I am a local business owner and I try to never leave a 1 star review but this place is outrageous. I took my car here for repairs after a fender bender and the experience was terrible. I worked with Jason who literally says anything but the truth. Terrible customer service never returns calls or texts the job replace a bezel fix a rim and bumper find a coolant leak was supposed to take two weeks took an entire month. Even when I went there to see why I can t get a clear response after 4 times of the car will be ready today and no call back after masking preparations to pick up the car for it not to be ready. Finally get the car back my headlights are fogged up never happened before the car a BMW 2019 740I. They couldn t find the coolant leak car leaks right after I leave again. I even got the car back dirty with extra scratches on the hood and leaves and trash on top of the oil cover on my engine. Told I got a wheel alignment which wasn t done. Besides a sales person that lies with every breath he takes the car being gone for an entire month a $2800 bill I got the car back with new more expensive problems and a job not completed and my engine is making weird noises. Please find somewhere better to take your business.

MOMENTUM WEST COLLISION CENTER11811 Katy Fwy, Houston, Tx.Bad serviceI have a complaint because on January 22 I left my Vw Jetta 2023 to repair with JOE SONNIER Collision Advisor. The car was brought into the facility with 8854 miles and a full tank of gas, however it was delivered with 9178 miles and half a tank of gas. This indicates that the vehicle was used 324 miles without my authorization. I made a claim and his answer was that I used the car before I had turned it in. How is this possible the car was in his facility the whole time and I had brought it in with a full tank of gas and a picture of the milage.By aware of this if you are thinking to use this business to repair your car.

Very pleased with my experience here at Momentum West Collision Center after having been hit by another vehicle. Ultimately the car was declared a total loss, but they went above and beyond to help me throughout the process. Narkeeta was always friendly, informative and responsive - a pleasure to work with. And huge thank you to Dale for assisting me with the final steps once the car was deemed "unrepairable" by insurance. Exceptional service and kindness - highly recommend!!

They were great! I would definitely suggest taking your vehicle there. My wife's Porsche looks like it drove off the showroom floor. They were a pleasure to deal with, especially Jason Moreau.

Brought my car here after a minor collision. My car was repaired within 2 weeks. They helped me arrange a rental and also offer a lifetime warranty on the work they perform on your car. My service advisor (Josh) was super friendly.

My sister reffered me this collision center and I took my highlander here to be fixed from hit and run. Narkeeta exceeded my expectations and delivered a great experience to me. She helped me secure a loaner from insurance and guided me through every step. From dropping off my car to fixing it. She kept me updated on every step. This is the best collision center and you will not be disappointed. I also purchased a vehicle from there sister store BMW of West Houston. Thank You to Narkeeta and her team. Michael Nguyen excels in customer service.Michael is great at managing my expectations.Michael serves as a focal point when any questions arise.He never leaves anything unattended and he follow ups to ensure everything is working and corrected.Michael is always patient and supportive even when I am not. Last year I had some work done on my car and John Wayne was my contact person for this work. I was unable to locate the original estimate and called him twice trying to get a copy of it. He never called me back. This was very disappointing because he was very accommodating last year. My car needed some bodywork this year I originally tried to call John Wayne again and left two messages one on his cell phone and the other to the receptionist with a no call back. I spoke to the receptionist she explained that I would need to bring my car in let it be looked at and then schedule a second appointment for the car to come in and have a thorough review for an estimate. I took it in for the initial evaluation and while I was there I asked for a separate estimate to be completed that would duplicate the work from last year. Later I found the original estimate and the current estimate given for the same work was more than twice the amount. I asked my new service person, Mark, to give me an explanation as to why it was twice the amount and he was unable to give a logical explanation. He encouraged me to go with the recent estimate which of course was more expensive. I declined to have this work done. I took my car in for the recent work. I called Mark for two days to ask when the work would approximately be completed. He did not call back. The third day he was contacted and told me the car might be ready on Friday. Friday came and went without a word from Mark. On Monday morning I received a call from Mark stating that the car might be ready later that day and he would call to let me know. That afternoon he called and the car was ready. This whole process with customer service was very disappointing. When I have used this facility before there were no problems. My car looks good although I can obviously see where the major repair was. The ride quality is now impaired due to the airflow/resistance being off. It sounds like a window is open. My car was there over a month. Erick Moreno is the worst communicator. He did not greet me when I dropped off my car in December AND he did not walk me out to my car when I picked it up today. Never met the guy. What kind of customer service is that? Plus the receptionist argued with me when I pointed out that only 1 of the insurance supplements was posted and another is on it's way, but was not showing on the bill. So I paid more than I should have. Will not use them again and tell all my friends not to go there either.Service: Body & Trim

