Great experience through and through! Such a pleasure working with Mark. He was able to get my BMW in and out within a week and the work they did was fantastic! He also helped touch up some scratches on my Porsche and fixed my bent plate without extra charge. If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy body shop, look no further!

Best body shop in town. Quality work, provided weekly, personal updates on the status of the repairs without prompt, dealt with insurance directly did great work and made my life easier!! Eddie was great and anyone running a business should learn customer service from this place.

This place will do very professional work. Your car will feel and look like it' just out of the factory. I have a Boxster S 2011. The rear suspension was bent, muffler destroyed, bumper destroyed, tire bent, it was ALOT of work. But they really did all of it with no flaws as far as I can tell. Paintwork is also A+. Blended perfectly. They will use OEM parts only so if you have a unique car, expect to WAIT FOR PARTS. It's worth the wait though, trust me. Shout out to Eddie, he gave me perfect service the whole way through always under promised and over delivered. The opposite of a lot of shops that will promise the moon and then move like sloths.

A friend was driving his late model GMC pickup on the North Freeway when he was rear ended. The bumper, tailgate and quarter panel were damaged.He took the truck to Metropolitan Collision. They did an excellent job. They kept him informed on the status of the repair while the truck was in the shop.They do quality work and provide good customer service.

I would like to specifically call out Eddie Rivera at Metropolitan for outstanding customer service. It was 102 degrees outside and he offered to buff out, clean and paint touchup on my X5 on the spot as I came in for an estimate on it. I didn't expect them to do it right then and there! I have used Metropolitan on several occasions and every visit/repair has been excellent. Thanks again Eddie!Service: Body & Trim

This is my second time using MCS -- The first time 5 stars, second time 4 stars -- that gives us 4.5 stars.Unfortunately, Google only works with whole numbers. Could you round it up to 5 stars? I can t say enough great things about Eddie Rivera and the team at Metropolitan Collision!! Finally got our Porsche back after 7 months and the car looks/drives like it just came from the factory. The delays were due to parts availability, but Eddie kept us updated throughout the whole process. The workmanship and customer service are beyond excellent. I hope I don t have to see them again anytime soon, LOL, but if you need the best of the best in Collision, don t hesitate to go to Metropolitan.

They are quite literally the highest quality collision repair center in the Houston area. Certified Tesla, BMW, Merc, Audi/VW). love the owner/manager Long term staff. They take the time to do things the right way (Wich does not mean fastest). If you want fast, then go to a chain shop or dealership. If you go that route you will regret the three days you "saved" in a matter of months. Do yourself a favor, and don't do the chain thing. These guys wrestle with the insurance so that everything is as good as factory new.

Just got my Tesla Model 3 fixed here. The wait to get it fixed was a little long because there aren't many places that will work on Teslas, but other than that everything went very smoothly. The car looks great! I will definitely go here again!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I had a tail light that Tesla agreed appeared visually misaligned, but because it was "within spec", refused to do anything to fix it. So, I called Metropolitan Collision. They saw me on short notice, fixed it within an hour, and charged me a nominal fee. I've taken my other vehicles here in the past for body work and have always been happy with the work, but I was really impressed with the customer service today.Service: Body & Trim

Metropolitan collision was awesome! They did excellent, quality work and they were also super fast. The dealership quote was more expensive and was going to take 2+ weeks compared to the 2 days metropolitan collision needed. Kevin was helpful, patient, kind, and very responsive throughout the whole process. He even fixed something that wasn t on the original estimate my boyfriend got for me the morning of the next business day, no questions asked. Couldn t be happier with my experience here. They obviously care about customer satisfaction and it shows. I would and will highly recommend them and would definitely go back!!

Waited 2 weeks to get my vehicle in and they tried to foot me with 1/2 of the bill. Apparently Tesla labor rates are twice as high as insurance will cover and the customer is left with the difference. This has been a huge inconvenience.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Had a front bumper replaced and painted for my '20 Porsche GT4. Ive used a few other shops in Houston over the years and none come close to my experience here. Paint was immaculate, and the color match (chalk) was spot on! Staff was very nice and helpful, and very accommodating to make sure that I left with my car 100% satisfied. I'd definitely recommend and will definitely be back if I need such services again. Have taken my car here for repairs on multiple occasions and have been satisfied every time. They are one of the few repair shops in Houston that work on Teslas. I highly recommend this place for your repairs!

Thanks to Metropolitan for the amazing help they provided during my recent accident. They stored my car while the insurance company completed a lengthy investigation and began as soon as they were given the green light. They removed all the broken components and placed them neatly on a rack where they could be reviewed by insurance adjusters. They dealt with insurance adjusters to ensure every component and issue was covered. They certainly made it easier and they are dedicated to returning your vehicle back to factory specification. The work they do is exceptional. If you care about your BMW this is where you want to take your vehicle. As a picky enthusiast with a complicated M car, they really understand your intention and love cars. They welcomed me when I wanted to visit the vehicle to take pictures and see how it was coming along. They were patient and accepting with all my comments and requests. They communicated effectively telling me when they ran into issues and how they planned to mitigate them. They provided knowledgeable advice and in the end my car looked factory new. Good work takes time and it was worth it. It's been over a month and half with no issues to report. Sincere THANK YOU to Jason and Andy!

