I ve had service done at 3 different Nissan dealerships in houston alone. This is the only one that charges me 3% credit card processing fee and I was not told of this fee prior to them charging my card. They also gave a coupon for $60.95 oil change and tire rotation but total cost ended up being $90.45 - $15 discount. Which is above $60.95.

I had a great experience at this dealership with the service on my 202 Nissan Murano. Trevor Lilly, my technician, was professional, courteous, and kept me well-informed. His attention to detail and expertise in diagnosing and fixing my vehicle's issues left me completely satisfied. My problem was resolved, and I'm thrilled with the service I received. Highly recommend.

Excellent and quick service, Trevor was the advisor who helped with our service. Baby and I took the car in before going out of town for vacation and everything that could go wrong did - multiple spilled coffees, missed naps, you name it. It was one less thing to worry about that Nissan got us in and out with phenomenal service. We will definitely be back.Service: Tires

Nissan Service Center - Exceptional Service and a Shoutout to Rafael Molina!I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Nissan Service Center for service my Nissan leaf .Rafael's friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills further enhanced the overall experience. He kept me informed throughout the service, explaining each step of the repair process in a clear and concise manner. I never felt pressured into unnecessary services, and he ensured that I was comfortable with the suggested repairs before proceeding.In conclusion, my visit to the Nissan Service Center was nothing short of outstanding. The combination of efficient service, skilled technicians, and the outstanding service advisor, Rafael Molina, made it a truly memorable experience. My service advisor Joshua was a great help with helping me understand my car diagnosis & suggesting financing with Sunbit. I was able to use my approved credit to pay for my services that day. I recommend Joshua he won't pad the service ticket he' s there to help customers so they will come back to Mossy Nissan for all their auto care.

Great experience as always! I pulled in and was greeted the Mossy way. After some time in the waiting room, i received a text with my inspection results that i had to approve or decline the services i wanted to have done. Once i completed and submitted, i received another text that they would begin working on the services. Once done, we reviewed and i was satisfied with service.Service: Oil change

I specifically wanted to thank 2274, Rogelio Lopez!!! He has such a sweet and compassionate heart! He made me feel so welcomed as a new Texas resident during my service experience at Mossy Nissan! He is extremely professional and his customer service is immaculate. He goes above and beyond for his customers! I'm aware that when you get your car serviced at Nissan, you have to schedule for your car to be washed and vacuumed. He took the initiative without me even having to ask. I went in for an oil change, filter change and tire rotation. I left with the services I came for and my car being washed, polished and vacuumed. All in 2 hours! It was such an unexpected and pleasant surprise! It made my day and I will continue to recommend anyone I know to Rogelio at Mossy Nissan! God bless you all! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! If i can i will give them 0 star.Never go to this store again, My 2023 Nissan Rogue have noise in the rear of the car, I tried to get them repaired and they took three weeks did nothing!! Now the problem is still there, and it is more serious, and there is another new abnormal noise!! Yes you heard that right, they took my car from one problem to two and use three weeks!The thing that annoys me the most is that they never answer the phone, I have called more than thirty times and never answered, I've been to this store at least 10 times during this time because they don't answer the phone, every time i come to the store they say the car will be fine tomorrow, but the ture is endless waiting. Now it's really awesome, my car has two different noise now and I really don't know what I should to do.

Roger was amazing as usual. I made my appointment over the phone and got there at 7:15am. I was greeted by Roger who had assisted with my servicing needs the last time I was there so it was nice to have the same agent assisting me. He was attentive and answered any questions I had about servicing. I like that they introduced a portal/text messaging system to keep you updated of the progress of your vehicle while you waited and if there were any additional charges to get the work done it was sent to you via text to approve or decline which was easy to understand as well. I took my car in for service at 8am for an oil change and routine maintenance like brakes, transmission, and more.They change the oil but did not rotate the tires per warranty.I had to say I got it rotated even though I did not.They had my car for over 8 hours and really did nothing.I already had them check the acceleration issue and that is still on going, they just told me everything was fine with that too but its not.The mechanic stated I didn't need brakes, and stated everything was fine.Which was not true, because my brakes was squeaking when I brought my car in.They did not check anything that was brake related.I had to take my car to another mechanic to get brakes because the squeaking and I had to basically mashed the peddle down to the floor to stop my car.This poor service put me at risk to have an accident due to them failing to provide the correct inspection or service.I will not bring my car back to this Nissan service center at Mossy. Greggory was very pleasant he greeted me as soon as I pulled in to the service bay, I gave him my information, and he told me he had everything he needed. They have a coffee bar for those of us who enjoys coffee they also have vending machines too comfortable chairs,and a tv for those who are waiting. Yes Mr. Roger Lopez was absolutely wonderful. He helped me with all my needs and services. I thought my world was over and he completely calmed me down and showed me I have nothing to worry about. My car was fixed the same day. I only want to do service with him. And he needs to be recognized and y'all need more like him. The problem was my throttle body this time. Derrick was a great team member. He greeted me before, during and after service and was very friendly! I arrived 2 hours before my appointment time because I got my schedule confused and was still accommodated. The waiting area was very clean and so were the restrooms. The complimentary coffee machine is an excellent touch, especially for early morning services and I also appreciate the cold water bottles. Overall it was a very nice experience for automobile maintenance service which is normally dreadful. If I had to make an area for improvement it would be the chairs. They re not the most comfortable, but they do look nice! Thank you.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

Let me just start off by saying we have owned nothing but Nissan cars for the last 30 years and have been very pleased up until now. Our service experiences have always been great and the actual vehicles have been good. So now that I am having trouble getting help it is very troubling. I took my car into be serviced because my seat heater stopped working. The technician said it was due to corrosion on the connector. Even though my warranty was up that this issue should not have happened so soon. So he was going to contact Nissan and see if they would fix this part. Well, I have contacted this service tech on numerous occasions (5-6 times) since this time and this has been going on since last year! Each time, I get the same story which is "I haven't heard anything and I will contact them again." I feel now I am clearly just getting the run around and he is hoping I will just go away! Again, we have always purchased Nissan vehicles but now with this experience, if this is the way they will treat a LONG TIME CUSTOMER then I will buy a different vehicle!Service: Electrical

Yes, I have been coming there for oil changes, etc... But this was the first time someone has brought to my attention some recalls that I neglected for years and to date. He listed to me he explained everything to me in detail and showed me. His communication was excellent. But what I don't like is when your tech guys come up with things that are not true like my air conditioning which you guys just replaced. My filters and brakes when both were done less than 5000 miles ago. Thanks to your service guy I was able to stay cool.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Oil change

Never thought I'd get tires at a dealership. They were actually cheaper than another place with a rebate but were priced the same. I come here for my maintenance and they are always friendly and on time. They paid for a Lyft to take me home and pick me up when my car was ready. Thank you?

I brought my car in to the service department without an appointment for oil and filter change. My service guy told me it would probably take about an hour to a hour and a half. Trevor was very receptive to my comments, and he called me so I never had to wonder how long it would take. You guys got my car back in a day, and since they couldn't recreate my issue, you didn't even make me pay for the additional look at it. I also really appreciate you not trying to add on additional services like I get from other service departments.
