All I can say is that the guys at Mistry are amazing. Somehow my boyfriend's truck picked up a tietown on the freeway. It wrapped around the drive shaft and the S hook ripped a hole through the gas tank protective shield and caused a 4 inch gash into the tank. His truck is an older F150 model and Ford no longer makes or stocks replacement tanks. The brothers at Mistry spent days hunting down a good used tank. They did not give up. It was a two week process , but they kept us informed daily. Once they found the correct tank, it was installed the same day. I cannot thank Mistry enough. Other repair facilities would have given up. Thank you !

Had my alternator replaced here recently and it was a great experience. Job was done very fast and thorough. Price was fair. I hope I won't have too many car problems in the future but when I do this will defnitely be my go to place. Highly recommended! -Sam

I had a leak in my A/C system which was misdiagnosed by another shop. I was referred to Mistry Auto Care by a friend who spoke highly about them. So I decided to try them out and to say the least, they did not disappoint. They accurately diagnosed the issue and fix it at reasonable price and backed it up with a 2 year warranty. They are very professional and courteous. The service was great. Highly recommend.Services: Air conditioning, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Mistry Auto has been a GREAT experience every time I've used there services. They completely serviced my 04 LEXUS RX330 and brought it back to life with no hesitation and great pricing. Before any work is done they call and update you on pricing so there are no surprises and hidden fees! I had been basically looking all over Houston too have my AC repaired. A friend refer Mistry too me and believe me I was totally impress when the mechanic was telling me things that I was going too asked...They check my car within 30 minutes they knew so much. Best of all they fixed my ac with a GREAT PRICE.. I have found my FOREVER SHOP AND MECHANIC..I can only say give Mistry a try you will not be disappointed.Service: Air conditioning

My long time mechanic had basically retired and Mistry Auto Care was recommended to me by a friend ..I was really nervous about trying out a new mechanic due to negative past experiencesI stopped by on a Saturday and boy was I surprised!! From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable..I was treated with respect ..they listened to my concerns and had me sold with his knowledge..I made a appointment insisting on specific brands ..they had no issue ordering the parts I wanted ..they called me when everything was in stock and the work they performed was outstanding..they took care of everything I needed at a fair price ..I would highly recommend themSincerely Donna

Great service. As a single female it's difficult to find a mechanic that you actually trust and that wont take advantage of you. They were trustworthy and very professional. I had my front brakes replaced as well as my CV axles due to tears in the boot. They were very quick, sent me pictures of the work that needed to be done, and showed me the worn down parts post service. I was glad I found this place because I was denied by a prior autoshop due to having an older car that had a lot of corrosion thanks to midwest salt. Really great place and will be back when its time to replace my rear brakes for sure.Service: Brakes

I've known this shop for years. I do not mind driving 17 miles from Sugar Land. Cawas and Karl Mistry are very professional and honest local business owners. Their mechanic is awesome. He is definitely experienced and knows what he's doing. I never have a follow up repair.Their labor rate is reasonable.The Mistrys do not up sell you , but they do recommend what needs to be done without pressuring you to do so. I highly recommend Mistry Auto Repair.Repairs done: Transmission service , filter & fluids.Check engine light on.

I have been coming to Mistry Complete Auto Care for the past 4 years. Every time they make me feel like family. Excellent customer service and very trustworthy. Great prices and warranties on all work performed. They even go out of their way to show me the old parts and the reason they had to replace them. Highly recommend them.

Very professional, friendly, and prompt service. They are a family owned shop and provide great personal and thorough attention. This review is long overdue.Mistry has been so good to me and my family s vehicles. They will check your car first and let you know what is wrong plus the cost to fix before doing any work on it. My mom s car has a lot of issues and due to the cost being too much to do all at once, Carlos explained to me the critical issues that needed to be done first and we can come back another time to fix the other problems.They will give you honest reports on your cars. My husband went in with his truck assuming his brakes needed to be changed, Carlos had it looked and told him that his brakes were still good, but it was the suspension that was the issue.With my vehicle, they have done small things on it, but how they handled a big problem I was having at the time is what impressed me.A few months ago, I was having issues with the brake and gas pedal. My pathfinder felt like it was stalling when applying pressure on the gas. This started happening more frequently and even when I was driving on the freeway, which was scary since I usually have my 2 daughters as passengers.When my car battery died one day, I took it to Carlos and his mechanic found the issue. He then went to his computer to do a little research and found some info that shocked me. My vehicle was one of the ones with a recall/service bulletin concerning the brake switch being installed incorrectly. He told me that my brake lights would stay on and the push/start button would turn the car on even without pressing on the brake at the same time. He printed the recall for me, wrote down the problems, and told me to take it to a Nissan dealership to see if I can get the work done for free or for little cost. He also told me to call him if they give me a hard time about it. Sure enough, Mossy Nissan was telling me that they were aware of this issue with some of their Nissan vehicles, but I would still be responsible for the full cost! I called Carlos and he ended up finding Nissan Corporate s number for me and had me call them.After a few days, I received a call from Corporate and was told I would only need to pay 10% of the repair cost. The total cost was over $500 and I only paid $40!Carlos didn t have to do that all for me. He could have repaired my car issue and made a profit, but instead he was honest about REALLY helping a customer out. I don t know any auto shop that would have done what he did.I trust Mistry Complete Auto Care. Don t hesitate to check them out!

