job. Not even the best inspectors could tell the vehicles had been in a collision.

Great pricing on repairs and they even fixed a dent I hadn't even mentioned. Repairs were done quickly and they were very professional people.
