Terrible experienceHad to take my vehicle to the dealer ship to get the paint on my Silverado adjustedNot sure if it was clear coat but my driver side mirror is cloudy n has to be changed new(Not sure why my driver side had to have any sort of paint if the damage was on the passenger side )Insurance adjuster didn t even know what was going on half the timeToo many loop holesMiller body shop worker-LunaNever followed up to insurance to have my deposit reimbursedPaint on the passenger side had to be correctConsidering been a 2022 model vehicleWill be suing for damagesI don t recommend at all.It s taken me a long time to deal with this mess considering it s my only vehicleHad to get rental and adjust my work schedule to fix Miller and Allstate issues

Recently moved into town and started having some car issues. From the moment I called, the staff was great and answered my questions. Fernando was/ is my new favorite service advisor. There s no better feeling than knowing someone genuinely cares about their customers. Ramon is the mechanic who worked on my car and was great at communicating the issues. I will be returning back. Speak to Fernando for any questions or concerns. He is the guy! My car was towed to this shop after a terrible car accident, and he answered all my questions and made me feel secure about the next steps I needed to take. They have high reviews for a reason. Don't go anywhere else.

I am starting to believe all this 5 star reviews have been made by the shop owners. Do not bring in your vehicle to this shop, they will do a terrible job give you a one year warranty and then refuse to fix their wrongdoings. I brought my car in for a fender bender and my car has not been the same since. I have been trying to get it fixed to no avail. My car was better before being fixed by them I would have preferred keeping the dent in and my car would be better off. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!!Service: Body & Trim

Right now I decided to use this location to fix my car. RJay that is our consultant and handling our vehicle has been very attentive and explain the whole process very well.Update: I will say that this journey in having our car handle by Ray Lalor aka "RJay" at Miller's Auto Body shop wasn't the best experience of what all others are rating this place. In the end they got the job done but the service level wasn't to what I expected to be. I can say that RJay kept his word in keeping in you up to date in what is happening to your car but he failed to inspect the car before returning it back in good condition and good workmanship. One of our car's rim was a different color from all other rims (How do you miss that?) and some of the upper side door finder was propped up and not flush all the way down being aligned correctly. Before I turned in the car I had told him 3 weeks is what I had to offer to get the job done. He accepted and confirm it could be done. Did it get done...NO. He made false promises on more than one occasion that the car would be done. I personally didn't like that at all nor did my wife giving false hope that her car that she use would be ready. What I dislike the most at the end he wanted us to rate the shop 5 stars and in return he will GIVE US A GIFT CARD. I refuse to lie of what really happens here and I think everybody should know what really goes on at this location #TrueRating Please Share and Like. I have the pictures for proof of the workmanship.

My hood latch came undone and smacked my windshield one night. The hood and side panels were ruined. I brought it to Miller s. Everyone from the front desk to Steve were friendly and informative. My repair was done quickly and my vehicle looks brand new! I recommend Miller s all day every day!6/21/23 - My car was acting funny this morning and I was worried I wouldn't even make it in. I got there and was greeted so nicely but the receptionists. They hooked my car up and checked for codes and made sure that it was safe to drive. The problem corrected itself after shutting the engine off and restarting. The service guys were so polite and very fast. Danny was so warm and welcoming and went above and beyond! Thank you to everyone at Miller's for all that you do!

My car got a flat on the side of 610 and Eduardo came promptly and was able to tow me to a nearby parking lot. He helped my husband and I get a stuck lugnut off, and after finding my spare was flat, he towed us again to a nearby gas station to air it up. He was so kind and went above and beyond to get our car up and running when he absolutely didn t have to.

After 3 weeks at the tow yard Miller s Auto body scheduled a pick date for my car. Spoke with the young lady that set up the schedule. 4 days after the schedule date my car was still at the tow yard. When I spoke with her she acts as if we had never spoken. I do not recommend this shop due to forgetfulnesses. I sent it to a different shop. They are not reliable

The worst place ever to get your vehicle towed to. As most of the other posts mentioned these people are after your money and your insurances money. I went to this place twice for my vehicle that was totaled to remove my stuff. I don't live close so getting there is a pain then to have to deal with an ignorant person over the phone. They knew my vehicle was there from an accident and they also knew they had papers for me to sign. They clearly took pictures of my driver's license as well before. Very unprofessional very rude. The service writers were very kind the technicians very nice, old lady in the front desk... needs to retire with her sour attitude it's too loud!