I had a wonderful exsperince here. I was so afraid to go anywhere and I looked up all their great reviews prayed about it felt good about it. Cawas was friendly helpful and understanding of my needs. I would recommend this place highly. Prices are very fair and they are very efficient. Thank you Cawas again for your help and understanding. I will be back to do my struts and motor mounts in about a month or so. If there were more stars I would check them. Thank you!Service: General repairs & maintenance

We are so appreciative to have excellent Auto care for our vehicles from a Business that treat us with respect and with so much patience. The Owner is so understanding and a God fearing man. I was refered to Cawas at Mistry Auto by my coworker. I have been coming here for over 3 years now and I have consistently received outstanding and honest service. Over time they have worked on my truck s suspension, tune up, A/C and fuel system. My truck has been driving excellent. I had some work done from here, they were supposed to replace my bumper, and they did a very poor job. They didn t put all the screws back on the bottom so I wouldn t notice and now it is costing me more to fix what they did. If you go here please check and make sure they did what they were supposed to do before paying them. Very sketchy people in my opinion.Service: Body & Trim

Great shop. I've gone here multiple times for oil changes and a battery replacement. At first I got the regular oil change, car ran just like it usually does. Service was prompt and kept me informed of progress. The manager came out to let me know my battery was leaking and showed me. Though I didn't get it replaced at the time. I did the next time.The next time I got a synthetic oil change, I'm always a little leery because you just never know what they use, especially when you ask for the upgraded service. But as I watched from the service window, the technician used Mobil 1 synthetic from individual 1 quart containers (not the gigantic drum of oil with God knows what).I had my battery replaced at the same time and they didn't just throw it in, but actually took the time to clean up the terminal posts from all the leaking acid and put some of that anti-seizing stuff to keep it from rusting. When I looked at the engine bay, you could really tell they treated it like their own car. Not just another customer waiting in line.Appreciate the service guys. Thanks!

It's always scary taking your car into the shop but these guys did excellent work on my car & that too at a great price. They have really good customer service & put me at ease after my accident. I just dropped my car off & they dealt with the insurance company & took care of everything for me so I had nothing to worry about. I highly recommend this auto shop!

Went for an oil change and after Walmart mess up my oil panel and not response from the store which I never came back , I gave this Mistry the job and I was very satisfied with the result . They are family owned and very nice meet the mother of the owner and after she share the history on how her son became a mechanic I was very exited to find some one that is very dedicated and love what he does which is take care cars the prices are fair and also they provide me with a car so I didn't have to sit and wait.very welcome place and definitely will come back not just for oil change but also to future repairs on my car.thanks.will high recommended.

Cawas is an outstanding human being. He and his mechanics are extremely knowledgeable and care more about the people they serve than making money, which, in this day and age, speaks volumes to the character and quality of service they provide. They always communicate what is found and offer options to best suit your needs. They don't try to upsell you on things you don't want, which is refreshing. Last week my car broke down in this part of town. I live a long way out but chose to find a shop near where I was. From these reviews I chose Mistry. From our first conversations trying to get my car there until I picked it up I could not be more pleased. Honest guys, great customer interaction and a very fair price. What else do you want from a repair shop. My only wish is they were closer to where I live. I probably will still use them even with the inconvenience of location. Highly recommend these guys.

I can't say enough good things about these guys and how they've taken care of our family at a rough time when they didn't even know us. They are honest and they will do whatever they can to help you out if you need it, while providing quality service without cutting any corners. For the first time in my life I actually trust the people working on my cars, and I drive all the way from Cypress just because of that.

I just moved to Houston at the new year, and at the time I was overdue for a few maintenance repairs. Not knowing the area, I found Mistry among several searches, and I must say, I am very pleased that I chose them. I called in advance, and Cawas answered all of my questions with patience and courtesy. When I arrived, they attended to my and my car's needs. I appreciated that they actually showed me what needed repair and where; this particular trip included my brakes and drums that needed replaced, what they looked like when I arrived, and how to maintain them in the future. They were understanding and patient with all of my concerns and offered options on replacement parts to fit my budget. On my first trip, Cawas and his team impressed me! They gave me respect and trust, and they have earned a frequent loyal customer; they can expect to see more of me. Thank you!

Top notch service. I have always found them to be very knowledgable, detailed, courteous and most important of all honest and trustworthy. They have great techs. I have never had an issue with any service they performed on my vehicles. They only do what s needed and do not try to sell services you don t need. If they see something that does look right, they bring it to your attention. Highly Recommended.

I was visiting Houston from Dallas when my low tire light came on. Karl Mistry had his team diagnose a nail in my tire and fixed it AT NO CHARGE with 15 min. Karl and his team were polite, efficient and quick. Wish I could visit them for service - I may schedule that the next time I came in. Great place!!!

The brothers are the best. Needed a repair on my vehicle fixed excellent service and the mechanics are experienced and the loaner car helped me out big Time. Would not even take money for the gas I used. Saw I was in a jam went above and beyond with personal customer service. Thanks again guys.
