I had my Rover rover towed to this company to get repairs done after a rear-end accident in early September 2023. It took them over 4 months to return my car. After getting my car, I noticed that all the check engine warning lights were going off. Nothing was working correctly. I took it back to them to get it fixed, and that took another week. I got my car back, and again, the door handle didn't stay locked, and the alarm would go off. Then I tried opening the door. I went to Auto Zone to get my car diagnostics done, and it came back that I had a faulty speed sensor. I called my advisor, Mark, and he ordered the part that was needed to fix the problem. The part didn't arrive for over 3 months. I didn't receive any updates about why the part would get there or if they had the part. I had to speak with one of the managers to get that information. When the part finally came in, I arranged a time to drop off my car to get that part put on from a different advisor Henry because Mark was being elusiveandnot andwering his phone calls, and was told it would take about 3 days to get the senor put on and checked. It is April 13, 2024, I sent my vehicle in on the 11th of April and was told it would be done this Saturday. I called to see if it was ready for pick up and was told that the part that Mark ordered and charged my insurance company over $5,000 was the wrong part and that I needed a tire pressure sensor.(Marks words to Henry to pass on to me) Not once had I had any problems with my tire pressure or any warning lights come on for tire pressure issues. I told them I needed my car and was told that the tire is off my car and was sent to a third-party company to get worked on. Henry said he would see what he could do and talk to the technicians about getting a spare tire placed on my car. But never called back. I'll keep you updated on the results on my car.

DONT GO HERE. Someone keyed my BMW 750 and I took it here to get repaired. They fixed all the scratches and repainted certain areas, but after that they buffed my entire car and damaged the paint on the whole car and claimed they weren t the ones who did it. Clearly the people in this body shop are inexperienced. My entire car has swirls all over it. I tried to contact my service advisor and his manager several times about this and was ignored over and over. I took it to another place that details high end vehicles and they quoted me for a paint correction which costs about 500$. I shouldn t have to pay for something a BMW collision center did to my vehicle.

These 5 stars all go to Henry - he s one of the senior service people at Momentum BMW and HE IS ALL YOU NEED. You want responsive, knowledgeable, resourceful, detailed/thorough, and exceptional execution - ASK FOR HENRY.Cannot recommend him enough, and frankly the entire team at Momentum Collision (even the kind team who washes the car, the front desk person, I believe her name is Olivia).And Henry s entire team in the back, I asked for a little extra buffing on a tiny spot I found, and they were extremely accommodating.Overall, 10/10 experience and I am so very grateful. Thank you, Henry, for the hand-holding every step of the way (that was my first scratch on my BMW, so it was a little traumatizing lol).

Excellent customer service. My vehicle was repaired to my satisfaction and looks good as new! My service advisor, Nelson, was very professional and courteous and kept me well informed of my vehicle's status. He went above and beyond in working with a not very cooperative insurance company. Edith at the front desk was also very friendly and professional. I would definitely trust this collision center with my vehicle again.

I had a wonderful experience with Henri who took care of my car at Momentum when I needed some body work. Extremely nice and professional. He kept me informed all through the process of my repair and kept my cost down to a minimum, saving me money where I needed it. Sure rare to know someone who looks after the customer. He s my go to guy for now on for sure

I ve worked with many service advisors in the past and Henry Cabrera is the best! He responds back to every questions I have immediately. I just received my car back today and it looks absolutely amazing. Hopefully no issues of course but from the outside it looks great. I appreciate everything you guys did. Thank you so much.

