The place and people are essential for a pleasant experience. The service I got here was phenomenal. Victor is extremely knowledgeable in cars and maintenance that goes behind it. He is honest, willing to answer and even show how to fix/repair whatever it is. For instance, he showed me how to replace windshield wipers and to check when I need to do an oil change. Victor simply made this small inspection service out of this world. I highly recommend this place for everything (oil changes, brake checks, inspection, and etc). Instead of taking advantage of my ignorance, he educated and took care of me. Thank you so much Victor AKA Mr.Sticker!

Bad experience last year they threatened not to pass me on my inspection again if I didn t have good windshield wipers which I did since I literally had purchased them a week before and they where working fine, this year they denied me service because of my tint which I been having for years and been going to them every year y all just lost a customer and will lose many more over some shi that most police don t even care about what a joke, they just made me go somewhere closer to my house where they where more honest and courteous and passed me anyways.

Looked them up on google and read the reviews (just needed an inspection without the drama, massive wait and upsells) - expected a fair customer service and a reasonable price but was surprisingly greeted with very courteous customer care, a clean and comfortable waiting area, quick service and a cost that I was expecting. Nothing more to say than this is where I will go for my inspections going forward.

Getting a state inspection can be easy or a nightmare depending on the place you choose. This place is delightful, they did a minor repair quickly and at a fair price. The service was reasonably priced and everyone was helpful and friendly.I would highly recommend using them for service needs beyond oil changes and state inspections. Working in the automotive industry for 20+ years you learn the difference between honest and not so honest, these folks are what people are looking for. You will be pleased.

I went in with brand new windshield wipers just for my inspection and the while time they tried to upsell their products, and then threatened to fail me if I didn't purchase new windshield wipers from them. If i could rate them a negative 1 I would.

Terrible experience. Just got our inspection and the guy who assisted us was rude and unresponsive. Mean mugged me the entire time. I would have slapped him, if my wife wasn t with me. No customer service whatsoever. If you own or work for a business, you are the face of the business. The old man we dealt with made us feel like we were unwelcome. He seemed to not like Americans but lives in America which is also a HUGE weird. This place needs to be investigated because there s no way this can be a legit business with the way the treat people.

I showed up around 9 am on a Wednesday and was waived into a slot. Within 10-15 minutes I had my car inspected. The owner was polite and cheerful. I would definitely use them again. 2023 update - still as great as ever. While waiting, the owner cheerfully and carefully escorted an elderly lady into the shop and helped her into a chair - very sweet!

I arrived at 3:20PM on a Thursday and left by 3:35. Mr. Victor Lopez was friendly and helpful - I didn't even have to exit my vehicle. I remained seated while he connected the OBD reader to run the tests. I highly recommend this business.

The attendant is rather aloof. Almost like being a customer is a privilege but it s really not that fancy of a place which is evident from the area of town.

I did my state inspection this morning. I was told it would be $25.50 (as the report I was given shows). My receipt shows I was charged $75.50 and matches my credit card charge online. I was overcharged without cause. My license number was also entered incorrectly on my report at this location. I was told my wipers were also worn out even though I bought new ones and replaced them two days before this inspection. Will not be going back.

Your machine wasn't working, but you unselfishly sent me down the road to a competitor when you could have just sent me away. That's very rare in times when everyone is out for themselves. Thank you.

This is the best place to go for quality service with honesty and integrity. I have been there a couple of times for inspections and oil change and i got great service within a timely matter. This time, I went there for oil change and I had issues with my battery. They were so wonderful!! They checked everything in my car and told me what my car needs. Actually, they didn't just tell me; they showed me what my car needed! My breaks were bad, windshield wipers and filters needed to be replaced, and of course my battery. The price was very reasonable and I am extremely happy with the service I received..... They are amazing and I will definitely be back!Services: Brakes, Battery, Oil change

Mr Sticker was awesome. Not only did Mr Sticker perform and excellent inspection, it was super quick, super fast, and he even scrapped all the old ones off. Cleaned up the windshield very nice now. Bathroom was clean, cool in the waiting room and very social distancing safe. They really appreciate their customers safety.Thank you for great service and the kind words.

Was in and out very quickly. Victor (the manager) took great care of me and let me know of some things to watch for with my truck. Will definitely be coming back here again. Service was awesome sauce.

do not come here if you are a woman! incredibly patronizing and rude. they will call you honey and say to just sit there and look pretty such a turn off for a paying customer especially when they don t talk to men that way. if you want to feel respected go anywhere else.

Boys took good care of me. They get you in fast and efficiently with no BS. Quick oil change, pointed out my rear brakes were going to go out and the took care of that quickly too, even showing me the old ones and the scraping too. They are very personable too, and make you feel like you're taking it to your car enthusiast buddy down the road. I will definitely be using them again.Service: Brakes

I am very appreciative of the service I received today. I came in for an inspection and when I parked my shift knob had broken but I didn't know that. Victor the owner came and tried to help but immediately knew what was wrong and explained everything to me. Victor then called his on site mechanic and within the hour was working on it. The mechanic was also very informative and showed me exactly what he did to explain everything to me in a way I could understand. Victor also was very fair with the price for the repair and helped me out very much. Everyone was very nice and respectful. I was offered water and felt very taken care of.Services: Electrical, Battery, Oil change

Mr. Sticker on Gessner inspected two cars for me today. They were very fast, and the tech was positive and upbeat. They had me in and out in just a few minutes. All you have to do is show up, drive to the service bay, they wave you in, do the inspection, and pay the fee. All is just a few minutes. Great service, will definitely use Mr. Sticker again!

This place is awesome. I m a several times repeat customer and they never fail to help me out big time. Not only do they take care of my inspections and oil, but they also give honest assessments of what *really* needs fixing and advice on how to do it at the best possible price. This is definitely my go to car place.

Guys are always great! Took my girlfriend's car there and changed oil and got new wipers. Inspection didn't pass but it's because the battery had just been disconnected. Will come back within 15 days. Kudos!

I thought this place was great. Yes, I did have to wait about 40 minutes to get my car inspected because there were 2 cars ahead of me and only 1 inspector working. But I think the wait was well worth it. The waiting area is clean and the inspector was a very sweet old man. I also had a groupon and I had absolutely no trouble using it. The whole process took about an hour, and I would have no qualms about coming back here and waiting again. You don't get costumer service like this everywhere.