I was a little reluctant pulling up, cause it's apparent that they specialize in high end cars and Tesla's. So I was thinking, an arm and a leg just to look at my issue. Nope, to my surprise, this place is honest, doesn't over-charge, and does great work. Exactly what you want in a body shop! Very happy I came here, I highly recommend it. I ve used Metropolitan Collision a few times now. One being a brand new BMW 5 series that was wrecked BAD. If I m not mistaken the damages were in the range of about 23K. But many many many months later when the car was returned to me; it was as good as new (supply chain issues and a lack of availability with respect to parts led to the awful delays). Jason and his team are among the best in Houston.

STOP read this first. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I came in with a simple 5 inch dent along the top of my trunk. It took them 4 weeks to fix this. The timeline changed every single time it was the day to pick up. WAIT there s more, these people took the A5 emblem off of my car, then when it was time to put it on again, scratched my car. I did not learn of this until I called to pick up the car at the time we agreed on. Please note that this occurred the day before and nobody said a thing until I called. They told me that they would need to buff out the scratch, repaint the car and put the emblem back on. Next day, I go to get my car, as we agreed upon. They tell me it s not ready AGAIN bc they need to put the emblem on (STILL). I finally come to get the car, pay for everything, rush back to my office. The A5 emblem is not on the car. I called the owner and he tells me that the emblem broke when they tried to put it on. Ok, first, the emblem just scratched the car, now it s completely broken. Also, they knowingly took my money knowing the car was not entirely fixed. Literally did not say anything! Instead they waited until I saw it. I am 100% convinced that they would have never said a thing. That s borderline thievery. I finally come to get the emblem put on, it took 20 min for them to find it and nobody knew I was coming, after being told to come that morning. How do you take your car to a shop for a dent to be fixed and end up with 2 more damages ??? A scratch and a missing emblem. Not to mention his entire team was very awkward toward me the moment I came through the door I wonder why. Additionally, this was all handled by Mark McKay, who spoke to me despairingly the entire time I was involved with the shop. Four weeks without my car, in a rental, not getting any updates from Mark, having to pry information out of him, damages to my car caused by the shop during repairs of something else all of this and all the owner could say was sorry.Service: Body & Trim

So for various reasons in my 57 years I have had to had a body shop 11 times. I am a car freak and always hope that all is good as new with little hassle.A friend recommended Metro. Nothing but the best service, communication and color match I have ever seen.100 Stars if I could. Mark Mckay was my guy and everyone was great. The chick fil a of auto shops- and they treat every day Toyota people they way they treat the Tesla folk, Color match perfect.

Best Body Shop in Town. Amazing staff who is dedicated not only to good service, but to great and lasting quality. We have had two cars fixed here after major collisions. They took the time to diagnose every single issue and fight for us to be treated with respect from the insurance company of the people who hit us. Would recommend to anyone and everyone. These guys have a great reputation in Houston and there's a reason. 5 Stars!

Everyone I've talked to has been friendly and helpful. Keith, who is overseeing my repair job, has been terrific about giving me updates as it goes along.This is the second time I've used Metropolitan for repairs. The first time was as pleasant as this one. I was amazed at the paint match they achieved on my older car. I didn't hesitate to use them again.I give my highest recommendation for Metropolitan.

I brought my 2018 Audi Q5 here because it is an Audi certified body shop. However, the repair quality was poor. I had some front bumper damage that was a total about $2,500 (other insurance paid for it) and the repair left the front unsymmetrical. Also, they missed a cracked plastic part and had to repair it a second time. The headlights were not adjusted properly either to line up the shine. I am going to take it up there for a third time now to help resolve the issues.Update: after bringing it in a year later, they aligned the hood and now it looks great!

We ve had Metropolitan fix several cars of ours, from extensive bodywork to minor repairs. Every time, the work is professional, looks brand-new, and our cars come back fully detailed, inside and out. These guys regularly throw in extras for no cost just to make it meet their exacting quality. Eddie just finished coordinating the work on my Audi Q5 and even took me in the shop at one point to see the progress. It s hard to find body shops that treat women like legitimate customers (even though it s 2021) and I have been respected and given the same level of attention as my husband in this process, which just increases my trust. I have zero interest in shopping around: these guys are the right ones. Pick them.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This place was recommended to me by a friend and my experience was amazing. My Nissan Platinum Pathfinder was heavy damaged on the rear right passenger door. My technician was Jose Hernandez and he is a true master at his craft. The team of professionals at this shop will not disappoint. My vehicle was returned in a timely manner and in better than new condition. Clean, professional, curtius and outstanding. This will be the only place I will ever take my vehicles to. Thank you!

I had an excellent experience with Metropolitan Collision. They did and amazing job with my car and facilitated the whole repair through a third party for the mechanical fixes as well. Kevin did a great job in communicating with me and keeping me up to date on the status of my car. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs body done with their car!
