Bruh I ain t even mad at them. I m more mad at myself because the got over on me. Two lights bulbs were out and they said no worries we ll change it for you smh they showed me the lightbulbs and said it would cost $50 including the cost of the bulbs. I sit down and think that s high for some light bulbs so I say hey I ll just pay the inspection and change the bulbs myself but apparently in the minute and a half time that went by the bulbs where changed and there was nothing they could do. I paid and left. They got me lol 3 stars because at least I got my car inspected but two bulbs that cost 3$ a piece costing 50$ is wild. Check your stuff before you go to avoid things like this. That part was definitely on me.

Literally tried to scam me on an inspection sticker. Tried to say my windshield wipers were not functioning properly and they literally are just fine. They will look for the smallest possible reason to not pass you on an inspection and tried to say that the water smudges left over on my window made my car unable to pass inspection and tried to make me buy their new wipers for over $40 so I could "pass". I literally went over to the wipers as the guy tried to sell me that ridiculous notion and I pressed the wipers down in disbelief as they finished the job and made my window clear and dry again in 1 wipe. He stayed stubborn and tried to bully me into that I have to pay for the scam bc you still pay for a failing grade. Once the idea of police was brought up they said ok go. I did not pay for a scam. Literally went to get my inspection somewhere more honest about their work bc apparently honesty and customer care isn't in this dirty little anthill of a place's interest whatsoever. Ps I may come back on here again and add a YouTube video link if anyone wants to see my windshield wipers in action. Then we can all watch those puppies clear the window right up.

Super quick inspection. I was lucky because there was only one person ahead of me when I got there. Parked my car at 5:45pm and was done by 6:10!!I will definitely bring my car here in the future for inspection.

They are more than helpful. Will not pass your inspection until all the problems are resolved. If ever is ok with your car your car will pass the inspection.

I was in and out, no wait! I went around 10 am, I have a 1991 Honda Accord so only had to pay my $7 and be on my way. The dude was super happy I paid in cash! Service was great, nice little office to wait, but the guy had me move my car inside garage to test it, so I was in my car the entire time. Maybe he doesn't know how to drive a standard, who knows. I was in and out!! Right off Westheimer , it's my once a year go to Sticker place! Well twice a year, have another car!!Peace out!

WORST inspection station in houston. Took my car in for an inspection I had already checked in and was waiting for them to start on my car, a dealer buddy of theirs come in with 3 cars at one time and they boot me to the back of the line. I tell them I was here first and the guy tells me if you don t want to wait then go somewhere else judging by other people s reviews this is a normal thing for them to waste customers time and overcharge them for things they don t need, explains why they need to buy fake reviews to keep up appearances. TRASH BUSINESS

I drove past a few other locations getting to this Mr.Sticker location and I can tell you it was 100% WORTH IT! The guy here gets a car inspection finished in literally 6mins from keys to payment! Park where I did as he starts checking it from the moment he gets into the vehicle. It was such a smooth easy process I cannot stress going here over any other locations.It is also a hop skip and jump away from the tax office to finish up and get your sticker. Btw with covid and the court rooms there from the entrance of the tax office it's the line on the left wall. That took me a moment to figure out but it was pretty quick in and out. Just make sure you have your insurance there too. Odd they needed it since cannot get the inspection without it but whatever lol.

They do fantastic work, their always honest consistent w/ work. Because who likes sitting around staring at the clock waiting? Never had an issue with the employee(s). Abt to complete 2 hands, for the many years I ve been coming here.

Everybody should go here for your inspection. Just noticed this place TODAY. I pulled in five minutes ago, and I'm already gone. No hassle, no extra, no issue. Ayman was without a doubt the quickest and most efficient inspection I've ever gotten.

Different guy working from last year and he s extremely racist towards black people. I had to sit there for 30 minutes while they took all the Hispanic people in and when he finally got to me he said I had a leak in my gas cap but of course they sell them.. I leave to get the cap , come back and still had to wait another 10 minutes, even though nobody was there.. I will never come here again & if you re a black person and especially a black woman, please go elsewhere.

Never go to this place especially women . They will rip you off & try to over charge you . I went there recently for an oil change and the guy did not put in 5 quarts . He thinks that I didn t see that half empty bottle that he used . My car has a sensor that tells me how much oil is in it in vehicle settings . Yet the oil didn t even reach the minimum . So tell me how does that happen ? Yet my car takes 5.2 quarts ..the guy kept saying that it takes 7 which was a lie . My car isn t a 2020 model it s less than that .They wanted to over charge me for oil. I took my car to Firestone down the street to view it & they told and showed me my levels . They were nice enough to help fix my issue . I m highly dissatisfied..I will not be recommending anyone to go here .This place has lost my business

They pick whatever car they want to work on first, even if you are next in queue; they will work on other peoples car first. Not coming back here for an inspection.

This shop is very dishonest.They don't have proper tools to test your car, and doesn't treat your car well including breaking wiper blades. They claim to change oil but the mechanic doesn't know about car very well

Scam. They will always find something that's wrong and offer to fix it. I had another mechanic check, and said they're lying and the part was fine. Avoid them.

I highly recommend this location for vehicle inspections. Mr. Atman was kind, professional and efficient. The waiting room is very clean too.I was in and out. Many thanks Ayman for you good work.

If you want to lose money, and feel cheated, come to this place. They charge what they want and they don't show you the receipt with the price and labor details. Dishonest. I Definitely DON'T RECOMMEND this place

I ve been here 3 times, and each time I ve went I was told my wipers needed to be changed. Price gauging!!! I just has those wipers changed so I m most certain they were fine. There was barely a smear of water.

Definitely not coming back Because the only issue was a sensor that was getting more energy that usual & went to another place & they just clean the sensor & charge me the same as this place. This people only here to do the bear minimum not worth your time & money.

I was assisted today by Mr. Ayman. He was so personal and patient while I had to located my insurance which took a minute. But never the less I was still in and out in no time. This is my third time at this location and every time excellent customer service. 3rd time a plus I had to leave a review. Thanks!!! Customer for life!!

The easiest and fastest inspection around! I come to this Mr. Sticker location every year and it's always great. They are very quick and detailed, and always willing to help me find the best solution if something is wrong with my vehicle. Ayman helped me out today - outstanding service, super friendly, and gave us a great suggestion for getting my new sticker quicker! We will continue to come back year after year.

I always get my inspection at Mr. Sticker. It s very quick and easy. No problem parking for a few minutes if you have to wait. Mr. Khalil is professional and fast. I highly recommend!
