Ron and his team at midtown are second to none. By far the best customer service, quality work, consistent communication and efficiency of any repair shop I ve been to. I have zero hesitation to take my truck here for all things car related. I hesitate to take my truck anywhere worried that I ll be ripped off or provided with subpar maintenance and repairs. Ron has kept my vehicle running and looking like new. As a new Houstonian, I m so thankful to have found this shop!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Brakes, Air conditioning, Oil change

As a young woman, I am incredibly weary of going to automotive repair shops. Historically, women get ripped off by auto shops. I was recommended to go see Ron at his shop. I needed new tires, and a battery. I also asked Ron to give my car a Road Trip Check up for safety purposes. Ron really did the most. I have had this done by other shops, who didn t do much. Ron and his team inspected the whole car, and sent back a list with prices broken down of what needed to be done and what could get done. He also searched for the most affordable and quality new tires. He discussed every detail, what things do, why they should be changed, what can wait, etc. Everything was so transparent. When i got my car, they also buffed out the scratches, washed and vacuumed the interior. No extra cost. Like what???! It looks and drives like a brand new car. Besides being a great human, Ron is absolutely an honest and caring business man. Took my car here for collision repair and Ron was so helpful, communicative, and did great work on my car. I've had a nightmare of an experience with another body shop before this and my experience at Midtown was an absolute dream in comparison. Ron at Midtown Auto Care is the ABSOLUTE BEST! He is conscientious, fairly priced, great customer service, etc. Will only have you fix things that need to be fixed. This is the best auto mechanic shop I've found in Houston thus far. Ron is very helpful and responsive, and in my opinion offers better customer service than any of the other shops in the area I've taken my vehicle to so far. Will return next time my car needs work.

Ron helped fix a side mirror on a Bmw, when Bmw claimed they had to replace the mirror. Ron was fast, efficient, friendly and reasonable . Have used Midtown Auto Care before and will use again. Thanks for great service !

Hands down best car service in Houston. Ron is one of the best client-facing people I've seen. Handles vintage cars very well. Flexible with your schedule and makes sure to do everything to get the job done.

I loved this place. I had a terrible time getting the other persons insurance to cover the damages, but Ron was very patient and helpful every step of the way.The work done was flawless!! I m beyond happy with my experience with this company. They do fantastic work.

Charged us $135 for a diagnostic on a 2005 Corolla. The car was brought in because it lost power steering. They had the car for three days and no repairs were done on it and they couldn't figure out what went wrong.They gave us a huge laundry list of stuff that needed to be fixed (all of which we new about before we dropped off the car). We pretty much had to pay $135 for the car to be picked up.

Ron is very personal and takes his task seriouslyThe job was scheduled and executed as discussed. As a mater of fact the car was ready one day ahead of promised.The price was reasonable and the repair was perfect.

Took my car in for a fog lamp housing repair. One day after I got the repair back, it fell back out. I was told to bring it back the next morning. When I brought it back he told me it d be done in 1 hour. When I called back after an hour, he told me it d be another hour and a half. When I asked about the delay, the owner got defensive and got an attitude about him trying to save me money by epoxying on the housing instead of properly ordering the parts, which I never asked him to do. In the end the part was fixed, which is why I m giving this place 2 stars instead of 1.

I always feel like I'm getting swindled at mechanic shops but that's not the case at Midtown Auto Care. Mike and his team do honest work for a fair price! I have a fleet of five vans and anytime I need a repair I go to Mike. I strongly recommend them to anyone in the Midtown area

Ron here took good care of me. The shop down the street wanted $700 and Midtown got the job done that day for $390. I will definitely be going back for any future work.

They're professional and upfront about the costs, and they're truthful about what's wrong. They're also fast. Their parking lot is packed because they're GOOD at what they do & people know to come back for the great service. Fantastic folks here.

I find his services to be very dissed honest when I took my car and he told me a price that it would take to check to see what s wrong with the car but then call me to tell me he needs to do something else and it would cost me the price that I paid to get the car checked out that should ve been included or it should ve been indicated in the beginning so the check my car out started out at $119 and ended up paying before I left right at 300 And they may still be a good shop but just not one for me