My insurance company recommended Miller s after someone side swiped me. The employees at Millers are so flexible, thorough, and willing to help. There has been several times that I needed to reschedule and they were 100% accommodating. Since the repairs are through insurance, they have done all the communication for me. Before I arrived for the initial inspection and drop off, all the loose ends of rental car reservation, estimate, and necessary repairs were tied together. When I arrived for drop off, she immediately called the rental car company to let them know I m here and ready for pick up. Communication is great and employees are personable and professional. DO NOT COME HERE! ITS A SCAM! WORST AUTO EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!I will start by saying this is my first EVER public review of any business. I have never posted a Yelp, Facebook, or google review simply because I don t think it s worth the time. I m making an exception for Miller s Auto Body, because everyone needs to know how awful they are.My Jeep was hit by another car on March 8th and Miller s tow truck happened to be the first tow truck on the scene, so I used them by default. There was a decent amount of damage, but nothing significant (check out the photo I posted).I called them the next morning and they said they would start working on an estimate and have it to me within a couple of days. I call them several times within the next week and they keep giving excuses why they haven t gotten to it. They do not get me an estimate until 10 DAYS LATER (March 18th).The initial completion date was set for April 2nd which seemed reasonable for the amount of damage. April 2nd rolls around and I get the news that additional damage was found during the repairs. They did not mention there was additional damage until the day of pickup which was odd and irritating.They push the new completion date to April 10th. I call April 10th and it s still not done. The new completion date is now April 14th and cannot give me a reason for why it continues to get pushed.April 14th rolls around and of course it s still not finished. They tell me that it s being painted that day and will be finished the next. Of course they were wrong again.For the next two and a half weeks AFTER paint is complete and all the repairs should have been made i get a laundry list of excuses of why it s still not done. Im calling ever other day at this point. The manager in charge of my account is completely useless and rude.I call the manager one morning and he says it should be complete later that afternoon. I decide to make a surprise visit and ask to see my car. It s still in pieces and no where near done!After this, I demand to speak the owner. This wasn t easy because I insisted on two occasions the week before and he never called back.On April 29th, (almost 8 weeks after the accident) my vehicle is finally done. I go to pick it up and everything seems to look and work fine. About 15 mins after I drive off I notice my fog lights aren t working.I call Miller s back and ask them to fix it. They claim the lights were working during the final inspection and that it s not their problem. I have never once had issues with my fog lights prior to this, but they continue to stand by the their story that they did nothing wrong.I genuinely believe that this place is a scam and is trying to milk the insurance companies for every penny they can. There is zero reason that it should have taken 8 weeks for the amount of damage to fix.The staff fed me lies and was rude the entire process. They need a tune up in customer service. I will never go back to this place.

Every time I call they said my vehicle will be done next week. Next week comes, they all say they don t know what I m talking about and give me another week. The service is terrible, take your vehicle somewhere else!

I took my car to Miller's in April when my car was hit. Unfortunately, due to supply chain issues there was some delay in getting my car back, but James was so helpful in giving updates and making sure I knew what was going on. He also handled the numerous extensions of my rental car for me with the insurance company. When I picked up the car, it looked great, and Fernando was also so helpful in assisting me with the pick up and rental car drop off. He let me know that if I found any issues in the coming days, not to hesitate to bring it back, and he would help get it corrected. So far no issues, but I really appreciated that peace of mind. It was a great experience overall with a great outcome.Service: Body & Trim

I was in an accident, this Miller s tow company arrived within minutes. I asked if it was mandatory for them to tow my car they lied and said it was mandatory. It was not, they interfered with my conversation with police officers so I was not able to consent to towing. When I arrived to the towing company I tried to go over my options and they never informed me that leaving the totaled car and turning in the title would relieve me of charges related to removing and storing the car. I paid 500 dollars in total to move my car in and out of the towing company and it is not even worth that amount. In order to process payment they insist on charging 3% to pay with card. Do not allow this company to tow your car, they are only money hungry and will lead you to take the most costly and bothersome option.

