Focused, knowledgeable, professional car care. Kent and the tech team know what they re doing, which is rare in the world of classic oldies. I now have more confidence in my 45-year old car. I know someday it will roll into another Twilight Zone event. Hope MotorCars is still around when that happens.

It takes a great deal of patience to continue to love a vintage automobile given their cantankerous nature. However, in Houston, we are blessed to have technicians and artists that are able to diagnose and treat the ailments that come with these lovely works of art. I ve never been disappointed at Motorcars. I just hope they never disappear. They are exceptional at their work and Always true to their word.

Kent and his team have serviced my Land Rover, Range Rover and most recently my Jaguar XKE. They do a great job getting to the root cause of a problem and make clear a concise recommendations on how best to proceed. I appreciate that they also listen to my perspective and thoughts. Getting harder to find skilled and knowledgeable technicians to work on these cars.

Had an alternator issue on my #RRS 13. Found what I was looking for on ebay. Fortunately, it was a 45 min drive to the shop. Decided to swing by instead of ordering it online. I m mote than pleased with Larry and the friendly staff! They make you feel like home! Excellent customer service from Larry! I recommend this place to everyone that tend to have hiccups with their european vehicles. They will tale care of you! Place is nice and clean, and their shop is amazing! Exceptional service! Very thorough, knowledgeable and the friendliest service shop I have ever been to. Prices were also surprisingly affordable considering this was the best service we have ever experienced. Less than HALF of dealer service shops! We would not take our Landrover anywhere else but MOTORCARS Ltd.

Used Motorcars Ltd. On Hempstead for years and never had a problem they do quality HONEST work. Decided to save some money and took our three vehicles to a cheaper service center on Dickinson Street. They were good at first but we constantly had to bring the cars back in for other issues they found or to correct their mistakes. Bottom line is we didn t save any money but added more hassle to our life not going to Motorcars. It s true you get what you pay for and Keith and Robert at Motorcars, Ltd. Shoot you straight and communicate everything step by step. We will never go elsewhere again . Wow! What a pleasure dealing with Motorcars for our 1962 Triumph TR4. After 8 years of dealing with other so called "professional" British classic car mechanics and spending/wasting a lot of money we finally found Kent and his team at Motorcars. They were thorough, extremely knowledgeable and communicative throughout the process. They listened to our requests and delivered! We drove our car home for the first time since purchasing it 8 years ago, and it was a joy. If we would have only gone to Kent and team in the beginning, we would have saved ourselves an enormous amount of time, grief and a lot of money. Kent and his gang at Motorcars are the best outfit in town. I own a '76 MGB that is my wife's baby. The car she owned when we were dating. Luckily I found the same car in Boston so she could relive her past. Fun car, but does require maintenance and pampering. I go to MotorCars Ltd. because everyone there is FABULOUS !!! Great professionals, great service, great advice and discussion of options. Keith, Robert, Kent, and everyone that worked on this car did so with the care as if the car were their own. This is the only place I'll bring my MGB; and suggest you do as well. You won't be disappointed. I've been using Motorcars for my Triumph TR6 for close to 30 years. Always good service, and communication. The Motorcars technicians are experienced and get the job done. My 1973 Jensen-Healey (British Roadster) was in storage for 6 years and wasn't running very well before that. It was a mechanical mess. I took it to Motor Cars LTD to see if they could get it running and back on the road. It was going to require major repairs and upgrades. They gave me timely updates with photos on all of the issues with their recommendations on how to fix them. There were no surprise charges, and they returned my Jensen running with the best performance since I have owned it. Their mechanics are very knowledgeable and professional, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who owns a classic British car. I've been getting my Range Rover serviced for over 7 years for various locations. After living in 3 different states and using different Repair and maintenance specialty shops, this is by far the best one I have ever been to. The transparency and constant communication with my service was incredible. The details of the issue of my car, and recommendations on how to avoid was essential to know as well. For me the transparency of the service is what made the difference.