This location has horrible communication. My car was there for 7 months for body shop repairs. I had to call and get updates, I was give. Wrong information, my car was never ready on the date I was told and would be prolongs for months at a time. I was told that I could use a financing company for my deductible, however when I arrived to retrieve my car, no one there was aware and my contact person was on vacation. They actually expected me to leave my car there because the deductible could y be met. I waited several hours for them to figure everything out. When I got my car back the handles had melted, under the was full of leaves and dirt which caused a very loud noise. It was only after I complained that they cleaned it out. My air conditioner now makes a squeaky noise when running. I emailed the body shop regarding these issues and NEVER got an answer.Unfortunately this is the most confident BMW body shop for me. Otherwise I would never do business with them again.Horrible experience!!!Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

Brought my BMW X5 in to repair a ding and paint chip in rear door. Gatlin White was the Service Advisor. He said it could take 3 or 4 days, but he would do his best to get it done right away. He promised to keep me posted on progress. He did everything he promised...and got my repair done and my car ready for pickup after 2 days. The car looks great. They even washed it. The price was fair, and the customer service superb. In my opinion, Mr White is outstanding. While I hope not to need repairs in the future, Momentum BMW West Collision will be my go-to if ever needed.

I do not recommend other BMW owners to take their vehicle to this location. I brought my car in because of hitting something on the road. I clearly explained the issues I was having with the car and they agreed that several pieces needed to be replaced. A new wind shield, new front light, front fog light, and a few other items were needed to bring the car back to the shape it was in before the impact. I was called to pick up my car the first time. I get there and the wind shield was not replaced - I looked at my service rep and said what's up with that? They put me back in a loaner and sent me away.I made 3 return visits, the last two required me picking up the car only to find that additional work had not been completed. I spent close to 6 months working with this shop to properly repair my vehicle. I personally think this shop should be sold to someone who actually cares about quality and consistency - they should be made away of their lack of ability to properly repair a car. A QA person or whomever is responsible for making sure all work is complete to the car should be hired because this shop is terrible!Services: Electrical, Body & Trim

Gatlin is more than PROFESSIONAL!!! He is very nice person, he guided me in every single step while my car was being fixed. During the process, he calls me every day and explains all the procedures to make sure I understand how the insurance process works and all the details regarding the repairs as he follows up with the Insurance Company. Every time I call, he picks the phone right away and answers all my needs. You can depend on him 100% when it comes to advice, and making decisions. I personally highly recommend working with this person if you are at the Momentum BMW West.

I had a great experience at the body shop. Gatlin was the service person that help me from the day of the estimation to coordination with insurance claim process, ordering parts, ensuring reservation of the rental car, and completing the work in a timely manner. He kept me informed every step of the fixing process via text. When I told him that I maybe coming out from work late to pick up.my car, he willingly waited for me arrival despite after closing hours. Overall experience was satisfactory.

This is a fantastic place to take your vehicle. They do an amazing job of communication and repair. I was especially impressed with Joe Sonnier. He is an excellent manager who will text you and email you and keep you informed all the way through the process. Even though my car was repaired over the holidays he still maintained excellent communication and took care of me. Santa came early foe me. He was more than willing to do whatever it took to make sure my car was put back to BMW standards. He and the shop are excellent at working with the insurance company to make sure that your vehicle is going to be repaired correctly and professionally. Don t mess around with taking your car anywhere else but here. If you want it done right this is the place. Tell them Robert sent you.Service: Body & Trim

I recently had my car repaired here and there s nothing negative I can say about this place. The staff were all friendly and efficient. My advisor was Gatlin White who was very professional, attentive and efficient. He kept me updated and guided through out the process. Which made feel relieved and trust that my car was in good hands.I definitely recommend him and this place.

