Awesome people! Good fast service at an unbeatable price! I broke down in front of their place last week with a harmonic balancer that was coming apart; they replaced it and had me on my way in one hour, for half what other places wanted to charge! Honest and fair; I would send anyone here!

Mitchells is good when they want to be and who they want to be good for. Horrible customer service and lack of empathy. Takes days for an estimate and never calls you, you have to call him. This is why he has reasonable pricing at times because the service sucks. He doesn't actually work on your vehicle and continues to find things wrong, he also doesn't double check behind his workers. I advise you pay a little more for better quality. I will be going back to Ripleys for my business.

Be aware of Mitch Auto he said he was doing a tune-up and my car was still stopping he said he did a diagnostic on it and he didn't I took my car to the dealer and they had to change 4 spark plugs in the coils so beware of Mitch
