Brought in a brand new set of wheels and tires for mounting. Team knocked it out quick while paying attention to the details: not scratching the wheels, tightening valve stems, double checking tire orientation. I intend to come back for all my tire needs.Regamaster Evo II, Falken Azenis RT615k+

Not a long wait but a heatwave never helps. $1100 for 4 new Hercules 18" tires for a 2019 a Tundra, fair. These were new but I was initially offered used ones, great for those days when I would've taken them up on cheaper rubber. I get a two-year warranty for mine. The people are casual-professional and there was a small air-conditioned waiting room for the few of us buying there at 2 in the afternoon on a weekday. My second purchase there, I recommend it over the Discount Tire experience of having your appointment there being ignored, just like delayed flights before yours bumping your time later and later. I worked on a NYT crossword puzzle someone earlier left in the waiting area while outside near a vigorous fan. Sooner than expected, the tires were on. I'll go back when I need more tread again.

Great shop excellent service, professional highly recommend I had a flat tire from a nail fixed it in ten minutes, affordable pricing, willing to work with you glad I was able to get this fixed will be a returning customer thanks again!!

had a slow leak on a tire I went to a National chain first needed an appointment or they might be able to work me in 2 hours. I remembered a friend recommended. I went took me immediately worked quickly mask distancing. Great price and and crew save some money and get done right. A first choice

The best place for tires. These guys are always reliable, affordable and quick. You just pull in and you re out in 15 min for under a hundred bucks

I always have my tires mounted and balanced here. And i use very specific and uncommon stretched tire sizes that aren't as easy to fit onto a wheel. They are wizards on the tire machines though

This place was great. The service I received was excellent. I went in for a wheel alignment and I was a little worried about going there, because I didn't know what to expect. When I drove away from the shop and drove my car for a while I felt they did a great job. My car is now driving straight and I don't feel the pulling to the left that I was experiencing. And it was only for $72.00. I think it was a great deal. Is less expensive than Firestone and any other commercial shops i checked.

Update: I was a regular customer here for 4 years and quickly grew to love this place. Their mechanic is wonderful and does such a good job. Every single person here provides such great service. I was so disappointed when I moved because it can be hard to find a good mechanic, and I have yet to find someone as wonderful as Francisco. I miss this place and everyone in it!They were always on schedule, great communicators, and fairly priced. The mechanic is a sincere, hardworking guy who will explain exactly what is wrong (if you re interested). It s a level of transparency I rarely experience but appreciate so deeply. Seriously, just an all around great group of people. Really friendly, helpful, and honest service from everyone at the shop. Reasonably priced too. I definitely recommend them and will be back in the near future.

Got my tire patched here within twenty minutes. Discount tire found the flat but they had a two hour wait.Only $20 bucks. Very professional and well worth it

I lived in the neighborhood for years and my folks would always use this tire shop. Read a few great reviews about this place on a few sites. So I then decided to stop by & have my back tires looked at. Really appreciate the service here. I was able to come in and get two used tires. The whole process was quick and thorough. Also didn't have to wait long & the price was perfect. The stock of tires is huge they should have your tire. They can also align the suspension if needed. They even have a 90 day payment option no credit needed. I would suggest visiting when needed during the morning hours because it's not very busy. By the way you also have to walk in the shop to get to the office. Its easy to find because it sits in the middle of the building. Thank you so much to the staff! I will return soon for my future new pair on all four tires.

This place is fantastic! Great service, great prices, can t be beat. My first time here a mechanic sent me because he couldn t figure out exactly what was wrong with my car and he thought an alignment would help. The guy at Monterrey rode in my car & diagnosed the real problem (a cracked axle) in a matter of minutes. He even took me under the car to show me where it was broken and explain it to me. He could have still tried to tell me I needed an alignment as well but he said I didn t need it! When a mechanic tells me I don t need something done on my car that I would have easily paid for they automatically earn points for honesty in my book. Not only did he fix my car, but they did a fantastic job & it cost WAY less than any other mechanic was quoting me.I go here now for all of my tire needs & am always satisfied!

