It was very affordable 2008 Toyota Sienna rental for the size of the car. The car ran good. All the executives very supportive and tries to explain all the aspects which most of the time are in the fine prints.I would share my cudos to Alii, Mirza and Hyder.

I will give 10 out of 5 starts if I can. There is not a match in car rentals for the honesty, professionalism and responsibility, with which Mr. Ali carry his business & services. I am confident that his firm's rental prices are not only fair but also best in market.At one instance, I did an accounting mistake and was about to pay a month extra. Mr. Ali demonstrated his honesty and systematic digital accounting practice by correcting that mistake rather than exploiting it without getting noticed.I also recognize Mr. Ali as a compassionate and friendly guy personally. I had to rent from him once during pandemic when my car totaled due to a hit from rear. However soon after when I lost my job and reached to return the car because I couldn't afford it. To my surprise, he offered help by letting me keep the car and pay for it later. Of course, it was an exceptional situation and I don't expect him to take such risks again (and neither should, anyone reading this.)Best rental in Houston!!

I rented a car with them recently and the prices are unbeatable in all Houston. I highly recommend this place for auto services and car rental, they are honest and trustworthy. The manager Ali is super nice and will definitely takes care of all his customers.

It s the one stop shop for an affordable rental car. The director, Mr. Ali is so helpful as he will take his time to explain every detail. As cheap as 300$ you can get a rental for for a full month. My man Mike saved me from super expensive repairs to my BMW 745. He's work is great.... And very family oriented. I recommend him to anyone with an import. Please don't over pay at the dealerships.... Mike is the real deal.Update:. I wish I could add a new review.... But here it goes... Mike is the man... Flat out. Any issues it repaired I need, I trust him for it. He is my go to guy. He hit me with a loaner to trouble shoot a heating issue. Wouldn't let me drive a cold car with my kids. This man has class. I respect his business. Thank you for being that man. It's appreciated in today's times. I fully recommend Mike. If you have a BMW especially and are afraid of those dealership prices.... Please see Mike and tell him Walter sent you.

I was unable to shift the gears of my 2013 camry. I first went to an auto repair shop, where they said that they should replace the transmission assembly. Then my friend recommended me this place. The manager, Mike Morales was so helpful. They saved me a lot of money by repairing the transmission assembly. They also gave me limited warranty for 1 year on transmission assembly. Now, my car runs great. Quick, great and friendly service.

Excellent work, took my 05' 4runner because it had the check engine light on and they were able to find the problem. They changed my air injection pump and now the car is running great! Mike did a great job for a reasonable price.

Worse car shop I have ever been to. Nothing professional about it! I took my car in because it wasn t working, I asked the guy to check my alternator and starter to make sure they were good and he tells me all it is was a battery problem. Not even 2 hours after leaving the shop I am stuck and stranded......why? I take my car to another mechanic and they tell me it was my alternator that was wrong. So instead of him truly checking he wanted to just get money and get me out of there. I called him and informed him of the problem and tells me to bring my car back or bring battery back. Why would I do either when the first time I told you to look you claimed you did and I m having to come out more money. WORST MECHANIC EVER!

I recently took my 2006 BMW X3 to spring branch complete auto repair based on the previous reviews. My car has a lot of miles on it and was due for Inspection II service. Taking it to Spring Branch Complete was the best choice. They are easy to talk to and make you feel comfortable while waiting for your car. The best was the price. They offer fair pricing on their repairs. I will return to their shop for future service needs for my X3.

