This place is absolutely the best..my husband and I took his Expedition Truck there and it needed 2 control arms...a CV something and Ball Joints and they fixed it in 2 days at a reasonable price...the best in Houston...I advised people who need work on their car I prefer that you visit this place...Thanks Metro Automotive..

Metro Automotive provided a very affordable health check on my '95 4runner that had been sitting up a couple of years. They diagnosed the main issues and fixed for well below what I was expecting to pay.They were nice enough also to not charge me for storage when the wrong part came in and I had to return it for the proper one, which was delayed in arriving about a week due to the California fires.I have been going to this shop since I was a child as my long-time mechanic grandfather used them when he could not do certain work at home. Since the previous owner Frank retired, they have kept the excellent and quality service that I have always known and I highly recommend them!Thanks Metro Automotive!

I have been doing business with Lilly and Metro Automotive for many years since some gas station got gasoline mixed with water into my car. They solved that problem and have continued to meet my needs in auto repair every since. I can say with absolute certainty that they exude competence and reliability. They are fair, honest and the quality of their work is top notch.

I been getting my vehicles worked on by Metro Automotive for 12 years and I wouldn't trust nobody else under my vehicles hood. Very good work, reasonable and if you don't know what's the problem, they will find out. Very good people and I'm gonna continue to come. If there was more stars I would give them more.

My husband have two trucks that he takes to Metro Auto for repairs. He is very satisfied with their work. When quoted prices they honor that quote and also they work in a timely manner so if you leave the vehicle you can pick-up when told. Also, the office personnel is friendly and knowledgeable.

They always fix my car and I never have other issues that I didn't have before I took it in I've been there was living with them from years they will take payment plans if you don't have the money for your repair

I always come to them. My family only go to them. Excellent customer service and very dependable. I won t let anyone else touch my cars! Been a valued customer for years and will continue to be one for many more years. I do recommend this place!

This is a family friendly shop that is efficient and prompt in delivering services. Management is awesome, and mechanics skilled. I actually followed them from a previous location in Southwest Houston to the current location.Very friendly service; and I always recommend family and friends.

This is a very late post but hey better late than never right. Well anyway today will be my 3rd or 4th time here. Each time I ve come these two ladies and one of the mechanics here that s been working on my car have been pleasant. I ve also witness how they interact with other customers and it s been the same very nice. I would recommend friends and family about this spot.

This is probably the best automotive repair business in all of Houston. They re not only affordable, but what other business will allows you to drive off while still owing them I only trust Metro and they ve catered to all my vehicles from foreign to American! If you need your car fixed and or tuned up, Metro Automotive is THE BEST...trust me you won t be disappointed!!

Omg, the best place! Feel bad I haven't reviewed yet. We come here for everything we can!Brakes. Oil. Starter. Anything they will do we go to them first.Friendly, nice, affordable, knowledgeable, the best. Maybe family ran. Not sure. But highly recommend!!

First time I came was with a recommendation and left very pleased. I have come constantly for repairs on my Dodge 1500, they speak Spanish. Would return and most definitely recommend this shop.

Very good place to get your car fixed Ms Lilly is great, good customer service the one bad thing they only have one person working on cars so it's hard just to get him to look at it let alone fix it and sometimes they tell you to be there at 8am then you get there they can't look at it for days that's the only bad thing if you have a problem and need your car fix asap that will never happen and i try to work with them because he is very good.

I've been looking for an honest, reliable and quick service with an excellent customer service for a long time without luck. But now i don't have to look no more this is by far the best shop around town. I highly recommend this shop. Remember if you don't want to get ripped off anymore go to Metro automotive and you will have a motive to comeback. After I drove a car that they had fixed, I was convinced to change my mechanic. Quality service. They took care of the check engine light and repaired a busted AC. They made me a believer!

I ve been here ever since my grandpa introduced me to the business, I ve taken my suv to be repaired. I love that that the oil change is very affordable just 12 dollars.

Fixed My struts for my car in less than 20mins and got me on my way to class before my 1 o clock clas I Love You Guys keep up the great WORKS!!!!!!
