I booked Booked appointment for 5 o clock. They told me yesterday I ll be able to get it done while I drive 30 minutes overthere to tell me they can t work on my car because there s two people back there only very bad. Customer service should ve sent me a text message or something!!!! Never will I try to give y all my business !!!!

My go-to mechanic shop for years! Extremely knowledgeable, very personable, and even more affordable and honest! Habib and his team are the REAL MVP's. I bring all of my vehicles here and they fix them correctly every time. You will be informed throughout the process, nothing will be done without your knowledge or approval, they will show you the parts that were replaced and make sure you understand why. Most of all, AT A FAIR PRICE! Loyal customer that will continue to come back!

I personally wanted to thank Julio at this location he was so sweet our door handle was breaking and it wasn't able to close and we had to drive with the door open almost holding it and he wouldn't take any money he said that he was happy to help and that he could help and he was so sweet and that's if he is any indication of what kind of shop it is I'm sure they're perfect as he is

Super sweet and efficient area. I had to emergency stop in the parking lot here and they were happily able to fix my problem and give me the product I needed in a swift and timely manner! I genuinely got extremely lucky! highly recommend!!

Came in for an inspection, told me I would need $2k in repairs to my rack and pinion, power steering pump, and to replace a daylight running light bulb to pass. I added some power steering fluid, steers fine, took it somewhere else and it passed without issue.Three stars since at least they didn t charge me for failing me, but if you need an inspection and they won t pass you, consider checking somewhere else.

Went in for an oil change and left with much more! (Quotes, maintenance tips, etc.) Everyone was super nice, knowledgeable and helpful. I forgot the guy s name :( but the young man handling the front counter was so great! I asked many, many questions (because my car needs therapy at this point) and he answered with no hesitation and a smile. Will definitely be returning to get more work done on Baby s Batmobile (my car)Service: Oil change

This specific shop is clean, very comfortable, and more importantly the technical stuff are very professional.I had visited this repair service two times, and both time I was amazed by how honest advice, and good price they offered me. The manager is so friendly and I in all my two visits I saw how the staff respected and provided full attention to the customers.

Great staff, friendly welcome, amazing work. Came in for an oil change on a European car, it was performed with efficiency and care. Habib honored all their offers and discounts and definitely gave me an amazing deal, Jose performed a great inspection on my car. Would recommended again.

I have brought my 2010 Honda Pilot here twice in the last 4 months for semi-major repairs and maintenance, and Habib has taken care of us every time above and beyond. I was recommended to come here from my sister who previously came & had a great experience ! They were very informative with me about what was going on with my car, and they were quick when servicing my car ! They have a nice waiting area with water & coffee , and also an area where kids can play while you wait. I would definitely recommend coming here !Service: Auto brake repair

On Sunday 2-6-22 some 1 stole my daughter's Honda catalytic converter on Monday i went for the first time to Midas on hwy 6 N the shop Foreman Mr. Sheerai look at the car and gave me a fair estimate after i shop around and he said ill ready in 2 hours cause my daughter need to go to University of Houston . In 2 hours car was ready and i look under the car ,he did a great job i do thank him for being honest .Service: Exhaust

The staff is personable and friendly, Habib was incredibly helpful. He went out of his way to allay my concerns about a broken AC. He resolved the issues at a good price, I appreciate his honesty and how he handled the situation. It was an excellent experience, I highly recommend this place.

*Under this review the owner ask why would I remove the key to see if it was a key problem . which is false , the key was removed so that I could walk back in the building to ask more questions and that s when it was discovered I couldn t remove the key . And as you can see he pays for these good reviews at the bottom . Stay blessed . I dropped my car off for service for an overheating problem . The owner kept my car for 24 hours . I never receive phone calls or updates on them working on my car . I constantly called throughout out the day for updates and got the run around . I eventually just picked up my car and they still couldn t tell me the issue at hand . The worker that was looking at my car couldn t tell me a part name and had to show me how to look it up but couldn t confirm it that was the problem . When leaving my key wouldn t come out the ignition . I called and ask to speak to the owner. The owner is disrespectful, when explaining to him that my key wouldn t come out the ignition after them having my car for 24 hours he told me to call triple A . After constantly stating that it haven t been an issue before dropping it off the owner advise me that he had better things to do and he will call me back in two days . Please don t hit waste your time coming here . I will also be contacting corporateService: Auto body & trim replacement

I had a great experience dealing with the entire staff and especially the manager Habib who really impressed me as a highly professional mechanic. Habib walked me through the best options I had to fix my car repairs, and he was so honest with me about everything in order to fix what MUST be fixed. I was treated with respect, honesty, and I will be a repeat customer for all my vehicle repairs at this specific Midas store at Highway 6. Best service ever, new to the state & area my nephew put diesel in my car & they had my baby back up and running like new in no time for a very reasonable price , only mechanic shop I use, oil changes are quick and affordable. I have been with these guys for many years now. They are very on point on everything.. Experiencef mechanics, great customer service. They provide a very comfortable lounge with coffee, snacks and massage chair. The prices are very reasonable, honest, quick and reliable services.....ALL THE TIME!

Great shop! I have an old car so I've been in a few times and it's always excellent customer service and the best prices! They treat you like you're family! They just updated their lobby and added a little play area for the kids too! Def recommend!

This is definitely my go to spot! Ive tried several mechanics and this is by far the most honest and fair one! Habib was very meticulous with explaining to me what was wrong with my vehicle and showing me what he replaced! He replaced my seat and I ll bring all my cars to him for now on!