I had my 2007 Volvo maintenance and some fixes here recently.The price is reasonable and job is done good, people are friendly.The parts they use original from car dealer and labor cost isbetter than dealer.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! I would not even give 1 star if I could. Mike told me he could rebuild the motor in my truck in 1 week. I thought 1 week was not possible but Mike assured me he could do it. Over 4 weeks later and they finally said it was ready. I picked up my truck and drove it home, the engine had an internal noise and also the A/C would not cool. I took it back and Mike said he would work on it again to fix the A/C and also see what was wrong with the engine. He sent my truck to someone's house to be worked on. He doesn't even do the work at his own shop!!! Well, 3 months later and it is still not done. They called and said it was ready, I went to test drive it and immediately found the A/C blows even hotter than before and the engine still has a noise! A job that was to be done in 1 week has turned out to be over 3 MONTHS and is still not fixed and I have already paid them in full. They do not know what they are doing and will not tell you the truth! I will call to speak with the owner Mike trying to find out when he will have my truck ready and they say he s not in or he will call you back but it is all a lie. DO NOT!!! DO NOT!!! DO NOT use these guys!!!!!

I really would like to rate the company but I will do it after I get a call back. I spoke to Mike Morales myself about 2 weeks ago expected a call back and spoke to him about my warranty and that I had problems with my truck and he stated we are honest and will honer your warranty and said I'll call you back in a few hours its been days and he has not called me back I have called texted him emailed and left voicemails and will not respond then I get a call from someone that was in same shop as him and tells me good luck he relocated and doesnt answer you after you tell him your calling about you warranty this is terrible I really expected the call back but I have enough information and will take this to a court if I have to cause I feel Im being ignored and hope Im wrong cause I am not around the corner from Houston But that doesn't mean I will not be heard if you know his new location I would appreciate it if you can help me out. Thank you in advance.

Spring Branch Auto did a great job! My clutch went out and I needed the clutch kit replaced. They did the work in record time, same day service! They also came in at nearly half the cost of a big name repair shop.I would take my car to Luis again (hopefully won't have to)

Took my BMW in to replace the timing chain guide rails which had worn out. They replaced the rails, but the car was running rough and threw a code for "camshaft timing overadvanced". They tried to tell me it was fixed and give it back to me, but I told them it was completely unacceptable and to fix it. They asked for time, which I gave. After following up several times and getting the runaround, I finally go in again and they tell me they can't fix it. I get them to write up a contract stating that I would take it to a BMW dealership to fix and they would pay for it. The BMW dealership found that they had broken my fan, stripped the hell out of several bolts, and on top of that they somehow got the cylinder timing out of phase by 90 degrees! It's a miracle the engine didn't hit a valve or something and total the car! I called the place trying to follow up on the shop's promise, but I got someone else who said they were new owners unaffiliated with the previous owner and that it was his responsibility (even though they were still going under the same initials SBC complete, but they claimed there were minor wording differences so it was a new place). I called the owner directly and he said he quit and it was the shop's responsibility. My lawyer advised me that it would cost more to fight and try to get someone to pay than to just take the hit, so I let it drop. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Just came back from SBC Auto after getting a check engine issue fixed for my 2004 C230 kompressor. Like many earlier visits I received professional service starting from diagnosis to quote to actual repair of the vehicle. This place is breathe of fresh air primarily due to extremely honest and helpful nature of the owner Oscar. I have brought both of my Mercedes Benz and Honda Odyssey van for all kind of repairs including head gasket and transmission change since 2011. Oscar has a very good team including Many who calls himself Doctor of German cars especially BMW and Mercedes.These days genuine customer service is harder to find! I've found it at Spring Branch Complete Auto Center and I'll continue to go there for all of my repair needs.

These guys always go the extra mile.They contacted Nissan directly to check if my car had a warranty and turned out that it did. I ended up not paying a single dollar for a new transmission. I highly recommend this place.

This mechanic is not honest and he is a liar. He charged me for a part with more than double the price. He also made me come back several times claiming that he is busy although I came always at the time he proposed. He waisted a lot of my time. Absolutely avoid dealing with him.

Have been to this auto shop a couple of time - changed brake pads on my beemer, refill coolant as well as some minor work. The folks here are great helpful and do explain what is wrong with the car. I am very satisfied with the workmanship and refer them to my friends. Great job Luis / Bhaskar.

Not a sophisticated repair shop. They're not interested in special cases, just want to change parts for a quick buck.I had an overheating problem and they quickly said it was a water pump problem and changed it. I had no change in my problem, yet they said they fixed it.I won't go back.