I used to not be a fan of this place being a driver of Land rover for almost a decade. I never had a great experience of getting my car fixed or repaired in a timely manner however, the repair or fix would always turn out to be sufficient enough for me and my vehicle. So that s a great However, I ve had the biggest change of heart with this place, and truly admire everything that they have been doing for me and my vehicle for the past two years. I specifically want to mention Henry Bonilla, who has gone above and beyond for me multiple times, one night on a weekend I had to get my car towed because my tires went completely flat on me and Henry, who was not working at the time still was eager enough to respond to me and get back to me about dropping my car off to their lot and instructing me how to drop off. On the contrary, I ve worked with other people at this place, who have never reached out to me regarding my car being there although I had been there for months, my experience with Henry however has changed it all for me he diligently gets back to me. Henry reports to me updates about my vehicle via email and text and phone, overall I think Henry Bonilla carries this entire place on his back. He connects me with the right person at Land Rover whom he trusts and will take care of me and the vehicle with the same care and support. He takes his career seriously and he s very passionate towards his customers and I really appreciate all that he s done for me and he does for this collision center! Thankfully they have people like Henry there, who takes his clients and their needs seriously, willing to pull strings and push forward every day to raise the standards of this place.

There are so many broken cars made in Germany. Reception center is beautiful and modern. Receptors and staffs are professional. I hope that my BMW 7 can be repaired early. Thank you.

The repair seems to have been well done. Took a bit longer than expected but not a biggie.The 2 star deduction is from the fact the day I went to pick up the car they found out the car needed a new rim and tire. How could they miss that?!?! Worrisome if it's something that's not as visible.So took an extra day to get our car and a wasted trip (although they did call to tell me not to come in - which I totally missed the message). And hope everything else is done right.Edith at the front desk was always very professional and quick. Nelson was responsive and I think did his best to keep things moving and kept me updated.

Great customer service and professionalism. They will take care of your needs, and definitely take care of your car. OEM parts and procedures made me feel safe leaving my car. Nemeiah Nelson was phenomenal in providing updates and getting my car repaired and back to me in a timely manner. I have always brought my vehicles here, and will continue to! It wasn t good experience with momentum collision center. The dates are given for repair wasn t true, I waited 10 more days that they give me the finish dates. Also, they damage front grill while they fix front bumper.To be honest it wasn t what I expect from Bmw Collision center. However, front desk was very helpful. At least, they were smiling to customer. Thanks !

The experience you get from Momentum Collison Center is out of this world! This shop was recommended to me by multiple friends to have the front and rear bumpers on my 2011 BMW M3 replaced and painted. The customer service, quality, and time to get a project done is the best. Shawn, Mike, Josh and their staff were very genuine and made sure the vehicle looked better than new. While it was there they also did the annual service and warranty recalls at Momentum BMW. Saved me two trips! Would recommend them to all that are looking to headache-free shop!

Nehemiah and Edith gave me first class service and with a smile I might add. After having my car less than 72 hours, I had an incident that led me to the body shop. I was devastated, but they quickly and efficiently helped me. I can't thank them enough.

They had my Porsche for over two months they said they were waiting on one part that is on back order, but they showed a delivery date of 6 weeks prior. After getting the same answer week after week I finally decided to look for the part on my own. It took only 5 minutes and one phone call to find out they were using an old part number that no longer existed and the part I needed was readily available. I was told that I would have waited indefinitely if I had not got involved to find the part. So after I did their job for them and found the part I got at least 3 different stories of why this happened. I hadn t planned on doing this review but I am now waiting in the rain at 7:45 Am to pick up my car. They won t open the glass door to let me in because the sign says open at 8. By the way the website says they open at 7:30. Horrible customer service I have yet to see my car and will update this review after. Update after taking delivery it looks great and works well. However they overcharged me $500.00 which they acknowledge however it has now been a month and they have yet to repay me, always with a lame excuse, such as the person who writes the check is on vacation. Avoid doing business with this company.

Happy to get my car back!! Gatlin made sure the job was done well and quicker than expected. He stayed on top of the insurance company after I was hit from behind and made sure everything was covered. Thanks for doing a beautiful job Momentum!

