I drove in from Austin in my BMW 428i and my air conditioning stopped blowing cold air. When I arrived at the hotel in downtown Houston I needed a mobile auto mechanic ASAP. After a quick google search and reading reviews I called Nate and he picked up on the second ring. He came to the hotel, ran diagnostics, identified the issue, went and picked up the parts, and within 30 minutes my A/C was fixed! Nate had a super positive attitude and handled everything with excellent customer service quickly. Highly recommend, give Nate a call!

Nate has seriously been an Angel to me. Every time I text or call him he not only responds promptly but also goes above and beyond. He s the only mechanic I trust With my truck. If you are looking for a knowledgeable and honest mechanic he s your guy

*SCAM* DO NOT CALL THIS PLACE. here's a picture of the "new" alternator I paid $340 for. This alternator broke my serpentine belt and the belt broke my power steering pump. I'm out over $1100 for an alternator change because this guy ripped me off and i still have to replace my power steering pump.On top of that the tech was hours late every time he came, blocked a gate when I told him where to park. Ran out of gas so the gate was blocked and my company had to bring him gas.I have not been refunded as of now. I was told I would be refunded for the part but I highly doubt that will happen and that doesnt cover all my other expenses due to this. I will update if anything changes.

I got a chance too meet the owner of the company and he was an extremely knowledgeable guy, he was able to come out at a short notice and accommodate my automotive needs and my schedule. I would strongly recommend his services above and beyond all the mobile competitors.

DO NOT WORK WOTH THIS MECHANIC! Worked with Nate after my car didn t jump start. He replaced the starter, and I asked him to take a look at my power of steering pump, since my steering wheel felt a little tighter than usual. He ended up replacing the power of steering pump (after he told me the old one was in terrible condition ) while cursing and not stoping the complaints about how it was imposible to reach it and how this job was the hardest he s had in months. I stayed to check on the work when noticing that he was watching YouTube videos on how to replace this part. I asked him if it was okay letting me do it with someone else but he insisted on being able to do it. Now my steering wheel is inoperable and almost impossible to turn. I asked him on taking a look at it since it looks like it has a leak, and he said it is probably the king pin and I should just get rid of my car. I asked him to come and look at my car and he blocked me. Called him with another phone to ask him for a refund and resulted in nothing. DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY. I called Nate in early March about lifting my Outback using a commercial kit I ordered online. He gave me a competitive quote and suggested that I called him when the kit arrived. I arranged to have him come to my garage for the lift this morning and it took him roughly 90 minutes for the job. Because some components of the kit did not line up with the existing holes in the car, Nate had to improvise to get the job done, otherwise, he probably would have finished the installation in an hour as he predicted when he showed up. It is always a pleasure to work with someone who knows what they are doing and being fair and upfront with everything. We had a nice chat after the lift and I am glad to find out that he also does other stuff such as wrapping, detailing, and external audio. I'll definitely use his help again to lift our minivan in the future. Overall, a great and pleasant experience with Nate!Service: Steering & suspension repair

I needed someone who could work with my schedule and come to me. He was quick to respond and schedule me an appointment. He was on-time for the appointment. He explained everything to me in terms I could understand. He did not try to up-sale me on anything I didn't need. The repairs were completed before in a very timely manner. I have not had any issues since the repairs were made. I will be calling him again for the regular maintenance stuff that needs to be done. It is very affordable and competative to taking it to a shop. I have been a client of Nate for the last 2 yrs and I have not been disappointed. He is on time and very professional. I have 3 vehicles from 2006 Xterra , 2016 Suburban and 2020 BMW that he keeps on the road. Just traveled with family to Florida in Suburban after time up and it ran great. He will not disappoint.

I had a great experience! When I called, he was available to come the next day. He arrived early, worked quickly, and was very friendly. Very reasonably priced. I will absolutely use him again in the future if I need additional repairs. I highly recommend his service!

Very helpful mechanic. He talked me through my issue and helped me problem solve. I d didn t get to use him to fix the issue due to timing not aligning but will def keep him in mind for future needs. I appreciate that he was willing to help even though he wouldn t be the mechanic I could use that day.

Driving home tonight when a couple drivers flagged that my taillight was out. Pulled this company off Google since they were open late. Nate picked up and advised it would be much cheaper for me to stop off at a nearby parts store instead of using his service. Turns out it was just a loose wire in the light housing.. two thumbs up for giving me his honest opinion and saving me $$$!!!

I called to have my battery jump-started. Nate told when he would get to my house. He texted me when he left and how long his trip would take. I have called them twice and each time they have told me they would be here at 9:30 AM and don t get here until after 3. I doubt they wouldn t have even come if I didn t keep asking if they were going to show up.

I scheduled an appointment with Nate a day in advance. I was not contacted until an hour after my appointment time and the mechanic never showed up and did not pick up the phone or respond to any messages past that. This guy Nate not is not the mechanic that you want to get under the hood of car. He is untrustworthy and does a horrible job. Nate gets so angry and impatient fixing cars.