I had gone to discount tires to patch a tire first and was told it had punctured the side wall and was unrepairable. Then I went to Pepboys who told me they wouldn t be able to get it done for like 5 hours but the gentleman behind the counter suggested I should try Monterey s. I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes with a patched tire for $15. I see why they appreciate tips. I was happy to give after all that!

They were great finding this tiny little nail causing the left rear tire to get low in a couple of months. Quick service and were very friendly. I will absolutely be back for a 4 wheel alignment.

Wow! 4 wheel alignment for $72.95. John Eagle Acura wanted $284.00 ouch! I ll buy my tires from these guys next time I need them. Wonderful service and staff! I highly recommend them!

Everytime I come here they find some extra little tidbit to get money out of me. I bought a warranty, got a nail in my tire (fully reparable). They are trying to charge me dispite the warranty. I told them that was rediculous but I would pay the stupid 20 bucks because it wasn't worth the argument. They are currently working on it so I read my warranty, and guess what? It's supposed to be a free repair. It's not about the money. It's about the principle. Also the tires were more expensive than name brand shops so it's not like I'm getting a discount for being here. I just wanted to support a local business. Go to someplace that is atleast going to honor their word.Update: I showed them the warranty and they acted surprised. They didn't charge me which is fine, but that's supposed to be status quo. Either way I'm not going here again because I just want to be treated fairly and I don't thing I should need to argue for things that I've already paid for.

I just left another tire shop in Tomball. After replacing 2 tires, my car was shaking. I called Monterrey because they said they were open until 8pm. It was 7:15pm when I called. I figured the gentleman would tell me to make an appointment to come tomorrow. Not at all, Luis said come on by, you don t need an appointment. I came by at 7:45pm. It turns out the previous tire company put my tire on backwards! Luis and Arnold fixed it without complaining. They had me out of there by 8:06pm. I will be doing all my tire shopping here from this point forward. The staff is exceptional honest and just amazing! Thank you two for turning my day around! I would give 10 stars if I could!!

I stopped by to get a tire balance and learned the tires I had were trash. The staff worked with and was very knowledgeable. They had up and running with 2 used good tires and have traveled over a thousand miles since that. Service was friendly and they have many bays so didn't even have to wait long

These guys are awesome. I've brought my Tesla model S in two times so far and I'm not joking they've had quicker and better service than I ever had at the Tesla service center. I highly recommend any local Tesla owners to use their services rather than getting swindled by the Tesla service center!!! Thanks so much guys

Wow. Exceptional customer service, quick work and fair pricing. I pulled in immediately and they diagnosed and got to fixing things. Had to get a tire patched and plugged. Tech explained and showed me everything before the work. Then when he was done he went around all 4 tires to double check them and increase their pressure with the cold weather coming in. We will be back 1000%

My fiance popped a tire on the curb last Friday; luckily the car stopped right in front. I went on to work, and they fixed her up with a used tire, found a nail and a screw in the old one (blessing in disguise) and generally treated her like a lady.She was so happy with them that she ran back by with St. Patty's Day cookies for the staff. Give them your business!

Fair prices, quality work. I got a nail in my tire and there was a big wait but she told me a less busy time to come back, they fixed it and I got a new tire lock thingy, $25 total. Amazing

We had a wonderful experience here getting tires for 2 cars in the end. They are knowledgeable, understanding, quick, and efficient! Luis was great to work with and very kind. The girls behind the counter as well. Highly recommend this place!

Fantastic service! Needed a punctured tire patched. Pulled up and they got started right away. They were done in 20 minutes!A name brand tire shop would likely have you make an appointment, put you in a queue hours long, or tell you to pick up the next day.I will be going nowhere but here to get any flats fixed from now on!EDIT: I wrote this review before checking out because I was already completely satisfied with the service. Then I got the price l, and I'm even more pleased! Way less than I was expecting!Leave a good tip because you'll likely still pay less than a chain tire shop!

Had a flat tire on a Sunday from a nail. First point of being awesome was getting me in. They also showed me exactly where the nail went in and why it wasn't repairable. They took me back and showed me my tire options and explained the options. As a woman, it can be hard finding places that do those things. I appreciate that and their speed. Highly recommend!