My vehicle was at their shop for more than 8 weeks for front-end bumper repair, sensor repair, and hood repairs.. I began calling for feedback on ETA around week 5. Unfortunately, my service rep only called me back twice within this span. I do not recommend this body repair shop due to long turnaround time for minor to moderate repair. And, due to lack of follow up / responsiveness. It is unreasonable to be in limbo for months w/o some feedback not to mention running out of insurance rental car reimbursement. Insurance only covered a month or so of rental.

it was recommended by Momentum Porsche and I would say the worst experience ever, the color was not matching, Clear coat was so rough . Lost my spoiler Caps, placed the Porsche emblem wrong !!!!! had to redo all that again , when I received the car the second time after fixing all the above had a rattling sound and discovered that the intake box was cracked and loose and had to take it back for them to fix it , I was expecting at least an apology and better follow up but never happened.Poor communication ,Poor customer service, horrible service quality and on the top of that they lose parts of the car, I m still waiting for the license frame that I have been asking over and over.I have tried to reach out to the manager couple of times but I was always told that I will give a call back !!That was my non biased experience .

I had a flat tire and stopped by to ask for help. Even though my car is a Toyota Rav4, the staffs were very nice as to happily help me for free. I really appreciate their quick help. Everyone is very nice, especially Nehemiah. I was treated no difference than their own customers even though they gave me a free service.Service: TiresService: Tires

My insurance company told me to fix my damages was about 13k and I knew it was wrong for a new 540 so they took it here and the price was more realistic so they totaled out more car. Henry was great with communication he d tell me what was happening with my car since my insurance was taking longer than normal to handle their side of the situation. Also, this BMW got me in the next day unlike the usual shop in West Houston I go to wanted me to wait almost 2 months before my car could be brought in to get an estimate just on the repairs which if it was being fixed could ve taken another month or too so Momentum moved way quicker.

Henry Cabrera was amazing! He managed to have my car expertly fixed after a terrible accident, and was always polite and professional. He kept me updated, and even when I had issues with the rental company he quickly came to my aid. I ve been to this collision Center multiple times, and every time Henry never fails to take care of my car and the rest of my family s as well. I went in with concerned about my car, and he was able to get it done within 10 minutes of being there. This has to be about the best collision center in the Houston area. Unfortunately, I had to visit them a total of three times in 2022. From start to finish I was greeted and treated very professionally each time. This crew has gone over and above duty to make sure I was a satisfied customer each and every time. Mark C. is the absolute man! If you want to be taken care of, he's your guy. He defiantly can handle the insurance company and will work out any additional issues you have. I definitely recommend anyone to use this location. My car is like new! I was there so much it seemed as if I had become a part of their staff.PWServices: Painting, Wheel alignment

I had a solar panel installer drop his measuring tape from my roof onto the hood of my wife's brand new BMW. I took it into Momentum Collision Center to get it repaired. I was told it would take 5 days. On day 5, I get a call from them saying it's ready. After inspecting the hood, the dent was still there. I'm thinking why would they not give it a thorough inspection before telling me it's ready. They must have seen it. I mean, it was very obvious. So they basically tried to give me back my X4 still damaged. I thought this was BMW. You think after paying thousands of dollars for a luxury vehicle, it would be taken care of with precision and perfection. Make sure you pull your vehicles into the light where you can see it better if you have any body damage and take it to this collision center. I'm still waiting for it almost 2 weeks now. Frustrating and unacceptable. The manager said he would take care of it. We'll see. I didn't take any photos as I was so frustrated and in disbelief, I didn't even think of it. The next call will be to corporate. Be cautious of this place. Shotty work was performed on my vehicle.

My vehicle practically underwent a rebuild following an accident, and I could not be more pleased with my experience at Momentum. The professionalism and quality workmanship were exceptional throughout, and I couldn't be more grateful! Due to supply chain issues, it took several months to source and install all the materials. However, my service advisor, Henry, was upfront about lead times, and he always provided progress updates either by email or by phone. I always felt like he was on top of things and I knew what to expect. When I received my vehicle back, it was like new, and it has not required any follow up work.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Wheel alignment, Brake service & repair, Battery