Gatlin has done an amazing job taking care of several sets of wheels for me over the past year. The turn around is super quick and high quality. They backup their work. I would highly recommend him and the body shop. I also had a Porsche bumper resprayed there and they did an amazing job matching the paint. A+

I got my car back fairly quick and was kept up to date on the progress. My car is good as new again. This place is the absolute best and a preferred shop for Farmers insurance. It was a win win. Fantastic experience! I needed the bumper repaired on my 2018 Audi. I just picked it up & it looks as good as new! My service advisor, Gatlin White, kept me up-to-date throughout the entire process & had my car ready in just 2.5 days! Thanks for everything Momentum (& Gatlin)! Y all are the best!

This was by far the worst customer service experience. Due to Covid the body shop was behind on repairing vehicles which is understandable. So what made this experience the worst was the communication regarding the status of my car. I was ghosted several times by my so called advisor who barely advised anything. I had to reach out just to get a progress report of when my car would be fixed. Each time there was a lot of I m going to check on that and get back to you and not enough here s where we are on your car . I was given a specific date to pick my car up and had arranged pick up and for them to call my authorized party when it was ready. Did they do that NO! On top of that my advisor disregarded the email on file and was communicating with an invalid email but luckily I checked the invalid email and was able to see their email and responded accordingly.As a repeat customer I did not have this experience the first time I got my car fixed with them. So it s upsetting this time around that they left a bad feeling in how they cater to their customers. If I ever need future work I WONT BE BACK.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Gatlin was a pure joy to work with. He was very professional and kept me abreast of what was going on with my vehicle. He has even called me to check in to make sure that all is well after my repairs were completed! I will definitely use Momentum West Collision Center again should I need repairs in the future. In a world where it seems that true customer service is falling by the wayside, it was truly refreshing to get quality service. Please keep up the incredible work!

I truly felt like my advisor, Michael genuinely cared about my situation and went above and beyond. Very prompt in responding to status updates on my car, and overall best customer service I ve ever received at a body shop. My car came out better than new! completely exceeded my expectations. My BMW X5 was hit from the back pretty bad. I brought my vehicle in on a Saturday morning. Gatlin took great care of my vehicle and the insurance from beginning to end! He kept in contact with me every few days with the progress of my vehicle and even had my vehicle ready 2 weeks ahead of schedule. Best Service hands down! Great experience here. Car had a decent amount of damage and now it looks n drives like nothing happened. Joe Sonnier was my service provider and he was excellent. Very personable and knowledgeable. I was definitely in good hands. I got my BMW back yesterday, which was a week early. There was one issue with the headlight housing not being set properly making the lights illuminate unevenly, but I took it back this afternoon and he had it fixed in 20 minutes, no problem. He even mounted my plates. Would definitely recommend.

We decided to bring our car (BMW) there after a wreck. Mr White was really communicative from the beginning. he let us know through the repair process how things were going and when we would get our car back. When we got it back everything was perfect, we couldn't tell car experienced a wreck. When he dropped us the car he told us to check if everything was fine while driving the following days and to let him know if something was wrong. A sensor acted up a little bit so we decided to bring the car back to the shop. They took care of it right away and ordered a new sensor. He gave a a rental as they had to wait for the sensor. Long story short, I had to experience a lot of body shop here in the US and in Europe too. So far Momentum West Collision Center is one of the best ones. High quality job and the customer service is great, plus rental car company in house is a HUGE plus. My wife and I really had a good experience with them!

It's just a great experience being helped with car repairs here. My service advisor Michael makes me feel he really cares about my situation. Both vehicles I took there were handled professionally and with empathy. It was also a great experience dealing with the on location Enterprise car rental people on both occasions.

My car was sent to BMW collision center and Gatlin was the person to over look my car the entire time it was there from the time of arrival till I picked it up which was about 15 days. He called and updated me each time the adjuster went out to look at my car he argued with the insurance company to make sure everything that was damaged during the accident was completely paid for and fixed. The entire experience was great!