The whole process went great. I spoke to Kent, and he helped with getting the car towed to the shop to have it in there when they could get to it. Kent would update me on progress through email and would call to help explain anything I had a question or concern with. When the car was done there was no surprises as we had already discussed everything through email and phone calls. Kent even let us take of tour of the shop and took the time out to talk to me about some of the builds they had going on. Top notch shop and REAL car guys who care. This shop has served my wife and I a few times now. We started bringing her Range Rover Evoque to Motorcars when they still had their midtown location. Every time we've dropped off her car all the employees have been very helpful, nice, and patient. They take the time to explain the things the cars need to have repaired versus those that aren't necessary. They also don't try to nickel and dime you. A prime example is the most recent service trip. They told us we needed two new front tires on the Evoque, and in the same breath said we'd be better off taking it to a tire specialty shop. We definitely appreciated the honesty and truly having our best interest at heart. Keith and the rest of his team will take great care of your import car/SUV. I highly, highly recommend them and won't be taking my wife's car anywhere else.

My wife has an aging 77 MG that was pretty much a paperweight in its current condition. Called up these guys to take a look and they figured out the problem(s) and got the car up and running. They were very transparent about the issues and invited me in to check on the car and its issues and repairs. The car had some shortcut repairs prior that caused additional issues which these guys fixed and did the right way. We got the MG back and she's never been healthier! They've allowed for us to take her out without any concerns that we may need a tow and my wife is happy to have her first love back and in great condition. And the cherry on top, they gave her a wash prior to delivery so she's one pretty car now. Definitely recommended. I purchased a cheap 08 Range Rover SC that was in rough condition as a hobby car. it had just about every problem under the sun. They got the RR back to excellent operating condition. Quite fair price to replace my transmission amongst a plethora of other needed repairs. These guys are pros.

The customer experience is exceptional. They stand behind their work and are able to provide reliable estimates on what is required and complete the repairs in a timely manner. Very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Mike provided trusting advice and almost immediate identification of an ongoing leak coming into our dashboard, down into the passenger side of our Rover. Fair pricing and above satisfactory service. Highly recommended!

Well to say this place is a 5 star place is an understatement. This place is the kind of place that when you take it in and say Hey I have splat amount of dollars to spend they say OK we can do most everything you want and shoot for a little less. What's even more impressive is the service, they not only took care of me and my wife and my car but they also cleaned it and polished it to such a degree that I honestly barely recognized the thing. And let's not forget the exemplary repair work that they did a 97 jag is a hard car to work on and it's even harder to find someone who can actually do something with it, and boy did they. i love driving my car again

I ve had the sincere pleasure of knowing Mike Gallagher for almost a decade now and he has never once let me down. He and his crew are friendly, funny, kind but most importantly...HONEST.With these types of automobiles most places have no idea what they are doing but will tell you anything and everything. At Motorcars they are efficient and proficient and Mike will give it to you straight every single time and fix it at a great price. His team is amazing and makes going there all the better. Nobody likes to take their car in (especially these) but if and WHEN you do....take it to Motorcars Ltd.You will be so glad that you did.

Great alternative to having your vehicle serviced at the dealership. I had the brake pads replaced and all the fluids flushed. Keith was very responsive, and they had me in and out in the same day. I was very happy with the experience.

I have taken my Land Rover to Motorcars Ltd several times over the last couple of years and each time, I was impressed with their professionalism, experience, and knowledge and rhe quality of their work has been excellent. That was my experience again during the last week of February 2019, but one aspect of it exceeded any expectation I could ever have. My elderly father was hospitalized in critical condition out of state while my car was at Motorcars for repairs. As it turns out, he died so I needed to get back to Houston and then turn around the next morning to go back out of state for the funeral. Since this all happened on a Friday and I needed to get my car back before heading back out of town, I was really in a dilemma. Carl D Larenti went WAY above the call of duty and saved the day for me by taking some extraordinary steps to get my car to me. I can never repay him for his kindness. His actions had nothing to do with repairing my car. They had everything to do with compassion and helping your fellow humans. The excellent service I get on my vehicle and Carl will always keep me going back to Motorcars.

I have nothing but praise for this company and personnel. I ask Keith and Mike Gallagher to perform a PPI on a V12 I was interested in purchasing. They returned every phone call and were also immediately available to discuss the car. After their work, they saved me from making a $32K mistake. Great crew to work with.

I must say I have been around, had several vehicles and been in the Auto Business for a multitude of years. Of all the mechanic shops I have been involved with Motors Cars show me they were the best I have even dealt with. As a person who is known for his honesty in the auto business I truly recommend Motorcars.