Had my car repaired at Miller's after an accident many months ago, a rubber window strip failed and had to be replaced. Contacted my insurance company and Miller's. The job was performed expertly in 2 hours on an insurance supplemental. Would definitely recommend, the staff was great.

The REPAIR PORTION WAS EXCELLENT. Im happy to have my truck back. I JUST LOVE WENDELL he is so helpful and kind. The ladies at the front desk are awesome as well. They are always pleasant and willing to help and give me info about my truck.. As a matter of fact if there is a commission for my truck they should get it because they were the ones who kept me informed when I asked.. My car was fixed per the insurance specification. The problem was My sales person James did not communicate at all. If I spoke to him it was because I poped up or called. I had explained that I had a bad experience with the company when I was 18 over 31 years ago and was skeptical of dealing with them and James assured me it would be different but IT WAS NOT. I wanted other body work done but he wouldn't call with the information I requested. I also asked about window repair once again no call so finally I called him and by then I was frustrated with the process and opted to take it elsewhere once my insurance repairs were done. It took I believe 3 weeks for my truck to be ready which should not have been the case because James and I agreed ahead of time that I wouldn't put it in till my parts were there. You would think if it was a delay I would receive a call RIGHT? NOPE! NOT JAMES HE SEEMS TO BE TO BUSY NOT CALLING PEOPLE WITH IMPORTANT INFORMATION CONCERNING their Vehicle TO CALL PEOPLE. Miller, if you want to make the most money re-train your guy because I definitely planned to spend more.

I needed help with my car to get an estimate and Fernando Luna was the best!!! My car broke down at the family dollar and he came and gave me a ride. He was very helpful. I will recommend Millers to anyone!

*If you have an accident and the police call Miller's, refuse and call your insurance company for someone they recommend. Then tow your car to a self-storage ($100 per month, not $21 per day at a VSF) while working out your claims.**Do not battle the insurance companies while racking up $21/day in storage fees.Worst experience of my life. Can't even describe it. Edward can piss right off. These people are not here to help you.$50 to receive a notification by mail. $100 for a cursory quote about damage repairs. $30 credit card fee. On top of the rest. The second your tires touch their property, that's $134 in fees.VSF industry needs to die. All of them are parasites.

Came in to get an estimate on my husbands SUV.. the estimator Mr Luna looked at it and wrote up an estimate and gave some very honest advice.. honesty goes a long way in today's world.. you get 5 stars for being courteous and honest! Oh and inside they are cognizant of COVID 19 protocols! Look for Fernando Luna to do your estimate!!!!!

I ve been using Miller's for minor body work on various vehicles for about 20 years and I ve never been disappointed. Today, Fernando Luna was very helpful with replacing a leaking windshield washer fluid reservoir pump on my 2016 BMW X5. I took my vehicle in just before noon and they had the fender and other parts removed in about 30 minutes to access the reservoir. The pump was leaking not the tank. They had the parts delivered from 40 miles across town and had the job finished and the car washed by 5:30pm the same day! No sooner than I had run out of gas, a white Miller s Auto and Body Repair tow truck showed up in record time, just sitting behind my car on an extremely busy Shepherd Dr., just waiting to see if I needed his service. When I returned with a gas can, I assumed that being a young man, he would jump out of his car to help me,, as my own sons would do. But no. He just sat in his truck staring and hoping he could make a buck.For this reason alone, I would not support this company. The lack of care shown to me in this situation , at 70 years old, is precisely the lack of care you will most probably receive from their tow trucks and body shop. Exactly the kind of business Houston can do without. Rude and unhelpful.On a better note, a nice young man from AAA happened to be passing, and stopped to help me. This, Houston needs.

This was my first time being in a car wreck and Mr. Luna explained everything that was going to be done to my car at the shop and was very informative and helpful.
